We had a very good experience with Lazy Yatra team. Their communication and responses were prompt, supportive and the hotels recommended were commendable. Overall we are highly satisifed with them. But I would specifically want to highlight our experience with local team that team has tied up with. They were very rigid in providing cab when asked for with additional fare we can pay for. We expected some flexibility anf client-friendly approach. Another serious concern was, cab driver clicked our picture without our consent or telling us and shared that on whatsapp and that should not happen.
