Hotels is on below par especially Mukund vilas and click . Next time i will definitely go with lazy but i will focus on hotels. Rest everything is Ok but make sure you don’t loose business because of hotel choice. But is was an amazing experience. Driver Manoj yadam is very nice personand knows his job well

The trip was really good and comfortable. The hotel in Jaipur was really nice amd provided amazing service but the hotel in Udaipur was a bit unclean and the services were comparitively slower. Overall, the trip experience was really good, the drivers were very co-operative and helpful and had a good nature. We covered maximum number of points within a very short period of time. Thanks LazyYatra for making the trip memorable and helping us with last moment bookings!

Everything ws good except for d houseboat experience. We wer given a Delux houseboat with minimal facilities. We were nt informd in advance abt d different categories available such as premium, ultra premium, which would have helped us 2 make better choice.

The washroom water ws dirty, which made us hesitant 2 bath. Wn we tried 2 use an electric pot to prepare food for the baby we were warned not to do so as the houseboat was running on a generator. This was inconvenient and should have been informed earlier. Also the person there told us that if we use AC we will be charged 2000 extra.

PREMIUM Tickets booked in Makruzz does not mean anything if you cannot get a window seat. Seat allotment link comes prior to 24 hrs. before day of boarding but always window seats are taken & that too if you are in some island network is an issue for which you will not be able to select the seats with the link provided. On top of that, Makruzz is never on time, always delays wastes a day for a tourist. In this case, I think Nautika is the best option rather than Makruzz. So please focus on booking tickets in Nautika rather than Makruzz.

Our Andaman & Nicobar trip with Lazy Yatra was well organised, with a smooth itinerary and good coordination. Beyond Blu at Port Blair was excellent with great food, and our Neil Island stay was cozy though the food was average. The cruise experience was amazing. However, the room and service at Radha Krishna Resort, Havelock were below expectations, and the Neil Island driver was uncooperative, causing us to miss the sunset. Drivers at Port Blair, Baratang and Havelock were very friendly and helpful.

Overall good exp. I need to restrain my thoughts regarding driver coz he is a good human being. He is a sensitive person, personality focussed on emotions and relations. Otherwise, i would have definitely flagged him as red.
Tour hotels were upto my expectations.

Overall experience was very good. The travel arrangement was smooth.
The stays were pre booked and the Divya who was the contact person has done very good planning. She was also available on the phone whenever needed. I also want to mention helpful owner and staff at Kang Sing hotel who helped us during a medical emergency. They tool is to hospital and stayed there until things improved.
Driver(Mr Stobgais )was also very skillful, safe and dependable.
Overall it was nice experience.

Overall experience is Good
Experience at Hanoi is excellent however the same is not maintained at Da-Nang and HCMC with respect to itinerary creation, coordination with internal Team, selection of local flight timelines, suggestions from tour operator/guide regarding best practices at local sites (Food/Purchase/local Cab/travels....).
Hope Lazy Yatra will take care about my suggestions and provide excellent services to their customers.

Sojourn cottages in Pahalgam was best stay amongst all- comfortable, well managed and highly recommended and we have really enjoyed there near river side. Had a good experience in House boat too. Welcome residency is Decent stay but we faced some issues with washroom cleanliness and maintenance and not a great experience in Sunbury Grand Aziz Hotel in srinagar- service is disappointing.

Driver was overall good though we did have one minor disagreement during the trip.

Overall good. But areas of improvement are 1. Better co ordination by posting daily itenary in WhatsApp group and calls in morning and evening to guide. 2. Vehicles are booked for many at same time and they are in hurry. 3. Hotels may be booked in beachside in Havelock island. 4. Tourists may be guided to plan accordingly local sightseeing and shopping.

It was a good experience overall. The taxi service was the best part. The driver was well experienced and professional. Other than that the hotel stay was also above avg at most of the places but somewhere we felt that below avg rooms were provided. Though the SPOC was quick to reply and understand my concern. Overall a good experience.

