Everything is very good, i face some issues with hotels there is no AC available
Second is that cardamom hotel have no shower and no ac only wall fan is available i booked Deluxe room not last one is swagath holiday resort shower is not working

Everything ws good except for d houseboat experience. We wer given a Delux houseboat with minimal facilities. We were nt informd in advance abt d different categories available such as premium, ultra premium, which would have helped us 2 make better choice.

Overall good exp. I need to restrain my thoughts regarding driver coz he is a good human being. He is a sensitive person, personality focussed on emotions and relations. Otherwise, i would have definitely flagged him as red.
Tour hotels were upto my expectations.

The stay in hotels was pleasant. But some hotels and stay are far away from main road & local market.
Driver is professional and polite.
Coordination could have been better for more places to cover.
Travel consultant communication is excellent 👍.

Stay at Kochi is good but hotel room needs more facilities. Stay at Thekkady is best.
Driver Mr Vinu is good he guide the tour very nicely. car was clean all the time.

It was a good experience overall. The taxi service was the best part. The driver was well experienced and professional. Other than that the hotel stay was also above avg at most of the places but somewhere we felt that below avg rooms were provided. Though the SPOC was quick to reply and understand

The stay was good in madurai and kovalam. Average in rameswram and kanyakumari.. the driver (mani) was talking over the phone whole of the time during driving which was very very unsafe . There was no music system in the car.. the booking experience was excellent. Thank you
