Airport Pick Up, Later Check In to Hotel, and Half Day City Tour
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) in Hanoi, you will be met by our representative for a comfortable transfer to your hotel. After completing the check-in process, you'll have some time to refresh before embarking on a captivating half-day city tour of Hanoi.
In the afternoon, we will head for the city sights. We will cover the followings.
Today's Hanoi Exploration:
- Hoan Kiem Lake: Begin your journey at the picturesque heart of Hanoi, a serene lake surrounded by lush greenery and historic sites.
- Old Quarter: Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Hanoi's ancient trading streets, a maze of narrow alleys filled with bustling shops, local eateries, and traditional crafts.
- Temple of Literature: Visit Vietnam's first national university, a beautiful example of traditional Vietnamese architecture and a testament to the country's rich scholarly history.
- Train Street: Experience the unique thrill of Hanoi's famous Train Street, where a functioning railway line runs incredibly close to residential buildings, offering a fascinating glimpse into local life.
After your enriching city tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel. The remainder of the evening is at your leisure to explore more of Hanoi at your own pace or relax.

Today marks your exciting transfer from Hanoi to the breathtaking Halong Bay, where an unforgettable overnight cruise awaits.
Begin your day with a leisurely breakfast in Hanoi. Ensure you have completed any remaining must-see sights in the capital city before your departure.
After checking out from your Hanoi hotel, you will embark on a scenic journey to Halong Bay. The distance is approximately 165 km, with an estimated travel time of around 3.5 to 4 hours.
Upon arrival at the Halong Bay harbor, you will be welcomed by the cruise staff and proceed with the check-in process. Your adventure on the emerald waters begins!
Settle into your comfortable cabin and enjoy a delicious lunch as your cruise ship sets sail amidst the stunning karst formations. The afternoon will be filled with activities such as (It can be paid activities as well, check the price before enjoying it):
- Kayaking or Bamboo Boat Ride: Explore hidden lagoons and grottoes.
- Cave Exploration: Visit one of Halong Bay's magnificent caves, like Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave).

Head to Hanoi Airport from Halong Bay to Fly to Da Nang
Begin your day with a final, breathtaking view of Ha Long Bay. After enjoying your morning, you will check out from your accommodation. Ensure all desired Ha Long Bay experiences are completed before your departure.
The journey from Ha Long Bay to Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) in Hanoi is approximately 160 km, typically taking around 3.5 to 4 hours by road, depending on traffic conditions.
Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport, proceed directly to your departure gate for your flight to Da Nang (DAD). The flight duration is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
After landing at Da Nang International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Settle in and then explore the immediate surroundings of your accommodation. Consider a leisurely walk along the Han River or a visit to a local restaurant to sample delicious Vietnamese cuisine.

After a leisurely breakfast in Da Nang, embark on a scenic journey to Hoi An. The distance between Da Nang and Hoi An is approximately 30 km, with an estimated travel time of about 45 minutes.
Afternoon: Arrival in Hoi An & Coconut Village Exploration
Upon arrival in Hoi An, head directly to the enchanting Coconut Village (also known as Bay Mau Coconut Forest). Immerse yourself in the unique landscape of water coconut palms.
- Basket Boat Ride: Experience the thrill of navigating the waterways in a traditional basket boat, often accompanied by local performances.
- Local Craft Demonstration: Witness artisans at work, perhaps trying your hand at weaving or other traditional crafts.

Da nang to Ho Chi Minh | Cu Chi Tunnel Half Day Tour
This itinerary focuses on a single, action-packed day transitioning from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City, incorporating a significant historical excursion.
Begin your day by checking out of your Da Nang hotel. Ensure any remaining Da Nang sights you wish to see are completed before your departure. You will then proceed to Da Nang International Airport (DAD) for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City (SGN). The flight duration is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be met and transferred directly to begin your half-day tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels. This iconic historical site is located about 70 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, with a travel time of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours each way.
During your visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels, you will:
- Explore the intricate underground network of tunnels used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War.
- Learn about the history and ingenuity of the tunnel system.
- See various traps and hidden entrances.
- Have the opportunity to crawl through a section of the tunnels (optional).
After your immersive experience at the Cu Chi Tunnels, you will be transferred back to Ho Chi Minh City. Check into your hotel and enjoy some free time to relax or explore the immediate surroundings of your accommodation.

