I somewhere feel the Vehicle could have been more comfortable considering such a long journey and also with kids around .

Secondly the Vehicle Driver in such trips should also be a pseudo tour guide which was missing .

Also the city habits were not properly communicated which also meant we were left with no clue on the timings of city night life .

Hotel stay at Portblair is just OK but Stays at Havelock is superb in NK Eco. The restaurant guy is so polite & helpful. Overall all staff in NK ECO is awesome. (I will not mention Portblair hotel name for any adverse effects) as lazy yatra personnel know all the details for there future booking or not. Further, Driver in portblair is unpunctual except driver's name Arun. Further in Havelock Driver's team (Main owner is Manoj may be) are so co-operative and punctual.
I was contacted to Chirag for my itinerary. He is very polite & having a positive attitude but he did not contact me after full payment against my itinerary. However another representative in Lazy Yatra named Saraansh was continuously connected with me and resolved my issues instantly . So overall experience with Lazy Yatra is Good. You guys can go with Lazy Yatra for your travel plans.
Note- I already messaged to Saransh for some issues to make the trip more comfortable and memorable.

Overall trip was really good.
Sightseeing co-ordination with drivers was easy.
We booked the travel with Himanshu and he was always available to sort out our queries.
Priya was also coordinating the trip well.
Manoj from operational team was also coordinating for any concern during the trip.
However, there are few suggestions which could make the trip planning even better for future purpose:
- mention the activities or highlights available on any island. Ex: kayaking for Bioluminescence was available in Havelock Island but we were not aware of it. That would have been a great experience.

- Ask the drivers to be a little helpful and mindful of the situations. One of the driver didn't allow us to sit in the cab as we reached for few more minutes till the time other members were taking the luggage and waiting for the cruise to come. Even after requesting that we have a 5 month old baby with us and it's too hot outside.
And another driver asked for money to take the tickets even though it was part of the package.

Apart from these minor suggestions overall experience of booking our trip from lazyatra was great.

The drivers who accompanied us from Srinagar to Leh and for the entire Leh trip were very good and impressive. Special mention of Karma who was the driver in Leh. He was exceptional and very good.
Well planned and organised itinerary, with good transport facilities arranged. Except for the Lake Victoria house boat which was the worst house boat ever seen and the hotel in Srinagar which was not up to the mark of a 3 star, rest were good. The hotel in Leh specially Grand Ladakh and Upala and Kargil were very good with good hospitality. Organic Inn and Nubra had plenty of empty rooms don't know why they charged Rs.2000/- for a date change. Overall satisfied with the trip.

Ideally for stays I would have liked to have rated “good” if the option was there.

Stayed in the following resorts:

Sea shell , port blair : This was an ok hotel, nothing fancy. Very small hotel with no great views etc. Food was good and rooms were clean. Price of food was very high for the kind of place it seemed to be.
Tilar Siro, Havelock: The best resort we stayed during our andaman visit. Everything about the resort was absolutely brilliant. Food, hospitality and the private beach section were all top notch.
Symphony summer sands, Neil island: This was the biggest let down in our entire trip. The upgraded casa aqua room with breakfast and dinner was just pathetic. This is a motel pretending to be a star resort. There is a section of this resort on the beach side which looked a bit better, but our rooms were on the bad side. I wish i had stuck to my original choice of sea shell samssara instead of listening to your recommendation.
Symphony samudra, port blair: beautiful resort, but far away from the city which was fine for us. But the resort appears to still have some construction ongoing. We did not get great views from our room which was overseeing a pond under construction. The resort also has significant maintenance issues even though it is fairly new- our room has cockroaches and spiders and ac did not work in our room after 10. They offered to change rooms, but my kids had already slept by then. Other room was good and resort itself is overall pretty.

Drivers:
All drivers were excellent and on time and reasonable. Never had any issues. Especially the havelock and neil island drivers and port Blair driver during return trip were very helpful. Only docking a point for dropping us far away and making us walk a lot and for sometimes bringing cars that were not very clean/ not having ac working.

