Overall experience was very good but sometimes i have problems woth maharaja travel agent for their services.Charge taken by hotel aquyas at Havelock island for broken glass was totally unacceptable bcz we don't use glass in room they already put broken glass.
Lazy yatra package very good hotel aquyas at neil island is not so good conpare to Havelock neil plaza rooms seems 2 stars room not 4 star bcz bathrooms door not closed properly.i also mention breakfast about aquyas at both places was not so good like thik thak.

Our Andaman & Nicobar trip with Lazy Yatra was well organised, with a smooth itinerary and good coordination. Beyond Blu at Port Blair was excellent with great food, and our Neil Island stay was cozy though the food was average. The cruise experience was amazing. However, the room and service at Radha Krishna Resort, Havelock were below expectations, and the Neil Island driver was uncooperative, causing us to miss the sunset. Drivers at Port Blair, Baratang and Havelock were very friendly and helpful.

Overall good. But areas of improvement are 1. Better co ordination by posting daily itenary in WhatsApp group and calls in morning and evening to guide. 2. Vehicles are booked for many at same time and they are in hurry. 3. Hotels may be booked in beachside in Havelock island. 4. Tourists may be guided to plan accordingly local sightseeing and shopping.

Hotels where we stayed were very average in Portblair and Mr. Chirag whom we first contacted was very good and helped us decide on things we can do and places we can stay. However, Ms. Sweety who was our contact person once we reached Port Blair, though helped us throughout the trip, she sounded like she is half sleepy or not at all interested and let this job get done kind of sounding.

I have booked our Andaman trip with Lazy Yatra and they have provided the best services. There were timely updates and guidance from our tour co-ordinator Sweety in Port Blair. The hotels booked were very good and also the food available was very tasty. Airport / Jetty Pickup and Drop were accurate on time and we didn't had to wait. Overall with the help of Lazy Yatra, we enjoyed our Andaman trip with much ease and comfort.

Our choice for a Leh Ladakh tour package was Lazy Yatra. Our stays—aside from our time in Tso Moriri—were to be rated as nice. Nonetheless, it is quite commendable how graciously the workers behaved given their meager means. Additionally, the property is very close to the lake. Mr. Mingur, our driver for Leh-Ladakh, is a wonderful man. He also gave one of our friends an oxygen cylinder and periodically checked on him. He led us in every location and circumstance in addition to adhering to the schedule in its entirety. We also want to thank Ms. Mayuri and Shipra from Lazyatra. I stayed in three locations during my trip. Leh was excellent. Nubra's accommodation was a bit unhygienic, but the staff was cooperative, so I had to address it. The staff at Pangong was very good, though the accommodation could have been better, and the electricity was limited there. (un-informed)

Mayuri's guidance was invaluable for our trip. It was our first time there, and she was very encouraging. While I already knew most of the details from my friends, she efficiently handled the reservations on time.

Well organised trip. The itinerary was shared and very well explained. Any modifications and changes that we requested for were accomodated well.
Just one area of improvement, the co-ordination of activities and intimation of details can be done well in advance and better explained.
But overall we had a great, hassle free experience and definitely look forward to our next trip!!!

Needs to be more proactively understand and give suggestions/ inputs .
She geared up only when we escalated the issue.to Chirag.which is not a pleasant experience for both the parties.

Driver @Portblair On day 1 not at all co operative/understanding/ very impolite . On the day 1 the experience should be more welcoming, which was not there at all.

Hotel Sea pearl is very bad..pl remove it from your recommendation..the rooms are not very badly kept, Their breakfast is not even 2 star , it's managed by very mediocre trained family/staff.
The property is not at all maintained. They however have an upgraded room after we escalated the issue and Chirag spoke to them I think . So first 3 days were spent on only escalating the problems..which is not definitely a great experience.

So overall my feedback would be pl do a through study on the services of a Hotel ,we may not know.. it's your job to give correct inputs about the hotel..The reviews of the hotel at Havelock were very good..so you should know as which hotels are best to be avoided.

Lazy Yatra: A Memorable Andaman Island Experience
I recently embarked on a 3 nights/4 days trip to the stunning Andaman Islands, and I entrusted Lazy Yatra with organizing my last-minute getaway. Despite the short notice (booked just a week prior to my travel date), Lazy Yatra managed to arrange a seamless and memorable vacation that exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I arrived, it was evident that meticulous planning had gone into every aspect of my trip. The accommodations provided were exceptional, offering comfortable stays and delicious breakfasts. We enjoyed sunrise at Kalapathar beach, and a breathtaking sunset at Radhanagar beach on Havelock Island. Lazy yatra provided complimentary couple photography at Radhanagar beach.

