Overall it would have been a great experience, but some areas needed improvement.

The hotel stay at Pahalgam was terrible. Substandard staff and service. The commute was excellent and humble driver. Cable car which was booked with wrong dates, so completely missed the ride. Very disappointing.

1. Houseboat experience was horrible 2. Food was horrible, will never recommend anyone to opt it 3. People around tourist area were very weird and asking for tips constantly 4. Hotel in Tangmarg was the best hotel we had in our whole trip 6. Breakfast buffet at all these hotels were limited and not as per our expectation 7. Srinagar hotel was also good but again food was not 8. Cab driver was very polite and helpful 9. In Kashmir trip only the food at outside hotel was reasonable and tasty 10. We will remember Kashmir for its beauty and Kashmiris for their rude behaviour, this is our concluded feedback for Kashmir I don't think we will plan again this place in near future any time soon, but never say never Would love to see the gulmarg in snow

The Kerala Package is well planned and is perfect covering the Misty Hills of Munnar with lots of activities including Safari to the Waterfalls, Scenic spots & cultural events of Kathakali and Kallari. There are lot of activities conducted by Kerala tourism at the Thekkady including Night Trail in the Jungle was one of a kind of experience.The drive from the Munnar to Thekkady is breathtaking through the Misty clouds.Then the boathouse experience at Alleppey is equally captivating with the serene backwaters and enjoying the local delicacies. Both the house Boat staff was very hospitable and courteous and prepared additional sea food delicacies on our request. The last day was equally eventful at beaches of Alleppey and Marrari enjoying the making of sand castles. The end part was perfect with Fort Cochin visit and couple of tourist spots nearby. Overall, this package is highly recommended, as it gives complete experience of Mountains, Jungle, Beaches, Cultural entertainments and loads of shopping and adventure activities to do. The highlight was the Taxi service with excellent driver and knows best places to visit/shop/eat.

1st day got washed off. No refund. 2nd night. Room heater switched off at 11pm on a cold night 3rd night. Same. Heather switches off at 10pm on a cold night 4th day. No wifi in room. Located next to entrance on ground floor. Could nit open the window without crowd peaking in. Disappointed.

The property is not at all maintained. They however have an upgraded room after we escalated the issue and Chirag spoke to them I think . So first 3 days were spent on only escalating the problems..which is not definitely a great experience. Neil Island Everything was excellent Stay Excellent Driver , inputs..- Excellent Day 5 Port Blair Driver was good,polite .He dropped at a more convenient place at Cellular Jail location.. Drop to Jetty point & Airport Driver Vivek was good. So overall my feedback would be pl do a through study on the services of a Hotel ,we may not know.. it's your job to give correct inputs about the hotel..The reviews of the hotel at Havelock were very good..so you should know as which hotels are best to be avoided.

Not happy with hotels as hotels where far from main points plus kovalam hotel didn’t know how to serve and also hotel didn’t had hot water for bathing

Hello Vishal, I had high expectations from you after successful trip to Andaman, few years back. This time, Car and Innova driver Tashi were very good, helpful / cooperative and we had a good time with him. Well recommended for future trips. Hotel Samaya, Leh was good / rooms great / staff Read More also was very good. Hotel Lemon Green, Pangong was a disaster, very bad view cottage offered and staff not cooperative. Chiragh solved it later by offering crystal lake apartment, but it did waster a lot of our time of precious evening. We had expected much better services from Lazy Yatra. Nubra valley, Sarai was good / food nice, staff also good. We had a good stay. Tsomoriri - Tsomoriri resorts was average / staff was good cooperative Overall, we feel to have been overcharged for the hotels by Lazy Yatra as the occupancy there was not much (average 50 %) and actual rates of resorts were much less than charged to us by Lazy Yatra. We would still be interested to go with Lazy Yatra in future but we expect to have better deals really. Right now, we feel to have been cheated on the hotels. I have taken 8N/9D plan but they covered the same places whatever is planned in 5N/6D plan. I'm not happy with this plan as they didn't cover any extra places even though 3 days are increased. I have requested one extra drop (7kms drive) to one beach but they didn't cover. I was very disappointed on Read More this.

everything was superb except the Driver - he was terrible and his behavior was not good at all. somehow we managed with him on our entire trip.

