Along the way, you'll pass through villages known for their skilled artisans, including silversmiths, goldsmiths, wood carvers, stone sculptors, and artists. Continue the journey to **Kintamani**, located on the rim of the **Gunung Batur** crater. From here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of Bali’s most active volcano, **Mount Batur**, which rises over 1,800 meters into the sky. In the crater's center lies **Lake Batur**, a beautiful turquoise lake and the largest on the island. Visit the **Tirta Empul Temple**, known for its natural springs and special bathing pools. The waters are believed to have healing properties, and Hindu worshippers come from far and wide to bathe in the holy waters. The final stop is at the 11th-century **Elephant Cave** or **Goa Gajah**, a spiritual site for meditation. You’ll enter the temple through the carved mouth of a demon and may even witness Bali’s Hindus bathing in the sacred springs.