- Gala Dinner (24 Dec, 25 Dec, 31 Dec, 14 Feb, any additional date) is additional until mentioned in the quote.
- Christmas Dinner and New Year Dinner are mandatory in most of the hotels.
- Any expense which are done for personal entertainment.
- Flight Tickets/Train Ticket until unless not specified above.
- Camera Charges, and Tip at different sites and restaurants.
- Not mentioned specifically above. If something is committed and not mentioned in inclusion, please bring this in our notice ASAP.
- City Tour Tickets are included only in Andaman. In any other Indian states, it is not included.
- Additional Charges in case of Late Night (Post 8:00 PM) and Early Morning (Pre 6:00 AM) Picks up and Drops. (Not Informed during the itinerary discussions)

Resort Cancellation Charges
- Each Resort has different cancellation policy.
- Even though company common cancellation policies are illustrated below, yet Resort Cancellation Policy will override company cancellation policy.
- Please confirm Resort Cancellation Policy before remitting the token amount.
Land Package Cancellation Charges
- More than 30 Days before Travel - 13% of the total Package cost.
- Note Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation.
- More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost.
- Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost.
- Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time)
Flight Cancellation Charges
- Individual Airline's and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.
Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
- If Visa is rejected, Visa Fees would not be refunded as it is not refunded to us.
- Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the terms defined above.
- Applicable only In case of Genuine Reason for Postponing the trip with Valid documents. Postponement would not be possible within a week of travel dates.
- Credit for Maximum 9 months would be Provided.
- Any Cancellation charges(Cruise/Flight/vehicle cancellation & Hotel Retention) would be deducted from the credit amount.
- Rate Differences (It could be any amount great than or equal to ZERO), as per the new travel date, would be additional at the time of booking.
- Company's Service Charges would be Zero.
- A traveler can change the destination and increase/decrease/change the travelers, however minimum package cost must be equal/higher to postponed package cost.
- A traveler can allow other traveler to use the credits before expiry.
- Any confirmed postponed trip, can not be cancelled/refunded further for any known and unknown reasons. If you are not a frequent traveler, please request cancellation only.
- Coordinate with Airline Flight changes/amendments/cancellations/credit-shell.
- In case of postponement, dates must be informed minimum 45 days before travel.
- We work as Pure Service Agent.
- Day calculate 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs (Calendar Day), Driver take rest (Night Stay) minimum 8 hrs.
- Ac will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
- Driver working hours are 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Vehicle will go where it can move safely. We would not push the driver to take a narrow road, Google Map does not Show the right Road a few Times.
- If you have paid for Innova, please expect it to be a minimum 10-12 years old vehicle. If you are expecting a good vehicle, choose Innova Crysta over Innova.
- Parking charges shall be included only one time to the sightseeing places, Market parking charges and it will not be covered to the hotels, cinemas, and shopping mall.
- After trip confirmation, it becomes very difficult to the duration of trip. We can maximize the same trip against additional tour cost as actual as per the availability.
- Package dates can be altered based on the availability of the hotel at the given date. Customer will need to bear the Excess amount if any.
- Any unused service, due to natural calamity or human reasons, would not be refunded.
- Any cancellations due to flight cancellation, and other similar situation would fetch 100% cancellation charges for unutilized room night, and vehicle.
- Check in and out time varies from hotel to hotel and it is between 10:00 hours to 14:00 hours.
- Early check in and late checkout request will be accommodated by the hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to availability and hotel terms.
- We are not responsible for bad weather conditions, political disrupts or any unavoidable reasons for cancellation of trip.
- At the time of quotation, we will share the vehicle details as well. If the vehicle is not as per your choice, please update.
- Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
- No refunds will be made for unused tours and hotel rooms.
- If required you can request the hotels for late check – out and the hotels will do the needful subject to availability of the room.
- Vehicle is strictly point to point. It will stick to the itinerary or will cover all the points listed in itinerary. Any additional pick and drop, would cost additional to the guest and it would be directly payable to the driver.
- We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
- City museums and monuments remain closed on National holidays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, we must not be held responsible for the same.
Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained. - Anything Lost/left behind during the travel should be traveler’s responsibility. We do not own any responsibility. Traveler has to coordinate with respective entities to retrieve it back.
All disputes regarding the tour, voucher, refund, services, or whatsoever nature are subject to company's Jurisdiction. - Online payments to the company's bank account, via Google Pay account, through credit card, debit card or whatsoever means are convenience offered to the client. In case of online payments also, any dispute is subject to company's Jurisdiction.
- In case of no disputes raised within 48 hours against the shared voucher or tour, it is understood that the client has read and accepted the document along with terms in the voucher/package.
- Night driving allowance of ₹400-500 per night, if your trip requires night driving between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am for any night apart from the pickup night. We neither recommend nor provide night driving as part of the package.
- PLEASE TAKE AN INSURANCE FOR YOUR PACKAGE FROM GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY TO SAVE MONEY DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION. Even the worst conditions attract HOTELS CANCELLATION, DRIVER CANCELLATION, PERMIT CANCELLATION, and SERVICE CHARGES.
