• Any hotel services or charges not specifically included in the package.
• Mandatory Gala Dinner charges (e.g., 24 December, 25 December, 31 December, 14 February, or any other date mandated by the hotel).
• Vehicle heater charges or any additional air-conditioning charges, wherever applicable.
• Emergency evacuation, rescue, or medical assistance expenses.
• Travel and medical insurance.
• Expenses of a personal nature, including laundry, telephone calls, room service, minibar, beverages, shopping, porterage, tips, and similar personal expenses.
• Tourist permits, entry fees, or other government charges not specifically included in the package, except Inner Line Permit (ILP) where expressly mentioned.
• Personal medicines, medical kits, oxygen cylinders, or any other medical equipment.
• Flight tickets, train tickets, or any other mode of transportation unless specifically included in the quotation.
• Camera, video camera, drone, or photography charges levied at monuments, sightseeing attractions, or other locations.
• Any item, service, activity, meal, ticket, or expense not specifically mentioned under the Package Inclusions.

Domestic Travel

• 50% of the total package cost for the confirmation.
• Remaining Amount to be paid 30 Days Before the travel date

International Travel

• Payment Policy will vary wrt (Though it would be communicated before booking otherwise domestic payment policy will be applicable.)

Resort Cancellation Charges

• Each Resort has different cancellation policy.
• Even though company common cancellation policies are illustrated below, yet Resort Cancellation Policy will override company cancellation policy.
• Please confirm Resort Cancellation Policy before remitting the token amount.

Land Package Cancellation Charges

• More than 30 Days before Travel - 13% of the total Package cost. 
  • Note Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation.
• More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost.
• Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost.
• Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time)
   

Flight Cancellation Charges

• Individual Airline's and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection

• If Visa is rejected, Visa Fees would not be refunded as it is not refunded to us.
• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the terms defined above.

• Applicable only In case of Genuine Reason for Postponing the trip with Valid documents. Postponement would not be possible within a week of travel dates.
• Credit for Maximum 9 months would be Provided.
• Any Cancellation charges(Cruise/Flight/vehicle cancellation & Hotel Retention) would be deducted from the credit amount.
• Rate Differences (It could be any amount great than or equal to ZERO), as per the new travel date, would be additional at the time of booking.
• Company's Service Charges would be Zero.
• A traveler can change the destination and increase/decrease/change the travelers, however minimum package cost must be equal/higher to postponed package cost.
• A traveler can allow other traveler to use the credits  before expiry.
• Any confirmed postponed trip, can not be cancelled/refunded further for any known and unknown reasons. If you are not a frequent traveler, please request cancellation only.
• Coordinate with Airline Flight changes/amendments/cancellations/credit-shell.
• In case of postponement, dates must be informed minimum 45 days before travel.

• We operate purely as a service provider and coordinate services as per the confirmed itinerary.
• Driver duty hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. A day is calculated from 00:00 to 23:59 (Calendar Day). If night driving is requested (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM), the driver must be given a minimum 8-hour rest. A ₹400–500/night allowance may apply. Night driving is neither recommended nor included in the package.
• Vehicle Usage: Vehicles operate strictly as per the confirmed itinerary (point-to-point). Additional pickups, drops, or usage beyond the itinerary will be chargeable. Vehicles will only travel on roads considered safe by the driver, irrespective of Google Maps.
• Air Conditioning: AC may not function in hilly regions or when the vehicle is stationary.
• Vehicle Type: Standard Innova vehicles are generally 10–12 years old. Guests seeking a newer vehicle should opt for an Innova Crysta.
• Parking: Parking charges are included only once for sightseeing attractions. Parking at hotels, malls, cinemas, markets, or similar places is not included.
• Hotels: Check-in/out timings vary by hotel (generally between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM). Early check-in and late checkout are subject to hotel availability and policies.
• Changes & Availability: Trip dates, hotels, or itinerary may change based on availability. Any additional cost due to such changes shall be borne by the guest. Extending or shortening a confirmed trip may not always be possible.
• Unused Services: No refund will be provided for unused hotel stays, sightseeing, transport, or other services for any reason.
• Cancellations & Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by weather, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, festivals, traffic, flight cancellations/rescheduling, overbooking, road closures, entry restrictions, or other force majeure events. Such situations may attract 100% cancellation charges from hotels, transporters, and other service providers.
• Sightseeing: Museums and monuments may remain closed on national holidays or for maintenance. No compensation or refund will be provided for missed visits due to such closures.
• Vehicle Confirmation: Vehicle details will be shared before confirmation. Any preference or objection should be communicated before booking.
• Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any lost or forgotten items.
• Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against last-minute cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute related to the booking, payment, voucher, refund, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the company's registered office. If no objection is raised within 48 hours of receiving the voucher, it shall be deemed accepted along with these terms and conditions.

DO’S IN BHUTAN

• Although Bhutan welcomes foreigners these days especially for those on their last-minute all-inclusive holidays, the country is extremely conscious regarding its culture.
• The greeting in the Bhutanese language Dzonkha for hello is Kuzu Zangpola and says Tashi Delek for goodbye or good luck.
• All the citizens, except India, need VISA to enter into Bhutan. Which need to apply in advance. 
• Indian nationals need route permits to travel in Bhutan and this is provided by the Immigration department at Paro airport, Phuentsholing immigration office or Online- which need to apply in advance. 
• Either carry Nu (Bhutan's currency) or INR (Indian Rupees). Both is accepted in Bhutan. 
• Use right hand while giving or receiving something. Pass the holy sites keeping them on your right side.
• US dollars are pretty widely accepted in Bhutan, but you are still advised to exchange some of your currency to Bhutan's currency i.e. ngultrum (Nu) or Indian Rupee for buying small items and for the really remote places. There are not many ATM machines nearby except major cities like Thimphu, where also international ATM/credit cards might or might not work.

DON’T’S IN BHUTAN

• Tobacco is absolutely prohibited in Bhutan. The tourists might use it, but extra care should be taken. Selling or giving tobacco to the locals is also a crime. 
• Make sure you take off your footwear before you enter into any religious place. 
• You are advised to dress discretely and modestly in Bhutan. If you’re visiting any Bhutanese temple (Tshechu), they’d admire you if you wear their national dress gho & kira. 
• Foreign nationals are not permitted to carry Indian rupees across the border to and from India.
• Buying and selling of antiques is strictly forbidden in Bhutan.Don't jump to give toys or treats to children in exchange for photo offers. Locals are careful not to breed a generation of children who beg tourists, as happens - but adults likely will not object out loud out of politeness.
