East Bali - Tirta Gangga and Lempuyang's Gates of Heaven

After a pick-up from your hotel, you will embark on a journey to the majestic **Lempuyang Temple**, located in the eastern part of Bali. Along the way, you’ll pass through long stretches of pristine rice paddies, wind along scenic roads, and marvel at the breathtaking mountain landscapes. Known as the **Gateway to Heaven**, the temple offers magical views of **Mount Agung** behind it. Your private guide will not only capture amazing photos for you but also share insights into the history of this ancient temple, as well as Balinese culture and traditions. Next, visit **Tirta Gangga**, the most beautiful former royal water palace in eastern Bali. Trip Information

  • Any chargeable services utilized in the hotel, and mentioned in the inclusion section.
  • Gala Dinner (24 Dec, 25 Dec, 31 Dec, 14 Feb, any additional date) is additional until mentioned in the quote.
  • Christmas Dinner and New Year Dinner are mandatory in most of the hotels.
  • Any expense which are done for personal entertainment.
  • Flight Tickets/Train Ticket until unless not specified above.
  • Camera Charges, and Tip at different sites and restaurants.
  • Not mentioned specifically above. If something is committed and not mentioned in inclusion, please bring this in our notice ASAP.
  • City Tour Tickets are included only in Andaman. In any other Indian states, it is not included.
  • Additional Charges in case of Late Night (Post 8:00 PM) and Early Morning (Pre 6:00 AM) Picks up and Drops. (Not Informed during the itinerary discussions)

Resort Cancellation Charges

  • Each Resort has different cancellation policy.
  • Even though company common cancellation policies are illustrated below, yet Resort Cancellation Policy will override company cancellation policy.
  • Please confirm Resort Cancellation Policy before remitting the token amount.

 

Land Package Cancellation Charges

  • More than 30 Days before Travel - 13% of the total Package cost. 
    • Note Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation.
  • More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost.
  • Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost.
  • Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time)
     

Flight Cancellation Charges

  • Individual Airline's and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.

 

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection

  • If Visa is rejected, Visa Fees would not be refunded as it is not refunded to us.
  • Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the terms defined above.

  • Applicable only In case of Genuine Reason for Postponing the trip with Valid documents. Postponement would not be possible within a week of travel dates.
  • Credit for Maximum 9 months would be Provided.
  • Any Cancellation charges(Cruise/Flight/vehicle cancellation & Hotel Retention) would be deducted from the credit amount.
  • Rate Differences (It could be any amount great than or equal to ZERO), as per the new travel date, would be additional at the time of booking.
  • Company's Service Charges would be Zero.
  • A traveler can change the destination and increase/decrease/change the travelers, however minimum package cost must be equal/higher to postponed package cost.
  • A traveler can allow other traveler to use the credits  before expiry.
  • Any confirmed postponed trip, can not be cancelled/refunded further for any known and unknown reasons. If you are not a frequent traveler, please request cancellation only.
  • Coordinate with Airline Flight changes/amendments/cancellations/credit-shell.
  • In case of postponement, dates must be informed minimum 45 days before travel.

Operational Hurdles

  • Temple Entry – The driver-guide will park, escort you, queue for tickets, and provide them within 15–30 minutes, depending on crowd levels.
  • Upgraded Tickets – Base category tickets are included; pay extra for upgrades.
  • Photo Points – Popular spots may have wait times of 1.5–2.5 hours due to heavy crowds.
  • Pool Villas – Resorts with pool villas are located away from Ubud’s bustling areas.
  • Water Sports – Activity durations vary, with some lasting just 2–3 minutes.

Visa & Travel Documents

  • Visa on Arrival (VOA) – Available for most nationalities at IDR 500,000 (~$35) for 30 days (extendable once).
  • Passport Validity – Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
  • Return Ticket – Immigration may ask for proof of onward travel.
  • Travel Insurance – Highly recommended for medical emergencies and delays.
  • Transit Visa – Confirm requirements in advance to avoid last-minute issues.

Nyepi (Balinese Day of Silence) – Avoid Traveling

  • Date: Varies (Hindu Saka New Year, usually in March).
  • What Happens: No flights, shops, internet, or vehicles. Tourists must stay inside accommodations. Airports & businesses remain closed for 24 hours.
  • Travel Tip: Book a hotel that provides meals & entertainment during Nyepi.

Currency & Payments

  • Currency – Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • Payments – Cards are accepted, but cash is needed for markets & taxis.
  • Money Exchange – Use authorized counters; avoid street exchangers.

Local Transport & Connectivity

  • Scooter Rental – Requires an international driving license; drive cautiously.
  • SIM Card – Buy at airport or stores (Telkomsel / XL Axiata) for ~IDR 200,000 (₹1,000) with 15GB+ data.

  • If you have paid for Innova, please expect it to be a minimum 10-12 years old vehicle. If you are expecting a good vehicle, choose Innova Crysta over Innova.
  • Parking charges shall be included only one time to the sightseeing places, Market parking charges and it will not be covered to the hotels, cinemas, and shopping mall.
  • After trip confirmation, it becomes very difficult to the duration of trip. We can maximize the same trip against additional tour cost as actual as per the availability.
  • Package dates can be altered based on the availability of the hotel at the given date. Customer will need to bear the Excess amount if any.
  • Any unused service, due to natural calamity or human reasons, would not be refunded.
  • Any cancellations due to flight cancellation, and other similar situation would fetch 100% cancellation charges for unutilized room night, and vehicle.
  • Check in and out time varies from hotel to hotel and it is between 10:00 hours to 14:00 hours.
  • Early check in and late checkout request will be accommodated by the hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to availability and hotel terms.
  • We are not responsible for bad weather conditions, political disrupts or any unavoidable reasons for cancellation of trip.
  • At the time of quotation, we will share the vehicle details as well. If the vehicle is not as per your choice, please update.
  • Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • No refunds will be made for unused tours and hotel rooms.
  • If required you can request the hotels for late check – out and the hotels will do the needful subject to availability of the room.
  • Vehicle is strictly point to point. It will stick to the itinerary or will cover all the points listed in itinerary. Any additional pick and drop, would cost additional to the guest and it would be directly payable to the driver.
  • We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
  • City museums and monuments remain closed on National holidays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, we must not be held responsible for the same.
    Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained.
  • Anything Lost/left behind during the travel should be traveler’s responsibility. We do not own any responsibility. Traveler has to coordinate with respective entities to retrieve it back.
    All disputes regarding the tour, voucher, refund, services, or whatsoever nature are subject to company's Jurisdiction.
  • Online payments to the company's bank account, via Google Pay account, through credit card, debit card or whatsoever means are convenience offered to the client. In case of online payments also, any dispute is subject to company's Jurisdiction.
  • In case of no disputes raised within 48 hours against the shared voucher or tour, it is understood that the client has read and accepted the document along with terms in the voucher/package.
  • Night driving allowance of ₹400-500 per night, if your trip requires night driving between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am for any night apart from the pickup night. We neither recommend nor provide night driving as part of the package.
  • PLEASE TAKE AN INSURANCE FOR YOUR PACKAGE FROM GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY TO SAVE MONEY DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION. Even the worst conditions attract HOTELS CANCELLATION, DRIVER CANCELLATION, PERMIT CANCELLATION, and SERVICE CHARGES.
