Not happy with hotels as hotels where far from main points plus kovalam hotel didn’t know how to serve and also hotel didn’t had hot water for bathing

It was a good experience overall. The taxi service was the best part. The driver was well experienced and professional. Other than that the hotel stay was also above avg at most of the places but somewhere we felt that below avg rooms were provided. Though the SPOC was quick to reply and understand
