Upon reaching Darjeeling, you will check into your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to explore at your leisure. You can choose to relax and acclimatize to the mountain air or take a gentle stroll through the charming streets of Darjeeling, soaking in the vibrant local culture and breathtaking Himalayan vistas.

Begin your day in Darjeeling with a final exploration of its charming streets. After enjoying a hearty breakfast, complete any remaining must-see sights in Darjeeling before checking out from your hotel. The journey to Gangtok awaits, a scenic drive of approximately 115 km, which will take around 4-5 hours.

En route, you will pass through:

• Teesta River Viewpoint – offering breathtaking vistas of the Teesta River and its surrounding valleys.

Upon arrival in Gangtok, check into your hotel and take some time to refresh. The rest of your day will be dedicated to experiencing the vibrant atmosphere and natural beauty of Sikkim's capital.

In Gangtok, explore the following:

• MG Marg: Stroll along this pedestrian-only boulevard, the heart of Gangtok, known for its clean environment, shops, and eateries.

Enjoy a leisurely evening in Gangtok, perhaps savoring local Sikkimese cuisine at one of the many restaurants along MG Marg.

Embark on a breathtaking single-day excursion from Gangtok to the stunning Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir, and the optional Nathula Pass.

Your day begins with an early morning departure from Gangtok. The journey to Tsomgo Lake is approximately 35 km, taking around 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival at Tsomgo Lake, marvel at its pristine beauty, a glacial lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains. You can enjoy a yak ride (optional, on extra cost) or simply soak in the serene atmosphere. Remember to carry warm clothing as the weather can be chilly.

Next, proceed to Baba Mandir, a revered shrine dedicated to the brave soldier Baba Harbhajan Singh. The distance from Tsomgo Lake to Baba Mandir is about 15 km, taking approximately 30 minutes. Visit the temple and learn about the legend of Baba Harbhajan Singh. Experience the spiritual ambiance of this unique location.

For those interested and if permits are available, an optional visit to Nathula Pass can be arranged (on extra cost). Nathula Pass is a significant border crossing between India and China. The drive to Nathula Pass from Baba Mandir is a short 14 km, taking about 30 minutes.

After a day filled with incredible sights and experiences, you will drive back to Gangtok. The return journey to Gangtok from Baba Mandir (or Nathula Pass) will take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

The distance between Gangtok and Darjeeling is approximately 96 kilometers, with an estimated travel time of around 3 to 4 hours, depending on road conditions and traffic.

Upon arrival in Darjeeling, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore the "Queen of the Hills."

Sights to visit in the evening:

Today marks your departure from the enchanting hills of Darjeeling as you head towards Bagdogra for your flight home. Enjoy a final, leisurely morning in Darjeeling, perhaps with a last cup of world-renowned tea.
