  • Rock Garden of Chandigarh: Begin at this iconic sculpture garden, famous for its intricate mosaic of art created from industrial and home waste and discarded items. Wander through its labyrinthine pathways, admiring the unique sculptures and waterfalls. Allow ample time to explore its various phases.
  • Sukhna Lake: A short drive from the Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake is a tranquil man-made lake at the foot of the Shivalik Hills. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the promenade, try boating, or simply relax and take in the scenic views. It's a perfect spot for photography and people-watching.

On arrival at Shimla Railway station , we will head to hOtel , rest for some time ( check in as per hotel time around 10-11 am) later we will be covering Local sightseen of Shimla which include Mashobra , Advance study , Viceregal lodge, Mall Road, Scandal Point, etc . Spending day at sightseen eve return to Hotel.

Head to Amritsar post breakfast. A scenic 6 hours of Journey from Shimla to Amritsar passes through hills and plains, ending in a city rich with history. Check into your Hotel at Amritsar and enjoy the day at Leisure. You can explore the local nearby market at your own will.

Amritsar to Local sight and Wagah Border

On Arrival at Amritsar visit the Golden Temple and later visit the massacre of Jalian Wallan Bagh, Lawrence street , Amritsar Market . Afternoon little free time to rest and evening around 3 PM drive to Wagah Border to see the Closing Ceremony, event starts exactly by 5.30 PM everyday. Border closing 'lowering of the flags' ceremony is a daily military practice that the security forces of India and Pakistan.This ceremony takes place every evening before sunset at the Wagah border, which as part of the Grand Trunk Road was the only road link between these two countries before the opening of the Aman Setu in Kashmir in 1999. The ceremony starts with a blustering parade by the soldiers from both the sides and ends up in the perfectly coordinated lowering of the two nations flags, it is called the beating retreat border ceremony on the international level. One infantryman (Jawan) stands at attention on each side of the gate. As the sun sets, the iron gate at the border is opened and the flags are lowered. The flags are folded and the ceremony ends with a retreat that involves a brusque handshake between soldiers from either side. Return back to Hotel .dinner & overnight stay .
