After enjoying your morning in Cherrapunji, check out from your hotel. Ensure you have completed any remaining sights you wished to see in Cherrapunji before departing. We will then proceed towards Mawlynnong, a journey of approximately 70 km, taking around 2.5 hours. This route offers picturesque landscapes.

 

En route, consider a brief stop at ():

  • Nohkalikai Falls Viewpoint (if time permits and not visited previously) – Cherrapunji's tallest plunge waterfall.

 

Upon arrival in Mawlynnong, you will explore this renowned village, celebrated for its immaculate cleanliness and vibrant local culture. Take a leisurely stroll through its well-maintained paths, admire the living root bridges, and interact with the friendly locals.

 

Following our exploration of Mawlynnong, we will make our way to Dawki. This short drive is approximately 10 km and takes about 30 minutes.
