You can enjoy a yak ride (optional, on extra cost) or simply soak in the serene atmosphere. Remember to carry warm clothing as the weather can be chilly.

Next, proceed to Baba Mandir, a revered shrine dedicated to the brave soldier Baba Harbhajan Singh. The distance from Tsomgo Lake to Baba Mandir is about 15 km, taking approximately 30 minutes. Pick up from Gangtok to proceed towards Lachung. On the way to Lachung you will enjoy with the confluence of rivers Lachen chu and Lachung chu at Chungthang, Twin waterfalls and Bhim Nala Waterfalls. In spring the valley erupts in riots of colors as Primulae, Rhododendrons and many other Alpine flowers in full bloom along with snow covered valley except in autumn, You are likely to reach Lachung late in the afternoon or evening. Upon arrival proceed for check-in at hotel.

Upon arrival in Gangtok, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax and perhaps explore the immediate surroundings of your accommodation. You can take a leisurely stroll along MG Marg, Gangtok's vibrant main street, known for its pedestrian-friendly atmosphere, shops, and eateries.
