I discussed your concerns, raised in your feedback, with Yugal. I am really sorry that Driver should have been little more proactive in informing the cordinator about any delay in your pick up. Though I can provide many explanation for such a delay but the team took little too extra time in your pick up which was not expected during the trip. Lazy Yatra and it's cordinator, with traveller's assistance and help, will try to figure some ways out where such unexpected delays can be reduced or eliminated.
I would like to inform you that dedicated cabs are neither available nor possible in Andaman due to scarcity of vehicles. We try our level best to inform the same to our travellers even before taking the payment, and the same is mentioned in our voucher and packages as well.
