All things were good: itinerary, hotels, agent, agency supports, overall experience, except the driver and his vehicle. I'd definitely work with this program again as well as recommend to my traveler friends. However, I would insist on a different driver. The driver was sufficient in English, and for the most part was accommodating. What made me not recommending this driver was his constant passive aggressiveness, subtle and not so subtle pushes for activities that were not in the itinerary for his own commission gains.