Travel agent experience:
Right from booking till follow ups during travel, very quick response and always ready to help. I was also happy to note that in most places we did have 2 cars booked when we had luggages, so we could sit comfortably. Only thing was the recommendations of symphony summer sands and sea shell, port blair. Not sure if the agent got first hand knowledge or only details from the photos, the experience there is a lot different than the images. Perhaps need to figure out customers preferences by engaging a little more to understand their taste as well. That’s my only corrective comment, otherwise I wanted to thank lazy yatra/ travel triangle for an extremely well planned trip.

We were travel in March 2023, it was a nice experience & the hotels given for stay, was very nice.
And special thanks for our driver, his name is Manoj. He was very punctual for time, he was very helpful in all sightseeing.
And also I would like to thanks for Dipika & Vishal, who arranged our Rajasthan Trip....

Just completed my lazy yatra organised Gujrat trip with two of my friends .Overall experience was very good . Vishal was always approachable from start to end of the trip. Very decent consultant and happy with his suggestions whether for hotels or sight seeing . Was able to spot few lions also in Gir forest which was a bonus.
Would plan my Andaman trip also with them soo.

The stay in Delhi could have been much much better, than what it was.

The representative had limited inputs on the weekly holidays for some of the important sites in delhi, I had to tell her the that these days are weekly off for the places. and we missed those sites as the bookings were already done.

Had to change the entire planned dates just because the representative had limited stay options on the planned dates.

It was told strictly that the driver shall be non smoker and non tobacco chewer, but that was not the case. other than that the driver was good.

however the overall experience was good.

Hotel stay were good..only 1 point to recommend...our stay in Jaipur was hotel harsoli haveli.. this hotel is 16kms away from main city and due to traffic our daily 2 hrs was wasted in traffic. Will not recommend this hotel for tourists. We also faced toilet flush problems in this hotel and we had to follow up many times for this issue with hotel staff.
Hotel in Udaipur ( Mukund Vilas) is very good..Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Driver was good but was not able to give proper instructions regarding various spots and places.

Travel consultant (Rinki) is very good and helpful.

Overall our trip was good and we enjoyed it.

The property at Port Blair and Havelock were really good. Property at Neil was not maintained well, the room was not cleaned, the hot water kettle was not cleaned.
Drivers at Port Blair and Havelock were good, pick up and drop was well co ordinated. The driver at Neil drove very rash, When he drop us to the Jetty, he literally just threw our bag out and rushed away.
Travel consultant Rinki and Sweety were good in managing the trip.

Overall a great experience apart from Neil accommodation and transit.

I would like to report an unpleasant experience in the recently conducted trip to Andaman Island.

Please note that the negative experience was only limited to stay at Haywizz resort in Havelock island.
The rest of the trip and the arrangements were highly satisfactory (the local guide, cabs and stay at
Amigrace in Port Blair).

Details are as follows:

1. Power cuts at Haywizz resort beyond the capability of their back up DG leading to frequent power
outages at crucial times causing sleep disturbance and inability to use bathrooms which were pitch dark
(we had to use phone light as there was no ventilation of any kind). Hot water was not available as well.
2. As soon as we entered the room, we had to call the housekeeping to address the issue of water
leaking from the fridge onto the floor of the room.
3. Sighting of cockroach (more than once) moving around in the dim lit room.
4. The hotel had a good pool and we had opted for the premium room with private plunge pool.
However, There was lack of adequate towels (only 2 towels given for 3 guests) and floor mats (not given
despite of repeated requests). The response given was that they did not receive laundry on that day!
5. They had double billed a food item which I had to bring to their notice. Even if we consider it
as an error, they insisted on adjusting it with next food order (which we were not sure as we would be
touring outside). They did not even agree to adjust with spa charges or to refund the same (which was
strange considering the ‘error’ was from their side).
6. No landline was given when asked for (to contact cab driver). The manager declined to give his
mobile also stating that there was no network!
7. No umbrella at the reception (for a place where rainfall is quite common)

What disappointed the most was the attitude of unapologetic staff (mainly manager and GM). According to
them, we were not ‘co-operating’ with the situation they were in and they were doing all they could,
which we disagree strongly. They could have easily provided emergency lights or hot water in a bucket.
How difficult it is for such hotels to have extra towels or door mats? They could have planned switching
off DG (for cooling purpose) when least needed (instead of in the morning 6-8 AM when it is most needed).
If such power cuts were normal, such hotels should have multiple back up options to begin with or this
situation should have been informed at the time of booking itself.

