Initial interaction very Professional

Needs to be more proactively understand and give suggestions/ inputs .
She geared up only when we escalated the issue.to Chirag.which is not a pleasant experience for both the parties.
Driver @Portblair On day 1 not at all co operative/understanding/ very impolite . On the day 1 the experience should be more welcoming, which was not there at all.

Very good management of vehicles, very helpful, understanding the need and giving good inputs to make the experience excellent.

Hotel Sea pearl is very bad..pl remove it from your recommendation..the rooms are not very badly kept, Their breakfast is not even 2 star , it's managed by very mediocre trained family/staff.
The property is not at all maintained. They however have an upgraded room after we escalated the issue and Chirag spoke to them I think . So first 3 days were spent on only escalating the problems..which is not definitely a great experience.

Day 5 Port Blair Driver was good,polite .He dropped at a more convenient place at Cellular Jail location..
Drop to Jetty point & Airport Driver Vivek was good.
So overall my feedback would be pl do a through study on the services of a Hotel ,we may not know.. it's your job to give correct inputs about the hotel..The reviews of the hotel at Havelock were very good..so you should know as which hotels are best to be avoided.
