Upon your arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative for a smooth airport transfer. Kuta is conveniently close to the airport, with a distance of approximately 5 kilometers, and the transfer typically takes around 15 minutes.
This short transfer ensures you reach your hotel quickly and comfortably without any hassle. Since your start and end points are both in Kuta, there is no hotel checkout or city change involved today.
The rest of your day is free to relax and acclimate to the island pace. Enjoy the comfort of your hotel and the lively yet laid-back atmosphere of Kuta. This gentle start to your Bali experience will leave you refreshed and ready for your upcoming adventures.

Start your day by checking out from your hotel or guesthouse in Nusa Penida. Ensure all your belongings are packed and ready for departure. The boat ride from Nusa Penida to Sanur Harbour in Bali covers approximately 20 km and takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on sea conditions.
After arriving at Sanur Harbour, you will begin the drive to Ubud, which is roughly 35 km away and should take around 1.5 hours depending on traffic.
Upon reaching Ubud, check in to your hotel or villa. Ubud is famed as Bali’s cultural heart, offering a blend of art, nature, and spirituality.
End your day with a calm dinner at a local restaurant, enjoying authentic Balinese cuisine or international dishes while soaking in the tranquil ambiance of Ubud.

Begin your day by checking out from your hotel in Ubud. Ensure you complete any remaining sightseeing or shopping in Ubud before departing, as your transfer to Kuta will take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes covering a distance of about 35 km.
Upon arriving in Kuta, Your driver will ensure timely drop-off at Ngurah Rai International Airport, located just 5 km from Kuta center, approximately 15 minutes away, providing a smooth end to your Bali journey.

- Gala Dinner (24 Dec, 25 Dec, 31 Dec, 14 Feb, any additional date) is additional until mentioned in the quote.
- Christmas Dinner and New Year Dinner are mandatory in most of the hotels.
- Any expense which are done for personal entertainment.
- Flight Tickets/Train Ticket until unless not specified above.
- Camera Charges, and Tip at different sites and restaurants.

Resort Cancellation Charges
- Each Resort has different cancellation policy.
- Even though company common cancellation policies are illustrated below, yet Resort Cancellation Policy will override company cancellation policy.
- Please confirm Resort Cancellation Policy before remitting the token amount.
Land Package Cancellation Charges
- More than 30 Days before Travel - 13% of the total Package cost.
- Note Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation.
- More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost.
- Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost.
- Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time)
Flight Cancellation Charges
- Individual Airline's and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.
Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
- If Visa is rejected, Visa Fees would not be refunded as it is not refunded to us.
- Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the terms defined above.
- Applicable only In case of Genuine Reason for Postponing the trip with Valid documents. Postponement would not be possible within a week of travel dates.
- Credit for Maximum 9 months would be Provided.
- Any Cancellation charges(Cruise/Flight/vehicle cancellation & Hotel Retention) would be deducted from the credit amount.
- Rate Differences (It could be any amount great than or equal to ZERO), as per the new travel date, would be additional at the time of booking.
- Company's Service Charges would be Zero.
- A traveler can change the destination and increase/decrease/change the travelers, however minimum package cost must be equal/higher to postponed package cost.
- A traveler can allow other traveler to use the credits before expiry.
- Any confirmed postponed trip, can not be cancelled/refunded further for any known and unknown reasons. If you are not a frequent traveler, please request cancellation only.
- Coordinate with Airline Flight changes/amendments/cancellations/credit-shell.
- In case of postponement, dates must be informed minimum 45 days before travel.

- Upgraded Tickets – Base category tickets are included; pay extra for upgrades.
- Photo Points – Popular spots may have wait times of 1.5–2.5 hours due to heavy crowds.
- Pool Villas – Resorts with pool villas are located away from Ubud’s bustling areas.
- Water Sports – Activity durations vary, with some lasting just 2–3 minutes.

- Visa on Arrival (VOA) – Available for most nationalities at IDR 500,000 (~$35) for 30 days (extendable once).
- Passport Validity – Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

- We operate purely as a service provider and coordinate services as per the confirmed itinerary.
- Driver duty hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. A day is calculated from 00:00 to 23:59 (Calendar Day). If night driving is requested (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM), the driver must be given a minimum 8-hour rest. A ₹400–500/night allowance may apply. Night driving is neither recommended nor included in the package.
- Vehicle Usage: Vehicles operate strictly as per the confirmed itinerary (point-to-point). Additional pickups, drops, or usage beyond the itinerary will be chargeable. Vehicles will only travel on roads considered safe by the driver, irrespective of Google Maps.
- Air Conditioning: AC may not function in hilly regions or when the vehicle is stationary.
- Vehicle Type: Standard Innova vehicles are generally 10–12 years old. Guests seeking a newer vehicle should opt for an Innova Crysta.
- Parking: Parking charges are included only once for sightseeing attractions. Parking at hotels, malls, cinemas, markets, or similar places is not included.
- Hotels: Check-in/out timings vary by hotel (generally between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM). Early check-in and late checkout are subject to hotel availability and policies.
- Changes & Availability: Trip dates, hotels, or itinerary may change based on availability. Any additional cost due to such changes shall be borne by the guest. Extending or shortening a confirmed trip may not always be possible.
- Unused Services: No refund will be provided for unused hotel stays, sightseeing, transport, or other services for any reason.
- Cancellations & Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by weather, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, festivals, traffic, flight cancellations/rescheduling, overbooking, road closures, entry restrictions, or other force majeure events. Such situations may attract 100% cancellation charges from hotels, transporters, and other service providers.
- Sightseeing: Museums and monuments may remain closed on national holidays or for maintenance. No compensation or refund will be provided for missed visits due to such closures.
- Vehicle Confirmation: Vehicle details will be shared before confirmation. Any preference or objection should be communicated before booking.
- Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any lost or forgotten items.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against last-minute cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute related to the booking, payment, voucher, refund, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the company's registered office. If no objection is raised within 48 hours of receiving the voucher, it shall be deemed accepted along with these terms and conditions.
