Jammu → Katra

Pick up from Jammu – Transfer to Katra (45 km / approx. 1.5 hrs)

Our vehicle will pick you up from Jammu Tawi Railway Station or Airport. Begin your scenic journey to Katra, nestled at the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains.

On arrival in Katra, check in to your hotel and relax for a few hours. Later in the day, depending on your preference, you may begin the climb to the sacred Vaishno Devi Temple or explore the local Katra market known for religious souvenirs and street food.

Vaishno Devi Darshan

Early in the morning, begin your journey towards the sacred shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in India. The shrine is located approximately 13 km from Katra, and devotees can reach the temple by foot, pony, or helicopter service up to Sanjichhat.

En route, you may also visit:

Ban Ganga – the sacred stream where devotees take a purifying dip before starting the trek
Ardhkuwari Temple – a significant stop where Mata Vaishno Devi is believed to have meditated for nine months

Seek blessings at the holy cave of Mata Vaishno Devi, along with the sacred temples of Mata Mahakali, Mata Mahalakshmi, and Mata Saraswati.

After darshan, return to Katra the same evening.

Katra → Srinagar

Head To Srinagar post enjoying the Darshans

Return from the Mata Darshan and after the small rest Head to Srinagar. It would take 8 hours to reach to Srinagar. After arriving at Srinagar, rest a while. If you want to enjoy the Dal Lake today (Due to Lack of Time), the same can be visiting before 7 PM.

Srinagar → Sonamarg

Travel to Sonamarg from Srinagar

Begin your day in Srinagar with an early breakfast. Ensure all desired Srinagar sights are covered before your departure, as the focus shifts to your journey towards Sonamarg.

Srinagar to Sonamarg

Embark on a picturesque drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg. The distance is approximately 80 km, and the journey typically takes around 2.5 to 3 hours.

En route, consider these stops:

Ganderbal: A district known for its natural beauty and the Manasbal Lake.
Kangan: A small town offering glimpses of local life and surrounding landscapes.

Upon arrival in Sonamarg, check into your accommodation. Sonamarg, meaning "Meadow of Gold," is renowned for its stunning alpine scenery.

Thajiwas Glacier: A breathtaking glacier accessible by pony or a short trek, offering panoramic views.
Zoji La Pass: A historic mountain pass connecting Kashmir Valley to Ladakh, offering dramatic vistas (access may depend on road conditions).
Baltal Valley: A scenic valley often used as a base for Amarnath Yatra, with beautiful meadows.

Spend the afternoon immersing yourself in the serene beauty of Sonamarg, enjoying the crisp mountain air and the majestic Himalayan backdrop.

Early Morning just 10 minutes walk away from the Helipad. The helicopter operates between 6:00 a.m. And 5:00 p.m. Helicopter Services is subject to weather conditions. Helicopter operates till Panchtarni then 6 kms. Trek from Panchtarni to Amarnath cave. You can also take Palki or Pony Or Natural walk. After Darshan Evening return in time to Helipad to take back Helicopter to Baltal. drop to sonamarg overnight stay in Sonamarg .

After Breakfast check out , drive back to Srinagar, check in Hotel / Houseboat and Half Day Sightseeing the world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), The Chasme Shahi Garden, Shankaracharya Temple, In the Evening Shikara ride on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty of the Char Chinar, Floating Gardens & the God has graced this city with, which is often compared to Venice. You will get view of some very interesting places around the Lake. Stay overnight at Houseboat / Hotel.

Srinagar - Local sightseens - Drop

Post breakfast We will start the city tour. The world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) & Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), & The Chasme Shahi Garden, & Shankaracharya Temple. later by eve drop at Srinagar airport to board flight to return home.
