This was my second trip with Lazyatra and as usual they had kept up the standards. The hotel suggestions were just amazing and yugal was always there to guide and provide support whenever required.
It was good overall. However, personal touch, eagerness and compassion was missing while on actual trip on many of the occassions.
Best part was that the hotels advised were excellent and were booked efficiently within time constraint.
