Everything ws good except for d houseboat experience. We wer given a Delux houseboat with minimal facilities. We were nt informd in advance abt d different categories available such as premium, ultra premium, which would have helped us 2 make better choice.

The washroom water ws dirty, which made us hesitant 2 bath. Wn we tried 2 use an electric pot to prepare food for the baby we were warned not to do so as the houseboat was running on a generator. This was inconvenient and should have been informed earlier. Also the person there told us that if we use AC we will be charged 2000 extra.

This was our first trip with Lazy Yatra, and we enjoyed it a lot. All the arrangements were perfect, and we did not face any issues throughout the trip. The Lazy Yatra team was very polite, and even our driver was extremely helpful and courteous.

We truly had a wonderful experience and will surely book another trip with you all. Thank you.

PREMIUM Tickets booked in Makruzz does not mean anything if you cannot get a window seat. Seat allotment link comes prior to 24 hrs. before day of boarding but always window seats are taken & that too if you are in some island network is an issue for which you will not be able to select the seats with the link provided. On top of that, Makruzz is never on time, always delays wastes a day for a tourist. In this case, I think Nautika is the best option rather than Makruzz. So please focus on booking tickets in Nautika rather than Makruzz.

Lazy Yatra provided an excellent travel experience with smooth planning and timely coordination. Vishal managed everything effortlessly — from itinerary guidance to on-trip support — ensuring we never faced any inconvenience. His proactive updates and quick responses made the journey completely hassle-free. Overall, a very well-organized and satisfying trip!

Overall experience was very good but sometimes i have problems woth maharaja travel agent for their services.Charge taken by hotel aquyas at Havelock island for broken glass was totally unacceptable bcz we don't use glass in room they already put broken glass.
Lazy yatra package very good hotel aquyas at neil island is not so good conpare to Havelock neil plaza rooms seems 2 stars room not 4 star bcz bathrooms door not closed properly.i also mention breakfast about aquyas at both places was not so good like thik thak.

Our Andaman & Nicobar trip with Lazy Yatra was well organised, with a smooth itinerary and good coordination. Beyond Blu at Port Blair was excellent with great food, and our Neil Island stay was cozy though the food was average. The cruise experience was amazing. However, the room and service at Radha Krishna Resort, Havelock were below expectations, and the Neil Island driver was uncooperative, causing us to miss the sunset. Drivers at Port Blair, Baratang and Havelock were very friendly and helpful.

Overall good exp. I need to restrain my thoughts regarding driver coz he is a good human being. He is a sensitive person, personality focussed on emotions and relations. Otherwise, i would have definitely flagged him as red.
Tour hotels were upto my expectations.
Ashish ji really helped very much..
Destiny somehow also made this trip as unforgettable one for me.

Areas of Improvement:•Breakfast timings were not very convenient and could be better planned based on daily travel schedules.
The route and day-wise itinerary felt a bit unstructured and could have been optimized for smoother travel.
Due to a medical issue, I tried to cancel a hotel booking more than 24 hours in advance, but the refund was not provided (even partial 50%).

The best part of the trip was our driver, Mr. Bittu Brijesh. He was truly like a guardian throughout the journe very polite, soft-spoken, highly knowledgeable about the routes, and most importantly his behaviour and support.

For anyone looking to explore Kashmir and Ladakh

Lazy Yatra planned our Srinagar Ladakh Trip, 10 nights 11 days and we had an amazing experience in our entire Trip....From planning the iternary, selecting accomodation and arranging travel .. everything has been taken care in a seamless way. Especially the tie up they have with the Car operator, both in J&K as well as Ladakh....it was wonderful experience...The Drivers became close friends and the road trip came with lot of lifetime memories that we all will cherish. Also the flexibility Lazy Yatra provided for payments has been one of the great highlights...it helped to plan the trip financially in a very organised manner.

Definitely recommend Lazy Yatra to plan the trip and I will definitely travel again to another location with them.

The trip was nicely planned so that we get time to acclimatise in the low altitude places for a few days before travelling to the high altitude destinations. All the hotels were excellent. Food was good. The whole trip went off smoothly and we had time to relax and experience the unique beauty of Ladakh.

My Ladakh trip with Lazy Yatra (09–14 July 2025) was an unforgettable experience. Everything was well planned—from the stay arrangements to the travel logistics. The hotels were comfortable, the driver was professional and very cooperative, and the itinerary covered all major highlights at a relaxed pace. I really appreciate the regular updates and assistance provided before and during the trip. Thank you, Lazy Yatra, for making this trip smooth and memorable.

Suggestion : Kindly inform the tourist about the Network issue and New SIM requirement in ladhak.

Food at Victoria house boat was even below average. Paneer severed there was spoiled. Frequent light cuts at houseboat with limited inverter backup capacity. No complimentary water bottles available at house boat.

Coming to positives, stay at Green rooms was really appreciative. Food was delicious and wholesome all during the day. Stay also had all amenities.

Driver provided( Javed) was very cooperative, understanding and had good local understanding of the tourist spots. From time to time, Lazy Yatra coordinators were in touch to understand know how of us. Overall trip was excellent, just that don’t recommend staying at Victoria houseboat.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible experience I had on this Trip. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We had a great time in Ladhakh. Special Thanks to Akhil sir and our driver Mr. Wangchuk Bhaiya, he made the entire road journey so easy. The staff at Hotels were also very helpful and friendly.

