Detailed Itinerary

Day# 1 Meet and Greet and Head to Gangtok

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or Bagdogra Railway Station. Meet your driver and start your journey to Gangtok. Enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful landscapes of the Himalayan foothills. Arrive in Gangtok and check into your hotel. Rest and relax for the day, or you can take a leisurely stroll around the local market.

Day# 2 Excursion – Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

After breakfast Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir and back to Gangtok, and night stay. NATHULA PASS IS SUBJECT TO PERMIT AVAILABILITY AND ROAD CONDITION ONLY ON EXTRA COST(MONDAY & TUESDAY CLOSED) NATHULA PERMIT WILL BE ON SHARING BASIS ONLY, PERMIT CAN NOT BE MADE INDIVIDUALLY.

Day# 3 Head to Lachen from Gangtok

Pick up from Gangtok – Drive 135 kilometers, 6 hours’ drive - En-route Seven Sisters Water Fall, Miyang Chu, Naga Water Fall, Taram Chu sightseeing - Chungthang is 96 kilometers from Gangtok – Lunch at Chungthang – Lachen is 35 kilometers from Chungthang - Reach Lachen late afternoon / early evening -– It’s a valley surrounded by gigantic and humbling snow peak mountains and the starting point of Green Lake Trek – In fact the village cradled between stern, tall rock faces standing like guards – A hamlet with very few people – It almost like this town is hidden from the outside – Like a Shangri - La – Check into a hotel - Evening free to stroll and visit the Lepcha Village – Overnight stay at Hotel in Lachen. Gurudongmar Lake Excursion would additional, and approximate cost is INR 4,000/- as of Aug 2023. It may be revised in future. SUV Vehicle (Bolero/ Sumo or Similar) shall be provided for the trip.

Early morning breakfast – Visit to The region is fully covered with Rhododendron forest with Chopta Valley and Thangu are the other places of interest - Back to hotel for lunch - After lunch proceed to Lachung – Nearly 50 kilometers and two hours’ drive – Check into hotel at Lachung - Evening free to visit Lachung Monastery - Overnight stay at Hotel at Lachung. Zero Point Excursion would additional, and approximate cost is INR 4,000/- as of Aug 2023. It may be revised in future. SUV Vehicle (Bolero/ Sumo or Similar) shall be provided for the trip.

Day# 5 Head back to Gangtok after Lachung sightseeings

Early morning proceed on a half day excursion to Yumthang Valley (11800 Ft / 3598 Mts /25 Kms / 1 ½ hours one way). Visit to Yumthang Valley is a day excursion from Lachung, which is an attraction for tourist visiting this region. The colorful Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary bloom between April to June. The soaring snow‐capped peaks and herds of wandering yaks make this a Himalayan paradise The valley is also known for its Hot spring. Although the water is quite dirty, many locals from the area visit to get themselves soaked & cured as believed. Yumesamdong – Zero Point excursion can be availed by paying at a supplement cost of INR. Yumesamdong located beyond Yumthang. The journey from Yumthang trudges up through the rugged mountain road. The aroma of sweet fragrance of Ezilia permeates the air. Ezilia is a plant used by the inhabitant to manufacture incense sticks. Drive to Gangtok and Overnight at Gagtok. After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Gangtok. Start your journey to Darjeeling by road. Enjoy the scenic drive through the hilly landscapes, tea gardens, and charming villages of the region. En route, you can take a short break at the famous Teesta River viewpoint to capture some photographs of the breathtaking river and surrounding hills. Arrive in Darjeeling and check into your hotel. Rest and relax for the day, or you can take a stroll around the Mall Road to experience the colonial charm of Darjeeling. You can even enjoy the water rafting at an additional cost at Teesta River.

Early morning at around 3:45 AM drive to Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak – On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop – Back to hotel -– After that half day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed) etc.

Day# 8 Return to Siliguri from Darjeeling - Visit Mirik enroute

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Darjeeling. Start your journey to Siliguri via Mirik. En route, you will pass through picturesque tea gardens and winding roads offering stunning views of the Himalayan ranges. Take a detour to Mirik, a serene hill station known for its beautiful Sumendu Lake and pleasant weather. Arrive in Mirik and spend some time by the lake. You can enjoy a boat ride or simply relax by the water, taking in the tranquil surroundings. Visit the Mirik Monastery and enjoy the scenic beauty of this charming hill town. After exploring Mirik, continue your journey to Siliguri. Arrive in Siliguri and check into your hotel. Rest and relax for the day.

Day calculate 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs (Calendar Day), Driver take rest (Night Stay) minimum 8 hrs.
Ac will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
Vehicle will go where it can move safely. We would not push the driver to take a narrow road, Google Map does not Show the right Road a few Times.
If you have paid for Innova, please expect it to be a minimum 10-12 years old vehicle. If you are expecting a good vehicle, choose Innova Crysta over Innova.
Parking charges shall be included only one time to the sightseeing places, Market parking charges and it will not be covered to the hotels, cinemas, and shopping mall.
After trip confirmation, it becomes very difficult to the duration of trip. We can maximize the same trip against additional tour cost as actual as per the availability.
Package dates can be altered based on the availability of the hotel at the given date. Customer will need to bear the Excess amount if any.
Any unused service, due to natural calamity or human reasons, would not be refunded.
Any cancellations due to flight cancellation, and other similar situation would fetch 100% cancellation charges for unutilized room night, and vehicle.
Check in and out time varies from hotel to hotel and it is between 10:00 hours to 14:00 hours.
Early check in and late checkout request will be accommodated by the hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to availability and hotel terms.
We are not responsible for bad weather conditions, political disrupts or any unavoidable reasons for cancellation of trip.
At the time of quotation, we will share the vehicle details as well. If the vehicle is not as per your choice, please update.
Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
No refunds will be made for unused tours and hotel rooms.
If required you can request the hotels for late check – out and the hotels will do the needful subject to availability of the room.
Vehicle is strictly point to point. It will stick to the itinerary or will cover all the points listed in itinerary. Any additional pick and drop, would cost additional to the guest and it would be directly payable to the driver.
We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
City museums and monuments remain closed on National holidays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, we must not be held responsible for the same.
Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained.
Anything Lost/left behind during the travel should be traveler’s responsibility. We do not own any responsibility. Traveler has to coordinate with respective entities to retrieve it back.
All disputes regarding the tour, voucher, refund, services, or whatsoever nature are subject to company's Jurisdiction.
Online payments to the company's bank account, via Google Pay account, through credit card, debit card or whatsoever means are convenience offered to the client. In case of online payments also, any dispute is subject to company's Jurisdiction.
In case of no disputes raised within 48 hours against the shared voucher or tour, it is understood that the client has read and accepted the document along with terms in the voucher/package.
Night driving allowance of ₹400-500 per night, if your trip requires night driving between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am for any night apart from the pickup night. We neither recommend nor provide night driving as part of the package.
