Firstly, I want to commend the driver for being very polite and providing excellent driving throughout our trip. However, we did encounter a small communication issue with the driver.

Hotel in Pahalgam and Srinagar houseboat was good. Srinagar hotel was was not very clean. Driver was friendly and drove carefully. Travel consultant was helpful wherever needed but one complaint I have is that he did not provide us enough information on simcard and Gondola cable ride in Gulmarg. Onl
We had a lovely experience in Kashmir with our Car Driver Xahid. All destinations were covered and got all the necessary help from lazy yatra/Xahid in medical emergency. We had lovely stay at all places and definitely recommendable lazy yatra for Kashmir trip and many other places they cater.