Hotels: The stay in Jaipur, johodpur and jaiselmer dessert camp was good.
The hotel in Jaisimler was average and the bathroom flush did not work through out the bedspreads were unclean.

Food: breakfast was included in all hotels, it was good in Tara niwas and camp e khas but in Aarunya and Ozaki was below average

Camp had camp fire, ethnic dance program , camel ride and jeep ride which was good

The information was given to all places and was seemless

The Innova crysta was new and good

Driver was polite and good but lack time sense

Please make driver aware of open timings and manage time well

We missed elephant ride in Jaipur since the driver came late and took us to Amber fort late

In our way to Pushkar also he came late and since there is temple closure from 12 to 3 pm we waisted time waiting

Due to lack of time sense we reached jaisimler at 9pm too late to explore the city

Due to miscommunication last day driver was not available but we got the replacement in time they managed well the crisis

For a small visit to sweet shop on our way to airport the driver demanded extra amount so have a ckear understanding of your travel coverage

Do your homework

Also inform which places to cover else they tend to skip

Overall worth and they delivered most of the commitments

On scale of 10 I would rate 8.

Hotels where we stayed were very average in Portblair and Mr. Chirag whom we first contacted was very good and helped us decide on things we can do and places we can stay. However, Ms. Sweety who was our contact person once we reached Port Blair, though helped us throughout the trip, she sounded like she is half sleepy or not at all interested and let this job get done kind of sounding.

The trip itinerary was well planned by Vishal for the days we needed. Hotels options were OK, but the option in Agra could have been a better one (breakfast was poor, constant issues apparently created to demand solution and tipping) . The driver Suresh assigned to us was very professional and friendly, giving us hints and advice for the places we would go. In general, we missed more planning from the agency in relation to local guides, for example in which places guides are highly advised or not for foreigners - perhaps they could include tour guides as part of the plan so that extra costs are foreseen. On the first day when we would visit temples on the way to Agra, we were surprised by most of them being closed during the day. Also, there's a lot of pestering in such places - perhaps having a guide just to help going through the right places and understand the temples rituals would be helpful for a better experience. Anyways, overall, we had a good experience in India.

Good evening Mr vishal . I have booked the holiday package of bali and our representive assigned was mr dinesh dhiman.As this was my 2nd booking with lazy yatra I had good expectations.Mr Dinesh was exceptionally well in organising the holidays.The stay were very good.The problem we faced was there was no single point of contact at bali to whom I can tell my problem everytime I had to give a call to dinesh.The problem that I face in bali trip is first no local representative there ,the drivers were asking me the inteinary every time ,during the trip and local sight seeing the driver used to carrry cash and buy the tickets after arriving the point and then handing over the tickets to me.We missed the taman aayun temple due to mismanagement of time.Then on the last day due to the mismanagement I have to do the ticket of garuda wishnu center for all and which was a excess of 3k from my pocket and then we missed the Padang Padang beach .Overall I had a loss of 4k which I have reflected to mr dinesh but no response from him.Firstly I my expectations were good and very high as it was 1st international trip for my wife and kid but at last after all these things I hope this things does not happen to other customers.I was planning for the azerbeijan trip with lazy yatra but after this I think it won't be feasible .I will be reviewing with google also .

