Day 1

Delhi To Manali via overnight volvo

After landing at Delhi airport around 8:30 pm , our representative meet you and transfer you to Volvo bus starting point delhi (kashmiri gate /Manu ka tilla ) board volvo bus and start your Journey to Manali queen of hills which is around 12-14 hrs drive by volvo , you will reach next morning at Volvobus stand Patlikuhal which is approx 20km before manali .

Pick up from Manali Bus Stand and Manali Sight Visit

Your Manali adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from the Manali Bus Stand. After your arrival, you'll be transferred to your accommodation to freshen up.

 

Manali Sightseeing

Today, immerse yourself in the captivating beauty of Manali. Your exploration will include:

  • Hadimba Devi Temple: A unique pagoda-style temple dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, nestled amidst a cedar forest.
  • Vashisht Village: Famous for its hot springs and ancient temples, offering a relaxing and spiritual experience.
  • Mall Road: The heart of Manali, perfect for a leisurely stroll, shopping for local handicrafts, and enjoying delicious street food.

Kullu Excursions with Desired Adventure Activities (At Your own cost)

Embark on a thrilling day of Kullu excursions from Manali, focusing on adventure and scenic beauty. This itinerary is designed for a single, action-packed day.

 

Your day begins in Manali. Today's focus is on exploring the Kullu Valley and indulging in optional adventure activities at your own expense.

 

  • Depart from Manali for Kullu, a journey of approximately 40 km, taking about 1.5 hours.
  • Upon reaching the Kullu Valley, you have the option to partake in exhilarating activities such as river rafting on the Beas River (seasonal and weather permitting) or paragliding for breathtaking aerial views of the valley.

  • Explore the vibrant local markets of Kullu, known for their traditional handicrafts and Kullu shawls.

 

  • Visit the famous Raghunath Temple, a significant pilgrimage site in Kullu. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the valley, with opportunities for short nature walks. The day concludes with your return to Manali, filled with memories of the stunning Kullu Valley and your chosen adventures.

Head to Jispa Via Atal Tunnel, Sissu, and Keylong

Embark on a breathtaking journey from Manali to Jispa, traversing the iconic Atal Tunnel. The total distance to Jispa is approximately 100 km, with an estimated travel time of around 4-5 hours, excluding stops.

 

En route, experience the following:

  • Atal Tunnel: A marvel of engineering, this tunnel significantly reduces travel time and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
  • Sissu: Stop at Sissu to witness the majestic Sissu Waterfall, a powerful cascade set against a backdrop of dramatic peaks.
  • Keylong: Continue to Keylong, the administrative headquarters of Lahaul and Spiti district. Explore the local market and soak in the unique high-altitude landscape.

Upon arrival in Jispa, check into your accommodation. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and acclimatize to the serene mountain environment. You can take a leisurely walk along the Bhaga River or simply enjoy the tranquility of Jispa.

Travel to Shimla from Manali via Kullu

Begin your day in Manali. After enjoying a final breakfast in Manali, check out from your hotel. Ensure any remaining Manali sights you wish to see are completed before departing.

 

The drive from Manali to Kullu is approximately 40 km and takes about 1 hour. Kullu is renowned for its stunning valley and the Beas River.

En route, consider these sights (If not done earlier):

  • Kullu Valley: Admire the breathtaking panoramic views of the valley, dotted with apple orchards and pine forests.
  • Bijli Mahadev Temple: (Optional detour) A short hike leads to this ancient temple offering spectacular views.

 

Upon reaching Kullu, take a brief pause to soak in the atmosphere of this beautiful valley. You might enjoy a short walk by the Beas River. Continue your journey from Kullu to Shimla. This stretch covers approximately 170 km and will take around 5-6 hours of travel time.

 

Upon arrival in Shimla, check into your hotel. The rest of your day is dedicated to exploring the charm of Shimla:

  • The Ridge: A vibrant heart of Shimla, perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying panoramic views.
  • Mall Road: Shimla's famous pedestrian street, ideal for shopping and relishing local delicacies.
  • Christ Church: An iconic landmark with stunning Neo-Gothic architecture.

