It was a wonderful trip . Stay was good too . Especially we liked the stay leh , it was very homely . Nubra was ok, we liked pangong and tso moriri also . Food very homely in leh, pangong and tsomoriri. Driver was excellent and well know with the road and very polite . Thank you akhil and shipra for the wonderful arrangement of the trip. We had a good trip with the support of our representative Chriag and driver Prince. We had challenges with the vehicle, such as cleanliness, lot of cabin noise etc. However the vehicle did not give us any trouble in the journey. Our accomdations was good at 3 locations, but had to compramise for 2 locations. Those 2 were defintely not even 3 star accomdations, very basic amenities such as bed and hot water was present. Though we enjoyed the over all trip, we definitely felt the iternary was hectic and had lot of journey time. Our safety was given higest priority and Chirag was always at a call during the trip.

A. Hotels: 1. Shaolin Hotel, Leh - The hotel didn't have heaters for all rooms. In the winter season they need to have heaters in all rooms. There were hardly any rooms that were occupied, but they still couldn't give us a heater. The food was not cooked properly. Poor experience and service 2. Tsewang Nurboo Homestay, Nubra Valley - Excellent experience. The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. They have given very good service and we're very sweet people. 3. Alpine Cottages, Pangong Lake - Average experience. There was no water in the bathrooms. The service provided was good and the food was tasty. Overall decent experience. 4. Grand Yasmin Hotel, Leh - Good experience and good food provided B. Driver didn't recommend good local places to eat food. He was adamant and not flexible at all. Overall average experience. C. Travel consultant - we had asked him to give us a young driver who would be flexible and know the local cafes, but that was not provided to us. He didn't give latest/updated information despite having connections with the drivers and hotels. Overall he was average. We had a fun trip as we had done our research on local food and cafes. The weather was lovely and we experienced snowfall as well.

Despite numerous iterations, he never once showed frustration and always addressed our demands promptly. It's rare to find such dedication, especially after full payment has been made to travel agents. Vishal consistently picked up my calls and efficiently resolved any issues we encountered. 2. Lazy Yatra offers many hotel options, allowing us to browse through various websites and select the one that suited us best. 3. While vehicle management during our Andaman trip was not up to par, this year's Sikkim trip saw a remarkable improvement. The local travel coordinator, Mr. Sankar, was incredibly helpful and ensured smooth transportation arrangements. 4. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden charges or surprises. Everything they communicated in advance was detailed and accurate. 5. Overall, I found Lazy Yatra to be highly accommodating and responsive. 1st day got washed off. No refund. 2nd night. Room heater switched off at 11pm on a cold night 3rd night. Same. Heather switches off at 10pm on a cold night 4th day. No wifi in room. Located next to entrance on ground floor. Could nit open the window without crowd peaking in. Disappointed.

Andaman trip I am giving a detailed feedback so that there's no confusion in the roles played . Initial interaction very Professional Problem solving on escalation -good,But would appreciate early inputs to avoid discomfort later during the trip.Mainly about hotels. Detailed feedback: Overall Local operator: Sweety Needs to be more proactively understand and give suggestions/ inputs . She geared up only when we escalated the issue.to Chirag.which is not a pleasant experience for both the parties. Driver @Portblair On day 1 not at all co operative/understanding/ very impolite . On the day 1 the experience should be more welcoming, which was not there at all. Havelock Island : Rathin Very understanding Very good management of vehicles, very helpful, understanding the need and giving good inputs to make the experience excellent. *Stay:* @ Havelock Hotel Sea pearl is very bad..pl remove it from your recommendation..the rooms are not very badly kept, Their breakfast is not even 2 star , it's managed by very mediocre trained family/staff. The property is not at all maintained. They however have an upgraded room after we escalated the issue and Chirag spoke to them I think . So first 3 days were spent on only escalating the problems..which is not definitely a great experience. Neil Island Everything was excellent Stay Excellent Driver , inputs..- Excellent Day 5 Port Blair Driver was good,polite .He dropped at a more convenient place at Cellular Jail location.. Drop to Jetty point & Airport Driver Vivek was good. So overall my feedback would be pl do a through study on the services of a Hotel ,we may not know.. it's your job to give correct inputs about the hotel..The reviews of the hotel at Havelock were very good..so you should know as which hotels are best to be avoided.

Stay in swan boat house was a nightmare and hotel dewan was also not good n food was not good at swan and dewan hotel (limited food was available even though we were in dinner time slot). Food n stay at Hotel Snowland and hotel heritage good. Cab driver n travel agent both are good. Overall trip was good except few hiccups as mentioned above. Thanks
