Yes! We offer customization options for most of our packages. You can request specific hotels, add extra activities, extend your stay, or modify the itinerary to match your preferences. Contact our travel experts through the form on our website or call us directly to discuss your requirements.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the package and how far in advance you cancel. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days of departure may incur higher penalties. Check the specific terms and conditions for your chosen package or contact our customer support for detailed information.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. While it's not mandatory, it provides peace of mind and financial protection. We can suggest suitable insurance options during the booking process.
