We had an amazing experience on our Kerala trip! Everything was well planned and organized from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, covering beautiful destinations like Munnar, Thekkady, and Kochi at a comfortable pace without feeling rushed.

The hotels were clean, comfortable, and located in great spots. Our driver Shijo was punctual, professional, and very friendly. He drove safely throughout the journey and also suggested some wonderful local places to visit, making the trip even more memorable.

The entire team was responsive and ensured everything went smoothly. From the scenic tea plantations and breathtaking hill views to the peaceful backwaters, every moment was unforgettable.

Yeaahhh, our experience was good, but le colloniel hotel was not good , we are not recommended this hotel to anyone , and our driver was good but due to agency head he was not going anywhere apart from the itenary , and our Kanyakumari itenary was not in proper order so we had not visit most of the places , overall the experience is average. So, please consider all the things properly to everyone. Thanks .

Everything ws good except for d houseboat experience. We wer given a Delux houseboat with minimal facilities. We were nt informd in advance abt d different categories available such as premium, ultra premium, which would have helped us 2 make better choice.

The washroom water ws dirty, which made us hesitant 2 bath. Wn we tried 2 use an electric pot to prepare food for the baby we were warned not to do so as the houseboat was running on a generator. This was inconvenient and should have been informed earlier. Also the person there told us that if we use AC we will be charged 2000 extra.

Overall good exp. I need to restrain my thoughts regarding driver coz he is a good human being. He is a sensitive person, personality focussed on emotions and relations. Otherwise, i would have definitely flagged him as red.
Tour hotels were upto my expectations.
Ashish ji really helped very much..
Destiny somehow also made this trip as unforgettable one for me.

I had booked a trip to Kerala, and the arrangements were really good. The hotels were also good, and the driver @sooraj bhai was very supportive. Divya ma’am cleared all our doubts even before taking the payment. She kept following up with us until the end of the trip. just wanted to mention my stay in jungle park resort or jungle view resort i dont know the exact name , in thekkady
worst rooms with worst lighting conditions and too much smell and odour issues there . please dont recommend that place to anyone.

and recommend boating time and early bookings about thekkady periyar river rides so that people can actually enjoy without wasting there time... thekkady was superbly spoiled though other places were too good.

It was a good experience overall. The taxi service was the best part. The driver was well experienced and professional. Other than that the hotel stay was also above avg at most of the places but somewhere we felt that below avg rooms were provided. Though the SPOC was quick to reply and understand my concern. Overall a good experience.

I had done two trips with lazy yatra in last 6 months. It was an amazing experience. The package they make ia totally customisable. The agent Chirag is really good. He made my trip awesome. I had a family trip to Andaman. All the stays we chose was 4 star categories, amazing, hygienic and value for money.
The second trip I had a couple trip to Kerala- Munnar and Allepey. We chose 5 star categories hotels and the whole itinerary were amazing. Everyone asked about the travel package and wanted me to share the itinerary. Worth experience. Thanks Lazy Yatra

The accommodation Team suggested were superb, offering breathtaking views, delicious dinner, various activities and comfort. The Kerala Package is well planned and is perfect covering the Misty Hills of Munnar with lots of activities including Safari to the Waterfalls, Scenic spots & cultural events of Kathakali and Kallari. The Dense jungle of Thekkady at the periyar forest, boat ride in the lake was awesome. You may book the boat tickets in advance through online booking. There are lot of activities conducted by Kerala tourism at the Thekkady including Night Trail in the Jungle was one of a kind of experience.The drive from the Munnar to Thekkady is breathtaking through the Misty clouds.Then the boathouse experience at Alleppey is equally captivating with the serene backwaters and enjoying the local delicacies. Both the house Boat staff was very hospitable and courteous and prepared additional sea food delicacies on our request. The last day was equally eventful at beaches of Alleppey and Marrari enjoying the making of sand castles. The end part was perfect with Fort Cochin visit and couple of tourist spots nearby. Overall, this package is highly recommended, as it gives complete experience of Mountains, Jungle, Beaches, Cultural entertainments and loads of shopping and adventure activities to do. The highlight was the Taxi service with excellent driver and knows best places to visit/shop/eat.

Overall trip was excellent & we enjoyed. Team ensured to check with us throughout the Trip. Driver was friendly with us. Only improvement could be location of 1st days hotel- Diana Heights. Hotel was outside the city & Opposite to Alleppey, so we ended up in spending lot of time in road. Only location of hotel could had been better otherwise accomodation is gr8.

I am very thankful to Lazy yatra team of my Kerala trip. Very thankful to Sh. Vishal ji and Mayuri mam. Both are always help me, where i face any problem. Hotels/Rooms are very good on each location. Some problem faced with driver language but both short out very fast. I recommend Lazy Yatra hardly and always want to travel with them. Thanks

All things were good: itinerary, hotels, agent, agency supports, overall experience, except the driver and his vehicle.
I'd definitely work with this program again as well as recommend to my traveler friends.
However, I would insist on a different driver. The driver was sufficient in English, and for the most part was accommodating. What made me not recommending this driver was his constant passive aggressiveness, subtle and not so subtle pushes for activities that were not in the itinerary for his own commission gains.

Devonshire Greens Munnar: The hotel is munnar is very good and hotel staff is also good. Due to covid they are not providing many option in food so we need to get food from outside. They provide healthy breakfast. Coffee routes Thekkady: I don't recommend this hotel due to hotel room. The location is nice even food item are also gud. But there room are not like hotels rooms. .HouseBoat: The experience is new as you need to stay in water so we love to spend time there. They cook non veg very good. As there is a lot humid and ac will work only from 9pm so it's may irritate you. Review: The driver name is Jithesh and he is very good. He is always on time. Even he recommend you what to do and where. He clicked beautiful pic. The driving skill is high. He helped in finding good hotels. we want to go Andman and plan is fixed but due to sudden flight cancelled we forced to change our destination as there is no flight available on that date. But Yugal managed very well so that we can enjoy the trip on our specific date.
