Detailed Itinerary
Head to Runn of Kutch from Bhuj
After breakfast, drive from Bhuj to Kalo Dungar (Black Hill) (Approx. 45 km / 1.5 hrs) — the highest point in Kutch offering panoramic views of the Great Rann and the Indo-Pak border area. En route, stop at India Bridge (Approx. 10 km ahead of Kalo Dungar), the last point accessible to civilians before the restricted border zone.
Continue your journey to Dhordo / White Rann area (Approx. 30 km / 45 mins). Check into your tent or resort.
Sightseeing & Experiences:
- Hodka Village – Known for Kutchi embroidery and leather craft.
- Nirona Village – Famous for Rogan art, copper bell making, and lacquer work.
- White Rann – Visit during sunset for a surreal view of the salt desert turning golden.
- Cultural Evening at Rann Utsav – Enjoy folk music, Garba, and traditional dance performances.
Note: Resorts are either located within the Rann Tent City or nearby areas (within 10–15 km of the Tent City).

Rann of Kutch Sightseeing
After breakfast, set out to explore the vibrant culture and natural beauty surrounding the Great Rann of Kutch. The region offers a unique blend of scenic landscapes, traditional villages, and historical sites that capture the essence of Kutch.
Sightseeing around Rann of Kutch (Any sightseeing mentioned will be covered once during the entire stay at Runn of Kutch):
- White Desert (Dhordo) – Witness the surreal expanse of salt marshes stretching to the horizon. The gleaming white sand creates an enchanting view, especially under the bright sun.
- Kalo Dungar (Black Hill) – The highest point in Kutch, about 462 meters high, offering a panoramic view of the Great Rann. Don’t miss the Guru Dattatreya Temple, dedicated to Lord Dattatreya.
- Bhirandiyari Check Post – Stop here to collect the entry permits required to access the Rann region.
- Handicraft Villages (Gandhi nu Gaam, Bhirandiyara, Hodka, Ludiya, and Khavda) – Explore these artisan villages to witness traditional Kutchi embroidery, mirror work, mud houses, and local lifestyle.
In the evening, return to the White Desert to enjoy the magical sunset views, where the salt plains reflect the changing colors of the sky. Later, you can also experience the Rann Utsav cultural performances featuring folk dances, music, and local cuisine (subject to season).
Return to your camp/resort near Dhordo (10–20 km away) for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from your camp/resort and head towards Bhuj.
Bhuj is approximately 85 km away from the Rann of Kutch, and it would take around 2 hours to reach by road.
En route, visit the following attractions:
Bhirandiyara Village – known for its traditional crafts and delicious local mawa sweet.
Khavda Village – a pottery hub where artisans craft beautiful clay and terracotta items.
Upon reaching Bhuj, continue exploring its cultural and historical highlights:
- Aina Mahal – an 18th-century palace adorned with mirror work and European-inspired architecture.
- Prag Mahal – a majestic Gothic-style palace situated beside Aina Mahal.
- Kutch Museum – Gujarat’s oldest museum displaying tribal artifacts, musical instruments, and embroidery.
- Swaminarayan Temple – a marble temple known for its exquisite carvings and peaceful ambiance.
- Bhujodi Village, a traditional weavers’ village where you can witness live textile weaving and embroidery by local artisans.
In the evening, return to Bhuj city. You may explore the local markets known for handicrafts, bandhani fabrics, and silver jewelry before heading to your railway station or airport.

- Flight Tickets/Train Ticket until unless not specified above.
- Camera Charges, and Tip at different sites and restaurants.
- Not mentioned specifically above. If something is committed and not mentioned in inclusion, please bring this in our notice ASAP.
- City Tour Tickets are included only in Andaman. In any other Indian states, it is not included.
- Additional Charges in case of Late Night (Post 8:00 PM) and Early Morning (Pre 6:00 AM) Picks up and Drops. (Not Informed during the itinerary discussions)
Land Package Cancellation Charges
- More than 30 Days before Travel - 15% of the total Package cost. Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation.
- More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost.
- Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost.
- Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time)

- Individual Airline's and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.