We told them that it is unfair for them to be making profits from our inconvenience and demanded refund
for services/facilities not provided after which they became apologetic and defensive at the same time.
There is no way they can compensate for our inconvenience, but it definitely makes a case for them to
forgo their profits from our booking and refund the same. We would be very unhappy if nothing is done
about it and they continue to take their customers and travel agents for granted.

We had a good experience in booking andaman package with lazyatra.our trip was planned suddenly and it was RINKY who helped us planning everything very fastly.She made our iternary and scheduled our trip as per flight timings.Our hotel stay in Neil island is excellent with beach access and lakshmanpura sunset point is near to our stay .Food was great.Our Hotel stay in Havelock was good .Beach resort ,rooms and location was excellent but food is not so good .We had lunch at Anju Coco restaurant which is very good and near to our hotel.We had stayed in two hotels in port blair .Bay walk is decent hotel and location of hotel also very good. Hospitality was good .Seagull hotel is not good as food /location and room is very bad.Local driver/coordinator does not follow iternary schedule but they will arrange all site visits according to their vehicle availability because they are serving 3-4 groups at the same time.Overall we had a great trip with lazyatra and special thanks to rinky who helped us and we would like to plan more trips with Lazyatra

As discussed, two feedback where need improvement

1. Hundur Residency ( Nubra ) was not so good- dinner and breakfast and stay quality below average and hotel staff is not well educated on customer service.

2. Leh to Srinagar Driver ( Rafik)

1. Driver missed out few of the points
2. Not professional when it come to customer ( eg- talking about personal family matters and telling negative points of ladakh)
3 Very talkative and getting involved in every topic
4. Driving skill was good

The stays at Sangalay Palace in Leh and Organic Boutique homestay in Nubra were excellent. The food at Organic Boutique was delicious and fresh. The food at Sangalay was average. The stay and food at Pangong was good.
The driver was good and helpful but was rash driving at some places.
We had an overall excellent experience although faced some health issues due to high altitude of Ladakh.
There was a change in the travel consultant but we were not informed about it. We came to know only when we had contacted them few days before the trip.
The entire trip was well planned and coordinated. All the arrangements were done in a professional way.

Hotel Samaya Leh was awsm . Staff was friendly with delicious food . Nubra eco village good too but food was average . Mentsel cottage at Pangong was fine , staff was a bit overburdened.
Our Driving experience was fantastic as Driver Lobjang very cooperative. Vehicle windshield was broken so photo shoot in front view was bad actually 😔.
Rinki is very good and helpful, I would like plan my next trip with her assistance again .
In spite of tough terrains and few hurdles , my family with my lil daughter enjoyed it , just days were short for us ..

Stay/ Hotels:
Our first day stay was at Grand Yasmin which was not at all a good experience. They gave us room which was on third floor, not accessible through lift and was not even well furnished. Though they have given us a better room on our last day stay and experience was good. The food was quite great though.
On our 2nd and 3rd day we stayed at Sanghalay palace and the experience was amazing. The food and staff was very disciplined.
On 4th day at Nubra, we had a 2 day stay at Organic boutique inn. The room was average but the service was quite impressive. The food tastes like home and mouth watering.
On our 6th day we had a stay at Native hut in Pangong.. The room was pretty fine and food was okay.though we were not expecting much from Pangong, tso Moririri and Hanle we were not expecting much.
7th day we stayed in T Pajlor homestay in Hanle and i must say the service and the room was quite amazing as it was very remote area and the uncle and his daughters were very sweet to us. I would personally recommend that homestay to everyone.
On our second last day at Tso Moriri we had stay at lake view hotel, from where there is no view of lake😂. The room was very untidy and had a bad odour. We ordered maggie and it tastes yukkk so even the food was not eatable. It was the worst among all the stays we had.

