Yes, typically a booking amount (usually 25-30% of the total package cost) is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due before your travel date. We'll provide a payment schedule during the booking process.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

Land Package Cancellation Charges More than 30 Days before Travel - 15% of the total Package cost. Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation. More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost. Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost. Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time) Flight Cancellation Charges Individual Airlines and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.

Q: Can I reschedule my trip?

Yes, you can reschedule your package to different dates (subject to availability) with minimal charges. Rescheduling is generally permitted up to 30 days before your travel date. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability.
