Our overall trip was enjoyable, and we had a great time exploring the beautiful surroundings. However, our experience at Speity Sarai Resorts, Kaza was disappointing.

The hotel staff were highly unprofessional, and the level of service did not meet our expectations. Their approach to customer service needs significant improvement, as it negatively affected our stay.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our trip overall, we were not satisfied with our experience at this hotel. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the professionalism of its staff.

Our trip to Dalhousie from 8th to 11th June was an unforgettable experience. The beautiful mountains, peaceful atmosphere, and pleasant weather made the journey truly refreshing. Every moment was filled with scenic views and wonderful memories. It was a fantastic trip that I would highly recommend to anyone who loves nature and tranquility.

After travelling to Leh in November with lazyatra and having the best holiday experience, we decided to take another tour this time to Spiti and as always lazyatra didn’t disappoint. Nice hotels, smooth plannings, no rush, daily checks. No hassle whatsoever.

Special shout-out to Bittu Brijesh our driver who was so helpful and accommodating. He went out the way many times to make our travel and experience memorable.

Areas of Improvement:•Breakfast timings were not very convenient and could be better planned based on daily travel schedules.
The route and day-wise itinerary felt a bit unstructured and could have been optimized for smoother travel.
Due to a medical issue, I tried to cancel a hotel booking more than 24 hours in advance, but the refund was not provided (even partial 50%).

The best part of the trip was our driver, Mr. Bittu Brijesh. He was truly like a guardian throughout the journe very polite, soft-spoken, highly knowledgeable about the routes, and most importantly his behaviour and support.

Our Kashmir & Ladakh trip with LazyYatra from 22nd September to 3rd October was an absolute dream come true! Every moment was perfectly crafted — from comfortable stays to breathtaking sights — making it effortless to soak in the stunning beauty of these magical places.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent experience with your services.

Firstly, I want to commend the driver for being very polite and providing excellent driving throughout our trip. However, we did encounter a small communication issue with the driver.

I also want to express my appreciation for the service provided by Click Sunburry. They were very friendly and offered great assistance during our stay.

For future reference, it would be helpful if Yatra could provide information on activity rates for each season and additional details for foreigners. This would help avoid the high local rates we encountered during negotiations.

I have done 2 trips with Lazyyatra - Leh Ladakh in 2022 and Spiti Valley in 2024. It has been a great experience planning my travel with them. All their coordinators are very cooperative and were very patient with the multiple changes and customisations I made them do :) Their services are excellent and I surely recommend them if you are looking for someone to make your travel arrangements in an hassle free manner.

A. How was the stay in hotels?
Hotels were absolutely fantastic. Both the staff and the food were excellent.
B. How was the driver with sightseeing & Cordination?
Although the driver for Leh sightseeing was not upto our expectation, but when reported, @Akhil from Lazyatra, duly coordinated with the local operator and got the driver changed for the rest of the trip. Really appreciate such gesture.
C. How was the Travel Consultant? (It would be great if you can name her/him) in your review.
Akhil has been always in contact with us throughtout the trip and took care of our concerns with due priority. Excellent job Akhil !

As already mentioned earlier, we had a few minor initial hiccups mainly with the driver at Leh, but it was quickly sorted out so that we could have a seamless and memorable trip ahead. No complaints.

Drivers - Fida Hussain ( Srinagar ), Younis ( from Srinar to Leh ), Karma Tashi ( Leh - Jispa ) & Pankaj ( Jispa - Chandigarh ) were the true gems. We love drivers who can converse with us and prepare us what to expect upfront.

In short..... an excellent experience !

This was our first trip to HP and also with Lazyatra. We had a very good time overall although the trip could have been better planned towards the end.
All the accommodations booked were quite comfortable. We had not asked for any luxurious rooms and accordingly, rooms were booked as per our budget.
The driver was very polite throughout our trip and the car was also quite comfortable and very well maintained.
Food at all the hotels was excellent.

Overall, it was a good, relaxing, memorable trip with family.

Our 6N/7D trip was well planned and managed by Lazy Yatra team. The hotels recommended was as per our requirements and made us feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids and we got big family room as we had requested. We had good time going around Manali & Shimla and the driver was nice person guiding us all the time. Thanks for arranging the trip.

This was the second trip that we had Lazyatra plan for us. Earlier Andamans and now Manali. The itinerary was planned perfectly.
The Cabs and drivers were very good in both my trips.

Ans - It was good and upto mark as per expectation.

Apart from Tso-moriri, stay was fantastic. Hotels and camps are really nice.Hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. Nubra camp food was not that good also food options were very limited. Driver was experienced and punctual. He was very well aware about places and he used to tell history about the places which we like a lot. Rinki is fabulous. very supportive and always there for your help.

If I ignore some bad moments which happend in Tso-moriri, overall trip was amazing. We enjoyed a lot and made a lots of memories. I would like to thanks Lazy yatra for making wonderful itenary for us So, we got a chance to visit poular places as well as some hidden jam of Ladakh. Last but not the least, a big thanks to Rinki for continuous support.

It was a very nice and beautiful memories we have created for the life time with the help of lazy yatra team. I really recommend others to trust them and go for their services for the Manali to Leh Ladakh packages they offer. Accommodation and food was good in all the hotels and camp they have arranged for us and the locat assistant assigned from Leh Mr Gyalson wakha was very polite and nice person who have extraordinary driving skills to drive on time in these dangerous roads. 1.A great trip with all the fun and activities. 2.The hotels we checked-in were great with decent ambience, free Wi-Fi , packing and Good rooms. 3.Food was delicious at the hotel as they're serving both veg & non-veg as per choice. 4.Fun loving driver with a pleasant smile and having good knowledge of the rituals, culture and location. 5.The travel agent Yugal Senani was helpful with all the booking and package details, suggested good options which were suitable and which enhanced our experience.He is just a call away for any assistance. 6.I would recommend everyone to use both lazy Yatra as well as Travel Triangle for any tourism destination you got in mind. 7.The leh-Ladakh Trip was great with Full of activities such as Camel ride at Sand dunes(Nubra Valley), Awesome Bike riding experience (Khardung-La-Pass).We visited Leh and Shey Palace.Many more experiences which were Fantabulous(Amazing)
