Not very much happy with the drivers, he been punctual in term of site visiting but we were expecting someone who have good knowledge about current scenario at place. Last day we had to cancel the Pangong trip, if we would have known about the long route in advance we would have never gone half way. Shefali as Travel agent has been very helpful in initial days when making the booking, very prompt in sending the details required. But if she would have called and tried to know the trip status in beginning it would have been better. Maybe will book again with Lazy yatra. Overall Rating i would give 3 out of 5.
