On arrival at Madurai Airport, meet and greet our representative who will assist with your transfer and sightseeing. Madurai is known for its ancient temples, vibrant streets, and rich Tamil heritage.
Madurai Sightseeings:
- Meenakshi Amman Temple: Iconic Dravidian-style temple dedicated to Goddess Meenakshi and Lord Sundareshwarar.
- Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal: Historic palace known for its grand pillars and courtyard.
- Gandhi Memorial Museum: Museum showcasing Mahatma Gandhi’s life and India’s freedom journey.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Madurai. Complete any remaining sightseeing in Madurai before departure. The distance between Madurai and Rameshwaram is approximately 175 km, taking around 3.5–4 hours by road. Enjoy a scenic drive through rural Tamil Nadu as you make your way to the sacred island town of Rameshwaram, an important pilgrimage destination for devotees of Lord Shiva and part of the Char Dham circuit.

- Pamban Bridge Viewpoint: Stop for a photo session as you cross India’s first sea bridge offering spectacular ocean views.

Once done, proceed to Kanyakumari, which is about 310 km away and takes roughly 6 hours by road.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and begin exploring the coastal charm of Kanyakumari, the meeting point of the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean.

The distance between Kanyakumari and Kovalam is approximately 90 km, and the journey takes around 2.5 to 3 hours by road.

After breakfast at 9:00 AM, begin your full-day sightseeing tour of Thiruvananthapuram, a city known for its temples, palaces, museums, and rich cultural heritage.
Thiruvananthapuram Local Sightseeing
- Shri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, one of India’s most sacred Vishnu temples. Only Hindus are allowed to enter, and the dress code here is strictly enforced. Men must wear a mundu/dhoti without shirts or pants, while women must wear a saree, half-saree, or long skirt with blouse; salwar suits are accepted only if a mundu is tied over them. The temple typically remains open from 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, though timings may vary on festival days. Phones, cameras, handbags, and electronic items are not permitted inside and must be deposited at the counters.
- Kuthiramalika Palace Museum, known for its exquisite carved wooden horses and royal exhibits. The entry fee here is ₹40, and it remains open from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with Monday as a holiday.
- Napier Museum, famous for its Indo-Saracenic architecture and impressive collection of artifacts, open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, also closed on Mondays.
- Sri Chitra Art Gallery, which houses precious works including Raja Ravi Varma paintings, Tanjore art, Mughal art, and Kerala mural pieces. The entry fee is ₹400, and it remains open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Monday as a holiday.
- Attukal Bhagavathy Temple, popularly known as the “Women’s Sabarimala.” This temple is open throughout the day, offers free entry, and observes short breaks during pooja timings.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and prepare for your departure. Depending on your itinerary and flight/train schedule, you will be transferred to Madurai Airport/Railway Station or Thiruvananthapuram Airport for your onward journey. If any pending sightseeing or short visits remain in the respective city, they can be covered today based on the available time before you proceed for your departure formalities.

- More than 30 Days before Travel - 15% of the total Package cost. Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation.
- More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost.
- Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost.
- Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time)
Flight Cancellation Charges
- Individual Airline's and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.
- Applicable only In case of Genuine Reason for Postponing the trip with Valid documents. Postponement would not be possible within a week of travel dates.
- Credit for Maximum 9 months would be Provided.
- Any Cancellation charges(Cruise/Flight/vehicle cancellation & Hotel Retention) would be deducted from the credit amount.
- Rate Differences (It could be any amount great than or equal to ZERO), as per the new travel date, would be additional at the time of booking.
- Company's Service Charges would be Zero.
- A traveler can change the destination and increase/decrease/change the travelers, however minimum package cost must be equal/higher to postponed package cost.
- A traveler can allow other traveler to use the credits before expiry.
- Any confirmed postponed trip, can not be cancelled/refunded further for any known and unknown reasons. If you are not a frequent traveler, please request cancellation only.
- Coordinate with Airline Flight changes/amendments/cancellations/credit-shell.
- In case of postponement, dates must be informed minimum 45 days before travel.
Must Know About Periyar Tiger Wild Life Sanctuary
- If you are interested in the boating, please book your tickets at https://www.periyartigerreserve.org/
- You can book the upper deck while booking the tickets online.
- Private Vehicle is not allowed in the reserve.
- It would require minimum 3 hours to enjoy the entire boat journey.
- Boating Timings: Morning : 7:30 am : 9:30 am : 11:15 am, 01:45 pm, and 03:30 pm
- Other than boating, there are multiple activities available i.e. Natural Trail, Green Walk, Bamboo Rafting, and many others.
Must Know Before Embarking on Your Houseboat
- Houseboat company name is indicative only. Actual houseboat operating company may differ from the listed in the package.
- Houseboat is exclusive for the group (Unless you have requested us for a Shared houseboat for economically viable option.). Basically based on the group size, an exclusive houseboat is provided.
- Houseboat menu is Pre-decided.
- Food in cooked mostly in Coconut Oil.
- Due to government rules, boats must be anchored to a platform post sunset around 6:00PM. Places are different for Different houseboats.
- Sight-seeing are done within the houseboat during the stay.
- Deluxe houseboat AC is operational only in bedroom between 9:00 PM to 6:00AM. Deck is open in the houseboat.
- Premium houseboat AC is operational only on the entire houseboat for your entire stay. Houseboat' deck is covered with Glass.
Must Know About the Hotels
- Hotels in Munnar and Thekkady are mostly away from the main market areas, and distance ranges between 5 to 15 KMs.
- In case of peak season, travel time to visit the sights are high due to traffic.
- Hotels is Munnar and Thekkady do not provide ACs.
- Company does not promote or add any activity or Specific Art Center, Facility, and Boat Company within the Package. (Unless specified in the inclusion section.)
Vehicle Related Special Pointers
- Vehicle will follow the itinerary and any major deviation (Adding Another City or travelling for more 10-12 Kms) in the itinerary would be charged additionally as per the prevailing charges. It should not be compared with actual Diesel/ Petrol/ Fuel Charges.
- One minor Deviation (Within the city and within 4-5 Km range) can be added/provided after discussion.
- Working Time Will Be 9.00am To 7.30pm. Apart From Regular Working Hours It Is INR 200 Per Extra Hour And That Should Be Given On Daily Basis.
- Drivers Know English And Hindi enough for communication but the drivers are not fluent.
- Request The Travelers To Maintain The Cab And Accessories In Good Condition Without Any Damage.
- Any Kind Of Mishandling Or Damage Caused By The Travelers(Like Vomiting Inside The Cab, Damaging The Music System, Speakers, Pen Drives Etc) Should be Compensated.
- Any Complaints Regarding The Cab Or Drivers Should Be Informed Us immediately.
- Pan masala, Liquor And Smoking Are Not Allowed Inside The Vehicle.