We had an awesome trip (except for a few incidents that could have been managed in a better way)
A special note of thanks to @⁨Praduman LazyYatra⁩ , whenever we faced an issue he was our point of contact and he did try his best to solve that. Twice we expressed our displeasure and promptly managed it.
And @⁨Mingur Leh Driver⁩Mingur bhaiya is the best. He is the reason we could enjoy our trip so peacefully,even on difficult roads he drove so well and was always there for us no matter what. The best part about him is his patience and kindness.He is really the best man we met in Ladakh.
We only have two complaints
1) Our first night at Henle was horrible, we were refused from Padma homestay and had to stay at Amma Homestay where the room was made up of plywood , the night was extremely cold and uncomfortable, also next day the behaviour of the people at Padma homestay wasn’t very welcoming.
2) At Leh we stayed at Northern Sigge we were promised a mountain view room but both the times we got similar rooms on the back side , although @⁨Praduman LazyYatra⁩ managed it and we were moved to a different room
Overall our trip was great thanks to everyone for making it that way
We shall definitely be recommending our friends and will look forward to plan our next trip with you guys

Overall experience of our Ladakh trip was good. All the arrangements were well managed with good cooperative driver.
Lazy yatra coordinators were responsive and easily available over a call, though there was not much need for contacting them as everything was planned well.
All our stays were comfortable, just to add leh stay could have been more better.

1. We choose package for a seamless and hassle-free vacation. Although in between there were some upsets and we wanted to change one leg of the itinerary, but no positive response was given by representative. Even though at time of booking i informed to make that leg of the journey optional but still representative showed no positive response. Either book or no book was the choice.

Other than that everything was seamless.

Not to mention but the Driver was excellent!

Overall experience was excellent. The support provided throughout the journey was top-notch, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

From the initial booking to the end of the trip, everything was well-organized and handled professionally. The customer service team was responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

I stayed in three locations during my trip. Leh was excellent. Nubra's accommodation was a bit unhygienic, but the staff was cooperative, so I had to address it. The staff at Pangong was very good, though the accommodation could have been better, and the electricity was limited there. (un-informed)

Mayuri's guidance was invaluable for our trip. It was our first time there, and she was very encouraging. While I already knew most of the details from my friends, she efficiently handled the reservations on time.

This was our first trip to HP and also with Lazyatra. We had a very good time overall although the trip could have been better planned towards the end.
All the accommodations booked were quite comfortable. We had not asked for any luxurious rooms and accordingly, rooms were booked as per our budget.
The driver was very polite throughout our trip and the car was also quite comfortable and very well maintained.
Food at all the hotels was excellent.

Overall, it was a good, relaxing, memorable trip with family.

Stay in hotels was comfortable and services were really up to the mark. Welcome Gulmarg, Zaryab and Royal Star houseboat received us well and provided everything single thing we needed time to time. Only Lidder hotel led our expectations down due to their behaviour, hospitality and food.

Experience with driver (Zahid) also went well throughout the journey. His suggestions helped us manage our trip in a very easy going manner.

Travel consultant Rinki was always available with her instant support throughout the journey. She tried her best to made sure we recieve best services and experience in our journey.
We really enjoyed our trip and had some splendid moments. Will visit again definitely in winters now.

Hotel in Pahalgam and Srinagar houseboat was good. Srinagar hotel was was not very clean. Driver was friendly and drove carefully. Travel consultant was helpful wherever needed but one complaint I have is that he did not provide us enough information on simcard and Gondola cable ride in Gulmarg. Only KYC approved postpaid sim works in Kashmir and I was not given proper information about that. He just said postpaid sim is needed and i converted it from Jio app without KYC hence didn't have network all through the trip. Secondly, the Gondola ride has to be pre booked online atleast 1-2 weeks before. I came to know about this very late and we missed the Gondola experience in Gulmarg. I am very disappointed by this.
Other than this our houseboat was changed last minute and the staff had not received our candle light dinner information. But travel agent coordinated and arranged for it. So overall it was a fine experience but I would check for other travel options for my next trip. Sorry.

It was a wonderful trip. The driver was just like a family. He stopped at places that we wanted to take photos us. He also took our photos. It was a wonderful time spent with him. The whole experience elevated because of him. The stay at Utpala Retreat at Leh, Royal Foster at Pangong and Organic Boutique Inn at Hunder wwere unforgettable. unforgettable ones. But the last minute change of stay at Tso Moriri totally not acceptable. The representatives were also not infomred about the same. But trip representative should confirm the stays a day prior to the arrival of guests at those places to avoid such situations. Also as a trip agent we totally trust in you guys. It would have been highly appreciated if you would have suggested to avoid some places to save money. Like puga valley and tso Moriri were not worth the extra cost. Though i had suggest that I wanted to visit it, but as a travel planner you guys should have suggested to avoid these.

