The hotels and food were very good throughout the trip and a complimentary candlelight dinner was very nice in part of Yugal to arrange for us. The driver and sightseeing were all very good and planned. I thought there could have been discussions done in advance with the hotel that our guests are coming and they are booked for specific rooms. There were occasions when we have to wait as rooms or the hotel didn't know about it. But Yugal was always there to assist and sort out things as soon as possible. Yugal as a travel agent is very good and I highly recommend him. He assisted me while booking the tour and what type of hotel will best suit me. Due to the time of Covid, there were lots of uncertainties but he always did his best and make our tour a smooth ride. Lazyatra as a travel company has done a great job I would like to book them in the future as well. Keep up the good work. The trip was great and special thanks to Yugal and Lazyatra. I as a customer was bit off track asking for Scotty or cycles than the usual things but there was always assistance from you guys and all the uncertainties due to Covid were handled very well. All the hotels and local contacts were handled very well and proper guidance is given whenever needed.

I have booked our Andaman trip with Lazy Yatra and they have provided the best services. There were timely updates and guidance from our tour co-ordinator Sweety in Port Blair. The hotels booked were very good and also the food available was very tasty. Airport / Jetty Pickup and Drop were accurate