- Vehicle will go where it can move safely. We would not push the driver to take a narrow road, Google Map does not Show the right Road a few Times.
- If you have paid for Innova, please expect it to be a minimum 10-12 years old vehicle. If you are expecting a good vehicle, choose Innova Crysta over Innova.
- Parking charges shall be included only one time to the sightseeing places, Market parking charges and it will not be covered to the hotels, cinemas, and shopping mall.
- After trip confirmation, it becomes very difficult to the duration of trip. We can maximize the same trip against additional tour cost as actual as per the availability.
- Package dates can be altered based on the availability of the hotel at the given date. Customer will need to bear the Excess amount if any.
- Any unused service, due to natural calamity or human reasons, would not be refunded.
- Any cancellations due to flight cancellation, and other similar situation would fetch 100% cancellation charges for unutilized room night, and vehicle.
- Check in and out time varies from hotel to hotel and it is between 10:00 hours to 14:00 hours.
- Early check in and late checkout request will be accommodated by the hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to availability and hotel terms.
- We are not responsible for bad weather conditions, political disrupts or any unavoidable reasons for cancellation of trip.
- At the time of quotation, we will share the vehicle details as well. If the vehicle is not as per your choice, please update.
- Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
- No refunds will be made for unused tours and hotel rooms.
- If required you can request the hotels for late check – out and the hotels will do the needful subject to availability of the room.
- Vehicle is strictly point to point. It will stick to the itinerary or will cover all the points listed in itinerary. Any additional pick and drop, would cost additional to the guest and it would be directly payable to the driver.
- We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
- City museums and monuments remain closed on National holidays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, we must not be held responsible for the same.
Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained. - Anything Lost/left behind during the travel should be traveler’s responsibility. We do not own any responsibility. Traveler has to coordinate with respective entities to retrieve it back.
All disputes regarding the tour, voucher, refund, services, or whatsoever nature are subject to company's Jurisdiction. - Online payments to the company's bank account, via Google Pay account, through credit card, debit card or whatsoever means are convenience offered to the client. In case of online payments also, any dispute is subject to company's Jurisdiction.
- In case of no disputes raised within 48 hours against the shared voucher or tour, it is understood that the client has read and accepted the document along with terms in the voucher/package.
- Night driving allowance of ₹400-500 per night, if your trip requires night driving between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am for any night apart from the pickup night. We neither recommend nor provide night driving as part of the package.
- PLEASE TAKE AN INSURANCE FOR YOUR PACKAGE FROM GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY TO SAVE MONEY DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION. Even the worst conditions attract HOTELS CANCELLATION, DRIVER CANCELLATION, PERMIT CANCELLATION, and SERVICE CHARGES.
- Hotel bookings are done with your Name. Sometimes agency names may differ.
- Carry medicines with you as you will be travelling long distances in a single travel.
- If required, lunch and dinner restaurants can be advised accordingly.

- If you are reaching late in the evening, please call the hotel. Sometime hotels release the booking if they are not informed about your delay.

- Talk to locals so that driver will not be able to cheat you.
- Please drink sufficient water to avoid dehydration especially in the high mountain areas.
- Keep the beaches, monuments, gardens and the environment clean and Dispose of the garbage at proper places/dustbins.
- Observe decency and decorum in dress, especially at places of worship.
- At the beach, parents are requested to keep an eye on their kids at all times.
- Enjoy the wilderness. Leave only footprints and take only photographs.
- Do not enter into restricted/tribal areas.
