Hotels:1. Singge Palace hotel was the best in terms of hospitality, food, rooms, location and everything else.2. Lakrook hotel hospitality is not so great. Rooms are small, but very chilly. Hotels should be better, pengong residency & la mount has issue of cold, doesn't have proper way of heating rooms. Other hotels were good. Driver was really good and experienced. Locations could have been better, but overall experience was good
It was good overall. However, personal touch, eagerness and compassion was missing while on actual trip on many of the occassions.
Best part was that the hotels advised were excellent and were booked efficiently within time constraint.