Driver and Vehicle:
Our driver name was Tsering and he was quite active, he even took us to those places which are out of our reach. He briefed about the spots very well. The car xylo was also clean and comfortable.

Our travel consulatant Rinki... coordinated the trip well and was helpful.

Ladhak:
Finally, on the sightseeing and places visited, Ladhak in all have breath taking views, deserts mountains and rivers all at once, lot of scenic views, military camps, war memorials, border on India Pakistan and China. Overall a must visit place.

The entire trip was well planned, both the hotel stays in Leh and the Camp stays in Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake were good! Camps stay at Nubra (De Nubra Camp) was awesome. However, given the low temperatures at night and senior citizens, a cottage stay would have been preferable at Pangong. The Driver 'Dawa' was very professional, sincere and responsible and made sure all the sightseeing's & entire road travel was safely covered. While the Travel Consultant changed for me twice, Vishal Jain was very good with his timely communications.
Would love to travel with Lazy Yatra again!!

Stay was decent in hotels/camps and staff was really nice and well behaved. They even helped us with early checkin and late checkout wherever possible.
Driver was very punctual and professional, had a very good collection of songs plus driving skills was superb.
I talked to Rinki and she helped us with all the queries.
Trip was really good, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
Thanks to the complete team for making this a memorable one.

Overall we had a good time. Our Driver Mr Mingur was very nice. He knew the area very well and guided us appropriately.

Hotel we felt was average. Grand Yasmin - very poor cleanliness. Dining area tables were always dirty. Lots of dust in the rooms. Cupboards full of old newspapers and dust. Best avoided i feel. Staff are very nice. Location is close to market and cafes but place is not good.

Hunder Summer camp - Excellent food at the hotel. Tents and toilets were clean. Got hot running water.

Pangong - clean tent and toilet. Good food. Hospitable people. We saw some nice cottages were available at Pangong also. But the Summer camp tent was also good.

Utpala retreat - excellent rooms with great view from balcony. Food was good too. Best hotel of the trip. But no lift to second floor. Book with caution for elderly people.

Travel consultant Ms Rinki Gyanani was very helpful in all stages. She did a good job organizing our trip.

First-day hotel stays as per expected and would like to stay again there. Other days hotel stay was so so...
The driver was very nice nature and cooperative and would like to book him again.
Travel consultant Akhil was well responsive and quick in his responding etc.
Overall it was great we enjoy the trip.

Lazy yatra must recommend the hotels, it is hard to select them just by seeing the photos. We did not like our stay in Nubra and Tso-moriri much. The driver was not too comfortable in Hindi and was very silent. It's important to have cheerful drivers as the majority of Ladakh's trip is on the road. The representative was responsive and we still enjoyed the trip quite a lot.

This is the second time we are visiting in andaman and Lazy team help us a lot to make it memorable, We had tried few changes this time which add on more joy to our trip:

1. Scooty at neil and Havelock instead of cab.
2 . Trip to diglipur and seen the turtle laying egg and releasing the baby turtle in the morning.
3. Baratang limestone cave.
4. stay at Heritage MNR at port Blair.
5. seeing jarawa tribe family on the way to diglipur.
6. Never missed Sunrise and sunsets at neil and Havelock as we have scooty there.

above are well planned and executed by vishal and rinki.

But yes there are few bad memories about the trip as well that are unavoidable and not any body's fault and also well handled by vishal.

but yes for the sake of other traveller i am sharing that thing as well.

1. Stay at Hotel baywalk in port Blair was pathetic, although people were nice but room and services are not as per the standard.
You will feel regretted if you stay there, wherever seagull balcony room in same budget were awesome. Otherwise try heritage MNR they are all weather good.

2. Vehicle breakdown on the way to diglipur in rangat, we utilized and enjoyed it by shopping and exploring street market at rangat. Our driver roshan was very helpful although he is less talkative but we talked alot with him ;)
3. Basic room at pristine at diglipur is not a good option go for a upgrade if you want to enjoy your stay there.