First hotel Ladakh Himalayan retreat was nice, food options were also great and airport pickup on day one also happened on time. Second hotel was average as it was a camp only, there were plenty of hotels too there which we got to know after reaching there Night at Pangong went horrible for me as Read More I felt so much breathlessness as if I will die that night. Thankfully camp owner had oxygen cylinder so used for an hour that but I guess this recommendation should have come from travel planner itself so that we could have been better prepared. Third hotel Utpala was great in terms of stay but very bad in terms of food as they server only one vegetable in dinner and only poha+sandwich in breakfast. Could have been much better like we got in first hotel. Travel from leh to Kargil via road was a mistake as after reaching Kargil, we were told that we will have to leave by 6am next morning because of some road travel guidelines so we slept early rather than visiting things in the evening in Kargil and after we checked out in the morning, we were told to stop at 2 check post while on the way from Kargil to Srinagar and each time we had to stay for 2hr-2hr. Along with that, after traveling for around 100km from Kargil, somewhere in the mid, there was road construction work going on so we again had to stop there for 2hr again. basically it became a 12 hour travel and that too on a pretty bad road. so we reached Srinagar late night and thus couldn't roam there too. Ideally people should travel from leh to Srinagar via flight as it will be even cheaper option, time saving plus quite comfortable. Our last 3 days wasted mostly in lengthy travel. In a summary, people should be told to carry oxygen cylinder in Pangong and they should be told about better travel route from leh to Srinagar (if they want to prefer a convenient option) because roads are soooo bad between Kargil to Srinagar

The first day, in Port Blair, the hotel Bay Walk provided us with a bad room and it took some back and forth with the hotel manager and Lazy Yatra to get us a decent room. After this we were supposed to visit the cellular jail, then spend time a relaxed and quiet evening at Corbyn's Cove beach and t Read More hen see the Lights and sounds show at cellular jail at 7:30PM. Lazy Yatra booked us tickets for the 5:30PM show and then kept pushing us to accept this until we assertively told them to back off and stick with the original itinerary and provide me tickets for the originally planned show timings itself. The rest of the days at Havelock and Neil islands were good. When we came back to Port Blair for the last leg of our holiday we had to stay at the same hotel Bay Walk. While checking out the first time we had specifically asked the hotel to make sure that they provide us good rooms for our next stay at the hotel on the 7th and 8th day. When we checked in they kept saying that they had reserved a better room for us this time. The room decent but, as we realised in the next half and hour, the AC of this room was faulty and did not cool. The next 3-4 hours were spent again doing back and forth with the hotel manager and the Lazy Yatra team who did not provide any solution this time but just kept saying that they can't do anything as it will take time for the hotel to repair the AC and that we have to manage till then. After some time they even stopped picking our calls, Overall I would say that the hotel management is not good and at the same time Lazy Yatra is good till everything is going well. As soon as things start going south they will not be able to help you.

The hotels were really difficult to deal with. They looked surprised about our concerns that the room has issues and treated us like we are supposed to be okay with everything. The only driver liked was Sudep from Havelock. Very friendly and very humble. The worst was from Neil who was an old ma Read More n mostly a worker for the original driver. Very abusive and cursed us for our trip. Sweety was the travel consultant. No objection with her service and she was on the face with regards to information.

It was good overall. However, personal touch, eagerness and compassion was missing while on actual trip on many of the occassions. Best part was that the hotels advised were excellent and were booked efficiently within time constraint.

The drivers should not mislead the clients regarding expenses in tourist places, we will be unknown to those places hence we take help of travel agency. Kindly advise ur drivers not to loot money from tourists henceforth, like what happened with us. Anyways overall experience with lazy yatra was sa Read More tisfactory.

There were too many issues with the package, costing etc. I had an argument with the Spoc - Yugal before even the start of the trip. The Driver was amazing and took good care of us. the stays were ok. I am disappointed with the representative, might not recommend this to others.
