Trip to Leh Ladakh was a dream come true. It was really amazing and wonderful experience. Though faced some health issues and we had to cancel our visit to Pangong. Hotels at Leh namely The Kaal and Sangaylay Palace and Organic Boutique at Hunder Nubra were very good. Travel Consultant Rinki ji remained in contact all the time. She considered our health issue and rearranged our hotel bookings at no extra cost. Our Driver and local guide Shri Angchok ji was very caring, honest and helpful. We will definitely choose Lazy Yatra for our next trip.

The hotels provided were good and hygienic. The drivers provided through Amzad were very friendly. Entire trip was well organized by Chirag and we were able to relax and spend time with family without worrying about the next part of the trip as it was co-ordinated smoothly.

Que - How was your stay in hotels and food there? Ans - 1. 17th April - Port Blair - The stay at SeaGull Hotel was good. There was no Welcome drink though on arrival. Food was good. 2. 18th & 19th April - Havelock - The Hotel Blue Island Beach resort was not up to the mark. There was no intercom to connect to Recpetion and Restaurant. The bathrooms were stinking. The rooms were too small. There were ants roaming around in the bathroom. There was no welcome drink and no room service. Food was good. 3. 20th April - Neil Island - Reef Valley resort - The stay at Hotel was good. Here they provided us with Welcome drink. Food was good. Que - How was the driver with sight seeing and every thing? Ans - The car and driver arrangement was excellent. We did not have any issues Que - How was Rinki as your travel agent with your package? Ans - Rinki is a great travel agent. She helped with every query and ensured a great travel for all of us. Que - If you got a chance would be again book with Lazyatra ? Ans - Yes definitely. and a one line review for your whole trip in combine Ans - We had a wonderful trip except for the stay at Blue Island Beach Resort. Rinki Mam was very kind and helped me in gettin the best budget and a best vacation. This was indeed a memorable and a refreshing trip. Thanks to Rinki Mam and Travel Triangle.

Our stay and sight seeing experience was overall satisfactory. Interaction with Lazt Yatra, Vishal was also excellent. However the Cab driver behaviour was beyond acceptable. We certainly did not enjoy his company.

Service in terms of bookings and planning the itinerary is good.. hotels are not great in havelock and neil island... Cab services in terms of drop and pick up can be improved (can be bit more flexible).

Dear Team, Sorry for delay in giving this feedback. Tried to give the feedback through the provided link but it’s not working. When I talk about our trip. It was really wonderful and nicely planned. Starting from vehicle, accommodation, sightseeing everything was perfect. Especially accommodation provided at Havelock and Neil island was wonderful. Hospitality was great. Even though we are vegetarian the food was good. Accommodation could have been better at PortBlair especially rooms could have been specious. Otherwise other things were good. Cruise experience was superb and sightseeing at Havelock and Neil island was covered properly. Some more sightseeing could have been possible at Portblair. Overall our experience with Lazy Yatra was great and will surely love to travel again to some other destinations through lazy Yatra and will surely recommend to our family and friends. We enjoyed our trip a lot. Thanks a lot Team Lazy Yatra for making our trip a memorable one. Special thanks to Ms. Rinki for helping us out in curating such a nice trip.