Overall it a nice trip with lots of mix memories but we enjoyed all of them, our tour coordinator Vishal was very helpful and was available throughout the trip. Somehow upset with rinki she had just routed us to vishal and was never available after that.

We had a 5day 4night trip that included Udaipur-Ajmer-Pushkar-Jaipur for 4 adults. The hotel experience at Udaipur was not so welcoming while the Jaipur hotel was good. Also we had some miscommunication with the local driver which was sorted with the intervention of trip coordinator. Hence, overall experience was good with prompt and accommodating responses from driver as well as the trip coordinator.

I had requested for 4 star hotel rooms for my trip. Rooms in Hotel Heritage MNR and Hotel Sea Hills in Port Blair were very good. However, hotel room in Aquas at Havelock was average and not upto the mark. The standard rooms provided by hotel Pearl Park at Neil Island were pathetic and located at the backside of hotel among servant quarters. The representatives of travel agent at Havelock and Neil Island were excellent. Ms Sweety representing the Travel Agents at Port Blair was very helpful and ensured that vehicles are available on time and tickets for cellular jail and light & sound show are delivered. Drivers provided at Port Blair were good.

Overall experience was good. It would have been much better if lazy Tours had briefed us about condition of standard rooms in Pearl Pak resort Neil Island and booked Delux rooms which were much better.

Whole trip was planned keeping our group members age in mind. We had above 50 adults, and under 12 years kids with us, so it was not a rushed trip. We spent six days covering Jaipur, Chittorgarh and Udaipur. On our way to Udaipur from Jaipur, we visited Brahma ji temple in Pushkar. There were a few hiccups like that we faced over the journey, but nothing serious. Our trip was planned last minute, arrangements were made pretty fast and were decent enough for our budget. Overall a good experience. Special thanks to our consultant Rinky and driver as well.

Well organised trip. Hotel stays were excellent except Aquays Hotels & Resorts in Neil Island which is a rundown property with poor service. The best stay was at Sanddy Waves Hotel & Resort in Havelock. But he fleeced us Rs 2625/- per person in the name of Christmas eve dinner with below par food and nothing else (absolutely nothing - not even soft drinks). We had to pay this money in an individual's (nava starlin) account instead of hotel account in which other bills were paid. And a shady kind of handwritten bill was issued for this payment. While we were aware in advance that we have to pay this amount for the dinner, the whole experience related to it was poor. The other important issue that needs to be highlighted is while you are promised a dedicated vehicle for your stay at one place, your vehicle as well as driver changes for every trip, doesn't remain same even for 01 day at the same place. The trip coordinator at Port Blair was trying to serve more clients than vehicles available - as a result, we were left waiting twice for more than 45 minutes. One of the drivers, on being told that he was late, talked back loudly too. While drivers and vehicles changed at Havelock and Neil also, at least timings were maintained and the drivers were courteous. In terms of sightseeing/places to visit, cruise tickets etc, whatever was promised was met/delivered. I am giving 'Very Good' for the complete experience by keeping out the Christmas dinner experience and occasional mismanagement of transport. I must thank Mr Yugal Senani from Lazy Yatra for his excellent inputs and transparency in terms of cost while booking the trip. Thanks Yugal.

Loved the stay at Port Blair and Havelock. Not quite happy with the experience at the Neil Island hotel stay though.
Driver were quite punctual and friendly.
I never had to worry about hassle of booking, planning etc -- thanks to you guys

Andaman is mesmerizing. Totally loved it. Thanks for making this trip awesome.

Hotels during our Rajasthan trip were fine. In Jaipur (Dior) hotel was not that great, but Jaisalmer and Udaipur hotels were as expected. We did not go for high end hotels but budget hotels. Driver Manoj Yadav was good and used to be on time on all days. He was prompt in terms of getting informing and taking us on places to go and was giving tips based on the location or tourist spots whether it’s about food or guide. Vishal was our Travel co-ordinator who was very patient in terms of understanding our requirements and making sure our trip is without any hassles by checking in on us every 2nd day. With respect to the choices of places I think we could have chosen nearby cities in a trip since most of our time went in traveling between cities.