Overall experience was very good. The travel arrangement was smooth.
The stays were pre booked and the Divya who was the contact person has done very good planning. She was also available on the phone whenever needed. I also want to mention helpful owner and staff at Kang Sing hotel who helped us during a medical emergency. They tool is to hospital and stayed there until things improved.
Driver(Mr Stobgais )was also very skillful, safe and dependable.
Overall it was nice experience.

I had booked a trip to Kerala, and the arrangements were really good. The hotels were also good, and the driver @sooraj bhai was very supportive. Divya ma’am cleared all our doubts even before taking the payment. She kept following up with us until the end of the trip. We recently went to ladakh through lazy yatra and it was really nice, comfortable and good experience. Everything was taken care of. Overall experience is Good
Experience at Hanoi is excellent however the same is not maintained at Da-Nang and HCMC with respect to itinerary creation, coordination with internal Team, selection of local flight timelines, suggestions from tour operator/guide regarding best practices at local sites (Food/Purchase/local Cab/travels....).
Hope Lazy Yatra will take care about my suggestions and provide excellent services to their customers.

Overall trip was very good. There were plan changes due inclement weather but all this was managed well by Lazyatra team without any follow-ups. Driver details were shared a day before. All the drivers were professional and well behaved. Some of the hotels were little off from the main road but it was managed by drivers for commute in coordination with the hotel team. Feedback for the hotels was well received

I am really pleased with the support I received from the whole team, I really appreciated the driver being really respectful and decent. for a female only trip we loved that we felt safe and secure during our entire trip, only the cottage at pangong was a bit uncomfortable rest of the stays were memorable.

We recently had planned out trip to leh ladadkh with lazyyatra. I must say the service provided was the best! The team was consistently in touch with us entire trip and was always there for support. Team made sure the stay, the travel was arranged in the best possible way.
Will surely recommend this to family and friends.

Sojourn cottages in Pahalgam was best stay amongst all- comfortable, well managed and highly recommended and we have really enjoyed there near river side. Had a good experience in House boat too. Welcome residency is Decent stay but we faced some issues with washroom cleanliness and maintenance and not a great experience in Sunbury Grand Aziz Hotel in srinagar- service is disappointing.

Driver was overall good though we did have one minor disagreement during the trip.

We recently chose Lazy Yatra for our Ladakh tour (6N-5D), and overall, it was a memorable experience. A special thanks to Ms. Divya, who shared a well-structured itinerary covering Leh, Nubra, and Pangong, and to our assigned local driver Mr. Stanzin, who was extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout the journey.

In Leh, we were initially hosted at Hotel Utpala, which offered clean rooms, good food, and exceptionally warm hospitality from the hotel manager and staff. On the second day, due to prior arrangements, we had a confirmed booking at Hotel KAAL (a good property), but unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed it was full. We were shifted to their alternate property Zomday, which did not meet expectations – No hot water for the day we checked in, the room had visible wall cracks, unequal bedding, poor hygiene, and the food quality was disappointing. This was the lowest point in our accommodation experience.

In Nubra, we stayed at Orange Boutique Camp, a tented setup. The camp is beautiful, but we would recommend staying here only during July–August when temperatures are more suitable. During our stay, it was very cold at night, and hot water was available only in the morning due to valve closures at night.

At Pangong, our stay at Royal Foster Cottage was lakeside and scenic. The night temperatures here too were extremely low, and we would suggest considering homestays for better insulation and warmth. That said, Mr. Jimmy, the manager of Royal Foster, was incredibly caring—his hospitality felt like being looked after by a family member.

Ladakh itself is a breathtaking destination—offering a perfect blend of snow-capped mountains, rugged terrain, rivers, lakes, and unparalleled peace of mind. The lack of mobile network for most non-local SIMs gives you the perfect opportunity to disconnect and truly live in the moment.

Despite a few hiccups in accommodations, the trip was overall smooth and enriching. Thank you to Lazy Yatra for curating this experience

Overall good. But areas of improvement are 1. Better co ordination by posting daily itenary in WhatsApp group and calls in morning and evening to guide. 2. Vehicles are booked for many at same time and they are in hurry. 3. Hotels may be booked in beachside in Havelock island. 4. Tourists may be guided to plan accordingly local sightseeing and shopping.

We had a truly memorable and seamless experience during our Leh Ladakh trip, all thanks to the excellent coordination by Ms. Divya James. From planning to execution, everything was smooth and stress free. She was always just a message or call away throughout the trip, and that constant support made a huge difference.

The hotels provided were clean, comfortable, nice cozy room, with warm hospitality and surprisingly good food, something we really appreciated after long drives through the mountains. Transportation was reliable and well organized, and everything ran on schedule.

A special mention goes to our driver and guide, Mr. Phuntsog, whose polite and friendly nature made the entire journey even more enjoyable. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and ensured we felt safe and relaxed at every point. (Please pass my regards and appreciation to Mr Phuntsog)

Overall, the experience was far better than we expected smooth, well managed, and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Ladakh without any stress!