We had a good trip with the support of our representative Chriag and driver Prince.

We had challenges with the vehicle, such as cleanliness, lot of cabin noise etc. However the vehicle did not give us any trouble in the journey.

Our accomdations was good at 3 locations, but had to compramise for 2 locations. Those 2 were defintely not even 3 star accomdations, very basic amenities such as bed and hot water was present.

Though we enjoyed the over all trip, we definitely felt the iternary was hectic and had lot of journey time.

Our safety was given higest priority and Chirag was always at a call during the trip.

A. Hotels:
1. Shaolin Hotel, Leh - The hotel didn't have heaters for all rooms. In the winter season they need to have heaters in all rooms. There were hardly any rooms that were occupied, but they still couldn't give us a heater. The food was not cooked properly. Poor experience and service
2. Tsewang Nurboo Homestay, Nubra Valley - Excellent experience. The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. They have given very good service and we're very sweet people.
3. Alpine Cottages, Pangong Lake - Average experience. There was no water in the bathrooms. The service provided was good and the food was tasty. Overall decent experience.
4. Grand Yasmin Hotel, Leh - Good experience and good food provided

B. Driver didn't recommend good local places to eat food. He was adamant and not flexible at all. Overall average experience.

C. Travel consultant - we had asked him to give us a young driver who would be flexible and know the local cafes, but that was not provided to us. He didn't give latest/updated information despite having connections with the drivers and hotels. Overall he was average.

We had a fun trip as we had done our research on local food and cafes. The weather was lovely and we experienced snowfall as well.

Stay in swan boat house was a nightmare and hotel dewan was also not good n food was not good at swan and dewan hotel (limited food was available even though we were in dinner time slot). Food n stay at Hotel Snowland and hotel heritage good. Cab driver n travel agent both are good.
Overall trip was good except few hiccups as mentioned above. Thanks

Everything in Port Blair was a terrible experience. Right from the driver to the stay and the food. Let’s face it, Port Blair doesn’t have much to offer other than the cellular jail. But then plan included 2 nights of stay there which doesn’t make any sense at all. Such a waste of time and money. The driver was a bit arrogant at the beginning and then because I started friendly conversation as it was my trip and I didn’t want my mood to go down bcoz of it, he budged. But no one is ready for any sort of customisation in the trip. We can’t just sit in a hotel room for hours together when we can actually go out and do something about it. But no one is ready to send a cab, we have to talk to 5 different ppl to get things done.

Islands were bearable mostly because the place is extremely beautiful. Havelock stay was good only bcoz it was beach side. The washroom smelled and there is no room service whatsoever. The driver was good but the driving was a bit rash. Food was good.

Neil island by far was the best day to be. The stay was really good and the driver too. He gave us directions and helped us understand what can be done for the day. Which is a good place to visit etc .
The annoying thing was that the check out time is 8 AM. Who checks out at 8 and then sits outside in reception till 11 doing literally nothing. Why would we travel so far just to sit idol in a hotel reception.

Overall the experience was really good but I would definitely recommend to give some kind of customisation and not make ppl just sit idol

Hotel stay at Havlock is best and we liked it too much. At port Blair hotel stay is average (seagull hotel). But room service at the both the hotel is fantastic. Food is also good. Transfers are too smooth and drivers are co-operative. When we reached port blair sweety was our executive to handle all things and prior to visit we got all tickets for ferry and drivers contacts. Overall experience is very nice, all transfers were smooth. the Havlock was amazing 🤩. Thank you Lazy yatra.
