Overall good. But areas of improvement are 1. Better co ordination by posting daily itenary in WhatsApp group and calls in morning and evening to guide. 2. It was a good experience overall. The taxi service was the best part. The driver was well experienced and professional. Other than that the hotel stay was also above avg at most of the places but somewhere we felt that below avg rooms were provided. Hotels: The stay in Jaipur, johodpur and jaiselmer dessert camp was good. The hotel in Jaisimler was average and the bathroom flush did not work through out the bedspreads were unclean. Food: breakfast was included in all hotels, it was good in Tara niwas and camp e khas but in Aarunya and Ozaki Read More was below average Camp had camp fire, ethnic dance program , camel ride and jeep ride which was good The information was given to all places and was seemless The Innova crysta was new and good Driver was polite and good but lack time sense Please make driver aware of open timings and manage time well We missed elephant ride in Jaipur since the driver came late and took us to Amber fort late In our way to Pushkar also he came late and since there is temple closure from 12 to 3 pm we waisted time waiting Due to lack of time sense we reached jaisimler at 9pm too late to explore the city Due to miscommunication last day driver was not available but we got the replacement in time they managed well the crisis For a small visit to sweet shop on our way to airport the driver demanded extra amount so have a ckear understanding of your travel coverage Do your homework Also inform which places to cover else they tend to skip Overall worth and they delivered most of the commitments On scale of 10 I would rate 8. Overall very good experience with lazy yatra only kuta hotel eden not good service and staff is rude... But in Ubud Bali amazing experience enjoyed honeymoon trip...

Hotels where we stayed were very average in Portblair and Mr. Chirag whom we first contacted was very good and helped us decide on things we can do and places we can stay. However, Ms. Sweety who was our contact person once we reached Port Blair, though helped us throughout the trip, she sounded li Read More ke she is half sleepy or not at all interested and let this job get done kind of sounding.
The trip itinerary was well planned by Vishal for the days we needed. Hotels options were OK, but the option in Agra could have been a better one (breakfast was poor, constant issues apparently created to demand solution and tipping) . The driver Suresh assigned to us was very professional and frie Read More ndly, giving us hints and advice for the places we would go. In general, we missed more planning from the agency in relation to local guides, for example in which places guides are highly advised or not for foreigners - perhaps they could include tour guides as part of the plan so that extra costs are foreseen. On the first day when we would visit temples on the way to Agra, we were surprised by most of them being closed during the day. Also, there's a lot of pestering in such places - perhaps having a guide just to help going through the right places and understand the temples rituals would be helpful for a better experience. Anyways, overall, we had a good experience in India.

I have booked the holiday package of bali and our representive assigned was mr dinesh dhiman.As this was my 2nd booking with lazy yatra I had good expectations.Mr Dinesh was exceptionally well in organising the holidays.The stay were very good.The problem we faced was there Read More was no single point of contact at bali to whom I can tell my problem everytime I had to give a call to dinesh.The problem that I face in bali trip is first no local representative there ,the drivers were asking me the inteinary every time ,during the trip and local sight seeing the driver used to carrry cash and buy the tickets after arriving the point and then handing over the tickets to me.We missed the taman aayun temple due to mismanagement of time.Then on the last day due to the mismanagement I have to do the ticket of garuda wishnu center for all and which was a excess of 3k from my pocket and then we missed the Padang Padang beach .Overall I had a loss of 4k which I have reflected to mr dinesh but no response from him.Firstly I my expectations were good and very high as it was 1st international trip for my wife and kid but at last after all these things I hope this things does not happen to other customers.I was planning for the azerbeijan trip with lazy yatra but after this I think it won't be feasible .I will be reviewing with google also . The stay was good in madurai and kovalam. Average in rameswram and kanyakumari.. the driver (mani) was talking over the phone whole of the time during driving which was very very unsafe . There was no music system in the car.. the booking experience was excellent. Thank you
Driver was very good. Stay can be more premium. Food was good. High altitude medicines need to be prescribed before traveling by lazy yatra guys. (for ladakh travel).

We had an awesome trip (except for a few incidents that could have been managed in a better way) A special note of thanks to @Praduman LazyYatra , whenever we faced an issue he was our point of contact and he did try his best to solve that. He is the reason we could enjoy our trip so peacefully,even on difficult roads he drove so well and was always there for us no matter what. The best part about him is his patience and kindness.He is really the best man we met in Ladakh. We only have two complaints 1) Our first night at Henle was horrible, we were refused from Padma homestay and had to stay at Amma Homestay where the room was made up of plywood , the night was extremely cold and uncomfortable, also next day the behaviour of the people at Padma homestay wasn’t very welcoming. 2) At Leh we stayed at Northern Sigge we were promised a mountain view room but both the times we got similar rooms on the back side , although @Praduman LazyYatra managed it and we were moved to a different room Overall our trip was great thanks to everyone for making it that way We shall definitely be recommending our friends and will look forward to plan our next trip with you guys
Overall experience was very good. Hotels were quite good and check in and out process was without any hassle. Driver Gurmeth was excellent. Travel consultant was responsive but needs to be proactive. Pricing can be more competitive and better prices could have been offered.

1. We choose package for a seamless and hassle-free vacation. Although in between there were some upsets and we wanted to change one leg of the itinerary, but no positive response was given by representative. This was our first trip to HP and also with Lazyatra. We had a very good time overall although the trip could have been better planned towards the end. All the accommodations booked were quite comfortable. We had not asked for any luxurious rooms and accordingly, rooms were booked as per our budget Read More . Hotel in Pahalgam and Srinagar houseboat was good. Srinagar hotel was was not very clean. Driver was friendly and drove carefully. Travel consultant was helpful wherever needed but one complaint I have is that he did not provide us enough information on simcard and Gondola cable ride in Gulmarg. Onl Read More y KYC approved postpaid sim works in Kashmir and I was not given proper information about that. He just said postpaid sim is needed and i converted it from Jio app without KYC hence didn't have network all through the trip. Secondly, the Gondola ride has to be pre booked online atleast 1-2 weeks before. I came to know about this very late and we missed the Gondola experience in Gulmarg. I am very disappointed by this. Other than this our houseboat was changed last minute and the staff had not received our candle light dinner information. But travel agent coordinated and arranged for it. So overall it was a fine experience but I would check for other travel options for my next trip. Sorry.

It was a wonderful trip. The driver was just like a family. He stopped at places that we wanted to take photos us. He also took our photos. It was a wonderful time spent with him. The whole experience elevated because of him. The stay at Utpala Retreat at Leh, Royal Foster at Pangong and Organic Bou Read More tique Inn at Hunder wwere unforgettable. unforgettable ones. But the last minute change of stay at Tso Moriri totally not acceptable. The representatives were also not infomred about the same. But trip representative should confirm the stays a day prior to the arrival of guests at those places to avoid such situations. Also as a trip agent we totally trust in you guys. It would have been highly appreciated if you would have suggested to avoid some places to save money. Like puga valley and tso Moriri were not worth the extra cost. Though i had suggest that I wanted to visit it, but as a travel planner you guys should have suggested to avoid these.
We had a good trip with the support of our representative Chriag and driver Prince. We had challenges with the vehicle, such as cleanliness, lot of cabin noise etc. However the vehicle did not give us any trouble in the journey. Our accomdations was good at 3 locations, but had to compramise Read More for 2 locations. Those 2 were defintely not even 3 star accomdations, very basic amenities such as bed and hot water was present. Though we enjoyed the over all trip, we definitely felt the iternary was hectic and had lot of journey time. Our safety was given higest priority and Chirag was always at a call during the trip.