Very well organised all the services were really good, enjoyed a lot. The best part of booking with Travel Triangle and Lazy Yatra is Customisation, I got my package customized exactly as per my needs, and every arrangement was fantastic. Rinky our tour coordinator was very helpfull special thanks to her, Planning to travel again with Lazy Yatra.

The trip was initially was bit not properly organised there had been issues due to the cyclonic storms but it was well managed by ms rinki coordinating everything and helped us to go as per the internet so that we could not miss anything.later on the trip was very smooth well coordinated point to point.the stay was very good.

Overall it was a good experience. Specially the driver was good. Hotels were average, also some hotels were not serving full menu for dinner. That was understandable due very low foot fall of guest due to Covid. Would definitely recommend lazy Yatra to friends and family.

The hotels were not upto the mark and was average only considering the charges we have paid. They have no clarity what we have booked and they have to provide. The restaurant of the hotel at port Blair was pathetic and food was served after waiting period of an hour or so. The hotel staff of peerless resort was not professional at all though the staff at ocean tree was good. There was no coordination of local agent with the drivers and we have to call every time requesting the details of the drivers. The drivers at port blair provided only pick and drop at port blair. On the last day we requested the driver to stop in the market and drop rest of the passengers to another hotel since there flight was cancelled and we have to make another arrangement, the driver charged Rs.1000 for just 5-6 km. I would say the place is worth visiting but all the arrangements should be made by the travellers on its own only and not through any local agents at port blair or havelock as they are interested only in looting you.However thanks to rinki, our travel agent at lazytrip, as she provided all the help at all the stages. I have given 4 stars because I was not happy with the local coordinator.

Stay in hotel- Excellent perfect food n services
Driver in port blair gave wrong information about ferry n unnecessary wasted 1.5 hours. Driver didn't come on time to pick up on first day also.
Travel consultant was initially ok.. but after reaching andaman when we complained about experience. He didn't listen much and argue much. Andaman is really nice place to visit. Just manage it properly

Stay was awesome
There wasn't much of sightseeing because of corona but island and sunset view is nice
Travel consultants Yugal and Deepak are very good. Hatsoff to patience and all the guidance. Did not face any problems in immigration because everything was pre prepared as per guidance and everything was smooth
For the whole trip for maldives I would rate it 4 out of 5.
Suggest to do scuba diving during morning or evening times. Not afternoon.
Do try watersports and marine biologist guided snorkeling
We would get better treatment in restaurants if we spend a bit. If we say we are all inclusive then treatment is bit like you will get ignored and other foreigners who pay will get priority in coco bodu resort

The stays in hotel was good, the properties such as Sangalaya Palace and Fresh Water Retreat were really good.
Hotel Grand Yasmin was okay, as the food was not that good.

The drivers along with sightseeing and coordination was good, but would have really appreciated if the spoc in leh Sunil could have been accommodating by understanding the fact we had to modify the itinerary by directly coming back to hotel in Leh as my wife’s health was not good.
He could have adjusted the money but rather told a lie that we took the route of hemis monastery, there is only one route from pangong to leh via changla pass and we have to taken any alternative route, just for few hundred rupees the spoc lied and i did not appreciate it.

Travel Consultant Yugal was very helpful and supportive, the stays which were booked and suggested were good and the trip was a good experience overall.

Our travel consultant was Shefali,she was very helpful throughout our trip.
We stayed at hotel kangsing at Leh, the staff was very cooperative and food was also really good.
The driver was also good and polite.
The only issue we had is the De nubra camp at nubra valley, they had rats and cockroaches inside their camp and they didn't provide us hot water in bathroom.

