First and foremost, I want to extend my gratitude to Team Lazy Yatra for organizing our trip to Sikkim for me and my friends. This marks my second collaboration with Lazy Yatra, having previously planned a trip to Andaman for my family. Here are the highlights:

Despite numerous iterations, he never once showed frustration and always addressed our demands promptly. It's rare to find such dedication, especially after full payment has been made to travel agents. Vishal consistently picked up my calls and efficiently resolved any issues we encountered.

2. Lazy Yatra offers many hotel options, allowing us to browse through various websites and select the one that suited us best.

3. While vehicle management during our Andaman trip was not up to par, this year's Sikkim trip saw a remarkable improvement. The local travel coordinator, Mr. Sankar, was incredibly helpful and ensured smooth transportation arrangements.

4. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden charges or surprises. Everything they communicated in advance was detailed and accurate.

5. Overall, I found Lazy Yatra to be highly accommodating and responsive.

My recent family trip to Darjeeling and Sikkim turned out to be one of the most enjoyable and refreshing experiences I have had in many years.
Coming from Gurgaon, the first thing I noticed was the clean air, greenery, and abundance of water. Throughout the journey, I saw countless waterfalls, mountain streams, forests, and beautiful valleys. The natural beauty of the region immediately made me feel relaxed.
Darjeeling impressed me with its pleasant weather, tea gardens, scenic views, and old-world charm. Walking through the town and enjoying the mountain atmosphere was a wonderful experience.

Overall trip was very good. There were plan changes due inclement weather but all this was managed well by Lazyatra team without any follow-ups. Driver details were shared a day before. All the drivers were professional and well behaved. Some of the hotels were little off from the main road but it was managed by drivers for commute in coordination with the hotel team. Feedback for the hotels was well received