 

Enjoy your evening in the Queen of Hills.

 

Due to municipal corporation's mandate, tourist vehicles/outside vehicles are not allowed in certain areas. Vehicle will be parked to certain parking spot, and such areas must be covered on foot.

Day 6

Shimla To kalka Via Kufri Bypass Rd and Kandaghat-Chail-Kufri Rd 130 km

Post breakfast Check out from Hotel and drive to drop at kalka , via Kufri bypass road , Visit Kufri, Popular among Trekkers. the Salubrious Climate and Stunning Natural Beauty Makes Kufri a Perfect Summer Getaway. Kufri is the Venue for Annual Winter Sports Festival Held in February. Kufri is also Renowned for other Adventures Activities such as Skiing Tobogganing (sliding Downhill On a Sled) Etc. kufri Has the Oldest Skiing Slopes in Himachal Pradesh. Kufri is also a Haven for Nature Enthusiasts and Wildlife Lovers as the Himalayan Nature Park is Situated On the Outskirts of the Town. the Park is Home to Over 180 Varieties of Fauna. on the way visit chail and take break There , By evening you will reach at Kalka drive to drop at HOtel for overnight stay.

Drop at Kalka or Chandigarh Drop Point

Your day begins with checking out from your hotel in Shimla. Before departing, you may wish to capture some final panoramic views of the hill station or enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Afterward, embark on a scenic drive towards Chandigarh, with the option to drop off at Kalka.

 

The journey from Shimla to Kalka is approximately 90-100 kilometers and takes around 2.5 to 3 hours. From Kalka to Chandigarh, it's a further 30-40 kilometers, adding another 1 to 1.5 hours to your travel time. The total estimated drive from Shimla to Chandigarh is about 120-140 kilometers, taking approximately 3.5 to 4.5 hours, depending on traffic and stops.

 

En route to Kalka/Chandigarh, consider visiting:

  • Pinjore Gardens (Yadavindra Gardens) – A beautiful Mughal-style garden featuring fountains, palaces, and lush greenery, located just before Kalka.

Upon reaching Kalka, guests opting for a drop-off can disembark. For those continuing, proceed directly to Chandigarh. Upon arrival in Chandigarh, the modern and well-planned city, you will be dropped at your desired location, concluding your journey.

 

Note: If you wish to visit sights in Chandigarh due to time available, it would be charged additionally based on the vehicle.

Trip Information

  • Any hotel services or charges not specifically included in the package.
  • Mandatory Gala Dinner charges (e.g., 24 December, 25 December, 31 December, 14 February, or any other date mandated by the hotel).
  • Vehicle heater charges or any additional air-conditioning charges, wherever applicable.
  • Emergency evacuation, rescue, or medical assistance expenses.
  • Travel and medical insurance.
  • Expenses of a personal nature, including laundry, telephone calls, room service, minibar, beverages, shopping, porterage, tips, and similar personal expenses.
  • Tourist permits, entry fees, or other government charges not specifically included in the package, except Inner Line Permit (ILP) where expressly mentioned.
  • Personal medicines, medical kits, oxygen cylinders, or any other medical equipment.
  • Flight tickets, train tickets, or any other mode of transportation unless specifically included in the quotation.
  • Camera, video camera, drone, or photography charges levied at monuments, sightseeing attractions, or other locations.
  • Any item, service, activity, meal, ticket, or expense not specifically mentioned under the Package Inclusions.

Domestic Travel

  • 50% of the total package cost for the confirmation.
  • Remaining Amount to be paid 30 Days Before the travel date

 

International Travel

  • Payment Policy will vary wrt (Though it would be communicated before booking otherwise domestic payment policy will be applicable.)

Land Package Cancellation Charges

  • More than 30 Days before Travel - 15% of the total Package cost. Hotel /Cruise /Ferry cancellations/ retentions would be additional to the service charges of Cancellation.
  • More than 15 Days and Less than 30 days Before Travel – 50% of the Package cost.
  • Less than 15 Days / No Show – 100% of the Package cost.
  • Travel Dates Between Dec 10 - Jan 20 – 100% of the Package cost (No cancellation entertained at this time)
     

Flight Cancellation Charges

  • Individual Airline's and respective tickets have Cancellation Policy printed. Respective Cancellation Policy will be applicable in every case.

