Best Time to Visit Kaza and How to Reach It

The best time to visit Kaza depends largely on road conditions and your preferred travel experience. Spiti Valley remains extremely cold and snowbound during winter, while the two main access routes open at different times of the year. The Shimla–Kinnaur–Kaza route via NH-5 is generally the more reliable option and can remain accessible for much of the year, although winter conditions can make the journey slow and challenging. How to Reach Kaza
