Sea Shell Samssara , Neil Island

I generally avoid booking via travel agents and tend to do my own bookings. Due to the pandemic I thot of not taking the risk and ended up contacting Lazyatra. And what a wonderful experience it has been. Yugal was always there to help us out with our multiple schedule changes and flight cancellations. I don't know how I would've managed without him. Now coming to the trip. To sum it up in two words - Simply Superb. We never had to recheck or reconfirm any of our bookings or contact details. The team was awesome and did a great job at every place. Starting with Shakir and Tanmoy at Portblair, Asif at Havelock and Kiran at Neil. Everyone did their best so that we cud enjoy the trip to the fullest. 1. All the hotels suggested by Yugal were extremely good. We got the best treatment and the time of our lives. Special mention to the VIP treatment at Coral Reef in Havelock and the food at Seashell Samsara in Neil. 2. All the drivers were very courteous and extremely helpful. In Port Blair - we stayed in Hotel Airport; as the name says, yes, it is very near to PB airport. Pretty decent for a night, and the food/services (breakfast & dinner) were excellent. Unfortunately, in Hacklock Island, the hotel we preferred/booked was canceled, and Yugal informed us before our trip, which was good at one side but felt it was our bad luck. Compensating that, we got to Havelock Island Beach Resort Luxury Suite room, but still, the bad luck continued the AC water outlet was in our bedroom, and the bathroom was in awful condition. We have to wait in the same room for more than 3 hours and then almost at night they gave us a new one which was fine. The hotel people told us to have the food outside since their restaurant would take more time to prepare and serve. I am talking about lunch and dinner, and by the way, the complimentary breakfast for decent enough. Please inform us of the check-in/out timings, so we don't get any surprises at the hotel. Note: The candlelight dinner is not worth enough for 7K. Finally, at @Neil Island, one of the best hotels I would say on this trip - Sea Shell Samssara. The superb ambiance, room, food, and services which they provide. The cost of the food was high but believe me it worth it. I would prefer and recommend the stay here. Special thanks to all drivers in PB, HL & NL. You no need to take your phone out, all were perfect on timing, and in case of any emergency, we always have Yugal to help out any time anywhere if your network provider supports you. :-) Since we have our transport (2 wheeler) for sightseeing, we had a good time and would recommend the same (Yugal's idea). Yugal in a one-word perfectionist. What he said is what he delivered. Due to Covid-19, our private curse was canceled, but Yugal prepared our mind before and got us the alternative. We can only control which is in our hands.

I booked my trip thru Lazy Yatra for Andaman I was there for a week. overall it's was good experience but I had hard time in sandy wave resort in havelock. I was there for 3 nights I experienced worse service than I ever had. no wifi, whole day electricity was gone staff was trying to patch up about issues instead of solving them. I requested many times to change the room but they just ignored. So I won't suggest you guys to stay over there. Well besides havelock driver was doing their job better but the guy was in Neil he didn't take his job seriously, Definitely i will book again with Lazy yatra.

Overall experience was great except Haywizz at hacvelock, Haywizz is the worst Hotel i have ever visted, I will never recommened anyone to stay at Haywizz. On all the places visted by us Travel agents/ Drivers were very supportive & Friendly. They were polite, panctual& uoto the mark on all aspects. Full of fun overall everything was nice.

Everything was perfect, starting from the hotels to the management to the drivers. Everything was excellent.

They tried to cover most of the sightseeings within the stipulated time period, and they managed it excellently.

Will again visit to other destinations with LazyYatra.
They are really the best.

One of the best trips we ever had

Stays were nice and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and responded immediately whenever asked for any assistance.
Drivers throughout the trip appeared on time and were soft spoken always.
Overall trip experience was great and very comfortable under consultancy of Rinky Gyanani and definitely looking forward to book again.

We had a good experience in booking andaman package with lazyatra.our trip was planned suddenly and it was RINKY who helped us planning everything very fastly.She made our iternary and scheduled our trip as per flight timings.Our hotel stay in Neil island is excellent with beach access and lakshmanpura sunset point is near to our stay .Food was great.Our Hotel stay in Havelock was good .Beach resort ,rooms and location was excellent but food is not so good .We had lunch at Anju Coco restaurant which is very good and near to our hotel.We had stayed in two hotels in port blair .Bay walk is decent hotel and location of hotel also very good. Hospitality was good .Seagull hotel is not good as food /location and room is very bad.Local driver/coordinator does not follow iternary schedule but they will arrange all site visits according to their vehicle availability because they are serving 3-4 groups at the same time.Overall we had a great trip with lazyatra and special thanks to rinky who helped us and we would like to plan more trips with Lazyatra

we had a wonderful experience at Andamans, both the agents Chirag from lazy yatra as well as Sweety from maharaja travels were very good, and everything was hassle-free. little disappointment was there due to our stay at aqueoys resorts, havelock, but overall we had an amazing trip, thank you, guys.

Just a note to share my experience for the amazing Andaman trip tailored by LazyYatra.

Starting with the planning, Vishal and his team were very supportive and knowledgeable about the hotels/resorts and places to be explored in Andaman.
The places and resorts suggested by them were amazing and beautiful. They also helped customise the package as per my needs, keeping my budget into consideration.

Also, when the Andaman airport work was to be started, they helped to reschedule my entire plan with multiple discussions with respective hotels and resorts. Totally going beyond limits to help me enjoy my trip.

During the trip, Sweety ma’am was always available over a ping/call. Response was immediate and I always had my queries resolved immediately.

The helping staff (drivers, etc) too helped me locally to explore restaurants and places . Sudeep at Havelock was super helpful to help me find the best Scuba diving team.

All in all, a great trip through LazyYatra.
They know their stuff and will definitely plan another trip with them to some new location.

LazYatra is definitely recommended for people who are looking to plan their trip to Andaman.