It was well planned trip with Lazy Yatra. We did not need to plan anything what to do next neither we need to wait for any minute for the execution... Super impressed with presence / punctuality of Drivers. Binith our travel coordinator assigned by Lazy Yatra was so so nice with impressive voice. He specially came himself and took us for a round of Portblaire as it was raining so we covered major places in car only and he explained all about Portblaire it's history it's current affairs and all important places. Just got little disappointed when we visited the Havelock Island Resort as they have not maintained the look as per the website pics... May be because they are back to work after so long due to covid circumstances... So we understand this thing.. They, both lazy Yatra and hotel manager, understood the fact and allotted us nice room with beach view... Just would have been wonderful if all this decision of allotting us the rooms could have saved our 1 and half hour time. But later were truly truly impressed by the warmth and humble service of the people there. we were all the girls 4 of us and felt safe and secure. Seahill hotel at Portblaire was also very good. A boy Prashanto with very nice smile was very good person at sea hill hotel who took care of all OUR requirements. So overall it was very wonderful organised trip with friends planned by Lazyyatra.

Few things to tell upfront while sharing my experience with Lazy Yatra, i will be very honest with my review even if it me seems bit harsh.

A. Lazy Yatra provide best of accommodation as per your requirement - Very good hotels, pleasant stay, all surrounded by good people to take care of you. Complete package to make your stay pocket friendly as well.

B. Driver- This is area where Lazy Yatra needs to work more; Promise of Driver cum Guide was not fulfilled. However person allocated to us was safe & a good driver. However they are still to be trained to be more considerate and concern about good journey experience of the traveler.
Sights and landscapes which we have experienced in Ladakh was mesmerizing. I personally highly recommend everyone to at least visit once here for leisure and peace.

C. Shefali is very professional, tries to accommodate all your requirement & very helpful. NO BAKWASS direct to point.

Overall i would rate the complete experience 4 Stars out of 5.

I have been already recommending Travel Triangle and Lazy Yatra to all my friends planning to visit Ladahk.
Will get back to you for our next trip to North East.

Itenary could have been better. Places in the city like Shanti Stupa , Leh Palace, Namgyal Monestry could have been easily included as all these places were main attraction within the city itself. There was bit problem in accommodation on last day as it was changed without any prior notification which created some confusions and problem.

It was a well organized trip by the team of Lazy Yatra. Thanks to Vishal for all the co-ordination. The Port Blair trip was well co-ordinated by Mr. Shaqeel. Hotel/Resort of Port Blair and Neil Island were very good.Service was also excellent. But regarding the resort of Havelock we faced a lot of issues. We were staying at Havelock Holiday Beach Resort . The AC was not at all working, we were given wet towels. Even after repeated follow ups, the resort staff was not ready to change our room. But later on they provided a new one. But I think when the bookings are done in advance,the resort staff or the team of Lazy Yatra should check once prior to the arrival of the guests if everything is working or not. That experience was really frustrating.Rest, we had enjoyed our trip. No issues with the cab drivers. Everyone was very professional.

It was a very well organised trip and great experience to this heavenly place. Sightseeing is well planned and everything is covered. Driver was very polite and very helpful in nature. Hotels were good but they could be even more better. Accomodation and hospitality on pangong lake i.e. on himalayan cottage are really handled very well. Yugal Ji as a tour operator has done a great job. He made our bookings on time and provided all the necessary and small details reagrding the trip on time. All things are well organised.

Port Blair and Havelock Hotels are Good but Neil Hotel is average.
Breakfast whatever provided at Port Blair's hotel not good. Remaining hotels Breakfast was good,
Cab what you are prohibited at Port Blair and Neil ,the driver was good and
affable but at Havelock driver was not sincere, always he was hurray, May be was engaged some other customer on same day.
Shefali as your travel agent was Good, May be book again with Lazyatra.
It was a amazing trip,we truly enjoyed and memorable experience.

Overall experience was great except Haywizz at hacvelock, Haywizz is the worst Hotel i have ever visted, I will never recommened anyone to stay at Haywizz. On all the places visted by us Travel agents/ Drivers were very supportive & Friendly. They were polite, panctual& uoto the mark on all aspects. Full of fun overall everything was nice.

Photoshoot during day time at kalapatthar beach which was earlier arranged at Radha Nagar beach was the best memory.
Andaman is a bit isolated place with network problems at most places so connectivity is an issue there otherwise on the part of the travel management lazy Yatra and specially Yugal has done great job n arrangements and offered the best he could do at his part so thanks yugal and lazyyatra.