One of the most exhilarating activities during my trip was snorkelling, which Lazy Yatra ensured was included in the itinerary. The opportunity to explore the vibrant marine life beneath the crystal-clear water was truly unforgettable.

Moreover, I was impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of all the taxi drivers arranged by Lazy Yatra. Their timely arrivals and polite service added to the convenience and enjoyment of my journey. Additionally, Lazy Yatra's foresight in sharing the contact details of the drivers in advance facilitated smooth coordination and communication.

While my overall experience with Lazy Yatra was highly satisfactory, there is room for improvement in the itinerary planning. Given the constraints of flight timings, I believe that incorporating more sights and activities at Port Blair could have enhanced the itinerary further. Perhaps a more comprehensive exploration of the area would have provided a deeper immersion into the local culture and attractions.

In conclusion, Lazy Yatra deserves commendation for their exceptional service and dedication in curating a memorable Andaman Island experience. Despite the short notice, they managed to deliver a well-planned itinerary, comfortable accommodations, and seamless transportation, ensuring that every moment of my trip was filled with joy and adventure. Everything in Port Blair was a terrible experience. Right from the driver to the stay and the food. Let’s face it, Port Blair doesn’t have much to offer other than the cellular jail. But then plan included 2 nights of stay there which doesn’t make any sense at all. Such a waste of time and money. The driver was a bit arrogant at the beginning and then because I started friendly conversation as it was my trip and I didn’t want my mood to go down bcoz of it, he budged. But no one is ready for any sort of customisation in the trip. We can’t just sit in a hotel room for hours together when we can actually go out and do something about it. But no one is ready to send a cab, we have to talk to 5 different ppl to get things done.

Islands were bearable mostly because the place is extremely beautiful. Havelock stay was good only bcoz it was beach side. The washroom smelled and there is no room service whatsoever. The driver was good but the driving was a bit rash. Food was good.

Neil island by far was the best day to be. The stay was really good and the driver too. He gave us directions and helped us understand what can be done for the day. Which is a good place to visit etc .
The annoying thing was that the check out time is 8 AM. Who checks out at 8 and then sits outside in reception till 11 doing literally nothing. Why would we travel so far just to sit idol in a hotel reception.

Overall the experience was really good but I would definitely recommend to give some kind of customisation and not make ppl just sit idol

The trip was managed well for all location. Chirag sharma ji and shipra ji from jaipur was managed whole trip with local operator binith ji, Sweety ji, ratin ji and sanjay ji. All hotels was good for stay only, food was very bad. In andaman tour taxi only for pick and drop service but not include for dinner. If you want to go out and have food then you will have to go only by local auto. But overall trip was very good. Me and my family are enjoy a lot. Thanks to whole lazy Yatra team

Hotel stay at Havlock is best and we liked it too much. At port Blair hotel stay is average (seagull hotel). But room service at the both the hotel is fantastic. Food is also good. Transfers are too smooth and drivers are co-operative. When we reached port blair sweety was our executive to handle all things and prior to visit we got all tickets for ferry and drivers contacts. Overall experience is very nice, all transfers were smooth. the Havlock was amazing 🤩. Thank you Lazy yatra.

We went for a 7D6N package arranged by LazYatra in the last week of February. Miss laveena, Mayuri, and her team took great care of us. Their service and arrangements were excellent. Their coordinators from Andaman were also good with good and trusted Driver and hotels Escorts. Overall, it was a great trip planned. I will surely recommend it to my friends and family. In the future, I wish to travel with them again in the future.

It was a great experience with the travel agency.
The package was customised as per our need.
Whenever we needed assistance, lazy yatra team was just a call away to guide us and assist.
Throughout the tour period, 2 members of the travel team was connected with us, one kept us informed about each days plan and the pick up/drop timings; and the other person kept checking upon us over WhatsApp msgs, to ensure the trip is going smooth.
The lazy yatra team is very polite, helpful and gave the best possible and honest suggestions throughout.
I am glad that I came in contact with them though Instagram posts; glad that I booked my tour with them.
I will definitely be passing on my recommendations about the team to my know people.