  • Applicable only In case of Genuine Reason for Postponing the trip with Valid documents. Postponement would not be possible within a week of travel dates.
  • Credit for Maximum 9 months would be Provided.
  • Any Cancellation charges(Cruise/Flight/vehicle cancellation & Hotel Retention) would be deducted from the credit amount.
  • Rate Differences (It could be any amount great than or equal to ZERO), as per the new travel date, would be additional at the time of booking.
  • Company's Service Charges would be Zero.
  • A traveler can change the destination and increase/decrease/change the travelers, however minimum package cost must be equal/higher to postponed package cost.
  • A traveler can allow other traveler to use the credits  before expiry.
  • Any confirmed postponed trip, can not be cancelled/refunded further for any known and unknown reasons. If you are not a frequent traveler, please request cancellation only.
  • Coordinate with Airline Flight changes/amendments/cancellations/credit-shell.
  • In case of postponement, dates must be informed minimum 45 days before travel.

  • We operate purely as a service provider and coordinate services as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Driver duty hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. A day is calculated from 00:00 to 23:59 (Calendar Day). If night driving is requested (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM), the driver must be given a minimum 8-hour rest. A ₹400–500/night allowance may apply. Night driving is neither recommended nor included in the package.
  • Vehicle Usage: Vehicles operate strictly as per the confirmed itinerary (point-to-point). Additional pickups, drops, or usage beyond the itinerary will be chargeable. Vehicles will only travel on roads considered safe by the driver, irrespective of Google Maps.
  • Air Conditioning: AC may not function in hilly regions or when the vehicle is stationary.
  • Vehicle Type: Standard Innova vehicles are generally 10–12 years old. Guests seeking a newer vehicle should opt for an Innova Crysta.
  • Parking: Parking charges are included only once for sightseeing attractions. Parking at hotels, malls, cinemas, markets, or similar places is not included.
  • Hotels: Check-in/out timings vary by hotel (generally between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM). Early check-in and late checkout are subject to hotel availability and policies.
  • Changes & Availability: Trip dates, hotels, or itinerary may change based on availability. Any additional cost due to such changes shall be borne by the guest. Extending or shortening a confirmed trip may not always be possible.
  • Unused Services: No refund will be provided for unused hotel stays, sightseeing, transport, or other services for any reason.
  • Cancellations & Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by weather, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, festivals, traffic, flight cancellations/rescheduling, overbooking, road closures, entry restrictions, or other force majeure events. Such situations may attract 100% cancellation charges from hotels, transporters, and other service providers.
  • Sightseeing: Museums and monuments may remain closed on national holidays or for maintenance. No compensation or refund will be provided for missed visits due to such closures.
  • Vehicle Confirmation: Vehicle details will be shared before confirmation. Any preference or objection should be communicated before booking.
  • Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any lost or forgotten items.
  • Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against last-minute cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
  • Jurisdiction: Any dispute related to the booking, payment, voucher, refund, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the company's registered office. If no objection is raised within 48 hours of receiving the voucher, it shall be deemed accepted along with these terms and conditions.

  • Hotel bookings are done with your Name. Sometimes agency names may differ.
  • If required, lunch and dinner restaurants can be advised accordingly.
  • Make sure you are aware about the prices of the services that you are using. As few hotels charge heavily for their services. Just bargain for things before even using them.
  • If you are reaching late in the evening, please call the hotel. Sometime hotels release the booking if they are not informed about your delay.
  • Please ask check-out time of the hotel. Make sure to check out as per guidelines. It may reduce headaches.
  • As soon as you enter the hotel, make sure to ask the facilities (with the prices if any) available in the hotel to utilize them best.
  • Enjoy the wilderness. Leave only footprints and take only photographs.
  • Do not enter the National Parks without permission.