Hotel stay at Portblair is just OK but Stays at Havelock is superb in NK Eco. The restaurant guy is so polite & helpful. Overall all staff in NK ECO is awesome. (I will not mention Portblair hotel name for any adverse effects) as lazy yatra personnel know all the details for there future booking or not. Further, Driver in portblair is unpunctual except driver's name Arun. Further in Havelock Driver's team (Main owner is Manoj may be) are so co-operative and punctual.
I was contacted to Chirag for my itinerary. He is very polite & having a positive attitude but he did not contact me after full payment against my itinerary. However another representative in Lazy Yatra named Saraansh was continuously connected with me and resolved my issues instantly . So overall experience with Lazy Yatra is Good. You guys can go with Lazy Yatra for your travel plans.
Note- I already messaged to Saransh for some issues to make the trip more comfortable and memorable.

Overall trip was really good.
Sightseeing co-ordination with drivers was easy.
We booked the travel with Himanshu and he was always available to sort out our queries.
Priya was also coordinating the trip well.
Manoj from operational team was also coordinating for any concern during the trip.
However, there are few suggestions which could make the trip planning even better for future purpose:
- mention the activities or highlights available on any island. Ex: kayaking for Bioluminescence was available in Havelock Island but we were not aware of it. That would have been a great experience.

- Ask the drivers to be a little helpful and mindful of the situations. One of the driver didn't allow us to sit in the cab as we reached for few more minutes till the time other members were taking the luggage and waiting for the cruise to come. Even after requesting that we have a 5 month old baby with us and it's too hot outside.
And another driver asked for money to take the tickets even though it was part of the package.

Apart from these minor suggestions overall experience of booking our trip from lazyatra was great.

Our Andaman trip was amazing. Himanshu from Lazy Yatra was very helpful in guiding and booking the best properties at the best price for us at Port Blair and Havelock. The Nautica ferry ride was also exciting. The drivers, coordinators (Adarsh) were very nice and polite. Food and hospitality at Sea hills and De Foret were great. Thank you everyone for making our trip memorable.

I have taken 8N/9D plan but they covered the same places whatever is planned in 5N/6D plan. I'm not happy with this plan as they didn't cover any extra places even though 3 days are increased. I have requested one extra drop (7kms drive) to one beach but they didn't cover. I was very disappointed on this.

Andaman trip organised by Lazyatra was simply Superb & Everything was Perfect.. Nostalgic..

Ideally for stays I would have liked to have rated “good” if the option was there.

Stayed in the following resorts:

Sea shell , port blair : This was an ok hotel, nothing fancy. Very small hotel with no great views etc. Food was good and rooms were clean. Price of food was very high for the kind of place it seemed to be.
Tilar Siro, Havelock: The best resort we stayed during our andaman visit. Everything about the resort was absolutely brilliant. Food, hospitality and the private beach section were all top notch.
Symphony summer sands, Neil island: This was the biggest let down in our entire trip. The upgraded casa aqua room with breakfast and dinner was just pathetic. This is a motel pretending to be a star resort. There is a section of this resort on the beach side which looked a bit better, but our rooms were on the bad side. I wish i had stuck to my original choice of sea shell samssara instead of listening to your recommendation.
Symphony samudra, port blair: beautiful resort, but far away from the city which was fine for us. But the resort appears to still have some construction ongoing. We did not get great views from our room which was overseeing a pond under construction. The resort also has significant maintenance issues even though it is fairly new- our room has cockroaches and spiders and ac did not work in our room after 10. They offered to change rooms, but my kids had already slept by then. Other room was good and resort itself is overall pretty.

Drivers:
All drivers were excellent and on time and reasonable. Never had any issues. Especially the havelock and neil island drivers and port Blair driver during return trip were very helpful. Only docking a point for dropping us far away and making us walk a lot and for sometimes bringing cars that were not very clean/ not having ac working.

Travel agent experience:
Right from booking till follow ups during travel, very quick response and always ready to help. I was also happy to note that in most places we did have 2 cars booked when we had luggages, so we could sit comfortably. Only thing was the recommendations of symphony summer sands and sea shell, port blair. Not sure if the agent got first hand knowledge or only details from the photos, the experience there is a lot different than the images. Perhaps need to figure out customers preferences by engaging a little more to understand their taste as well. That’s my only corrective comment, otherwise I wanted to thank lazy yatra/ travel triangle for an extremely well planned trip.
