Overall trip was really good.
Sightseeing co-ordination with drivers was easy.
We booked the travel with Himanshu and he was always available to sort out our queries.
Priya was also coordinating the trip well.
Manoj from operational team was also coordinating for any concern during the trip.
However, there are few suggestions which could make the trip planning even better for future purpose:
- mention the activities or highlights available on any island. Ex: kayaking for Bioluminescence was available in Havelock Island but we were not aware of it. That would have been a great experience.

- Ask the drivers to be a little helpful and mindful of the situations. One of the driver didn't allow us to sit in the cab as we reached for few more minutes till the time other members were taking the luggage and waiting for the cruise to come. Even after requesting that we have a 5 month old baby with us and it's too hot outside.
And another driver asked for money to take the tickets even though it was part of the package.

Apart from these minor suggestions overall experience of booking our trip from lazyatra was great.

Our Andaman trip was amazing. Himanshu from Lazy Yatra was very helpful in guiding and booking the best properties at the best price for us at Port Blair and Havelock. The Nautica ferry ride was also exciting. The drivers, coordinators (Adarsh) were very nice and polite. Food and hospitality at Sea hills and De Foret were great. Thank you everyone for making our trip memorable.

I have taken 8N/9D plan but they covered the same places whatever is planned in 5N/6D plan. I'm not happy with this plan as they didn't cover any extra places even though 3 days are increased. I have requested one extra drop (7kms drive) to one beach but they didn't cover. I was very disappointed on this.

Andaman trip organised by Lazyatra was simply Superb & Everything was Perfect.. Nostalgic..

Ideally for stays I would have liked to have rated “good” if the option was there.

Stayed in the following resorts:

Sea shell , port blair : This was an ok hotel, nothing fancy. Very small hotel with no great views etc. Food was good and rooms were clean. Price of food was very high for the kind of place it seemed to be.
Tilar Siro, Havelock: The best resort we stayed during our andaman visit. Everything about the resort was absolutely brilliant. Food, hospitality and the private beach section were all top notch.
Symphony summer sands, Neil island: This was the biggest let down in our entire trip. The upgraded casa aqua room with breakfast and dinner was just pathetic. This is a motel pretending to be a star resort. There is a section of this resort on the beach side which looked a bit better, but our rooms were on the bad side. I wish i had stuck to my original choice of sea shell samssara instead of listening to your recommendation.
Symphony samudra, port blair: beautiful resort, but far away from the city which was fine for us. But the resort appears to still have some construction ongoing. We did not get great views from our room which was overseeing a pond under construction. The resort also has significant maintenance issues even though it is fairly new- our room has cockroaches and spiders and ac did not work in our room after 10. They offered to change rooms, but my kids had already slept by then. Other room was good and resort itself is overall pretty.

Drivers:
All drivers were excellent and on time and reasonable. Never had any issues. Especially the havelock and neil island drivers and port Blair driver during return trip were very helpful. Only docking a point for dropping us far away and making us walk a lot and for sometimes bringing cars that were not very clean/ not having ac working.

Travel agent experience:
Right from booking till follow ups during travel, very quick response and always ready to help. I was also happy to note that in most places we did have 2 cars booked when we had luggages, so we could sit comfortably. Only thing was the recommendations of symphony summer sands and sea shell, port blair. Not sure if the agent got first hand knowledge or only details from the photos, the experience there is a lot different than the images. Perhaps need to figure out customers preferences by engaging a little more to understand their taste as well. That’s my only corrective comment, otherwise I wanted to thank lazy yatra/ travel triangle for an extremely well planned trip.

Que - How was your stay in hotels and food there?
Ans -
1. 17th April - Port Blair - The stay at SeaGull Hotel was good. There was no Welcome drink though on arrival. Food was good.
2. 18th & 19th April - Havelock - The Hotel Blue Island Beach resort was not up to the mark. There was no intercom to connect to Recpetion and Restaurant. The bathrooms were stinking.
The rooms were too small. There were ants roaming around in the bathroom. There was no welcome drink and no room service. Food was good.
3. 20th April - Neil Island - Reef Valley resort - The stay at Hotel was good. Here they provided us with Welcome drink. Food was good.
Que - How was the driver with sight seeing and every thing?
Ans - The car and driver arrangement was excellent. We did not have any issues

Ans - Rinki is a great travel agent. She helped with every query and ensured a great travel for all of us.

When I talk about our trip. It was really wonderful and nicely planned. Starting from vehicle, accommodation, sightseeing everything was perfect.

Especially accommodation provided at Havelock and Neil island was wonderful. Hospitality was great. Even though we are vegetarian the food was good.

Accommodation could have been better at PortBlair especially rooms could have been specious. Otherwise other things were good. Cruise experience was superb and sightseeing at Havelock and Neil island was covered properly. Some more sightseeing could have been possible at Portblair.

Overall our experience with Lazy Yatra was great and will surely love to travel again to some other destinations through lazy Yatra and will surely recommend to our family and friends.

We enjoyed our trip a lot. Thanks a lot Team Lazy Yatra for making our trip a memorable one. Special thanks to Ms. Rinki for helping us out in curating such a nice trip.

It was a lovely, lovely experience this trip. Will never forget Andaman. A once in a lifetime dreamy trip. Rinki chose the best plan for me and my wife and helped me throughout as I disturbed her with hundreds of messages. The hotels were pitstabdi, especially Sandyy Wavess in Havelock. Peaceful to say the least. Aquays of Neil could have been a little better, with the food and the room, though. The Port Blair hotel was also very peaceful. we had a wonderful experience at Andamans, both the agents Chirag from lazy yatra as well as Sweety from maharaja travels were very good, and everything was hassle-free. little disappointment was there due to our stay at aqueoys resorts, havelock, but overall we had an amazing trip, thank you, guys.

The overall experience was really good and the stay in the hotel was great because we experienced exactly the same as what was committed prior to booking. Rinki (our consultant) first understood the requirement before proposing the itinerary and she even supported us during the trip to plan surprises or recommended a few must-visit places. I must appreciate the transparency kept during the discussion prior to booking and all those commitments were fulfilled.

It was a very good and memorable experience with lazy yatra. There presence was excellent on every island (havelock, Neil and port blair). The whole team of lazy yatra including cab drivers and coordinators were very nice , punctual and soft spoken . The Hotels booked were good as per the category we select, however its advised to book minimum 2 months in advance if one wants a specific hotel only. changes in any program were informed to us by their team well in time. I would here make a special mention about the overall tour coordinator Mr Amjad Khan at Port Blair who explained our tour program in detail, so that we can enjoy our vacations without any difficulty....
The sports activities were very exciting specially Scooba diving at Havelock was incredible...... we really adore the moments spent at Andamans and really thank Lazy yatra and Team to make our trip unforgettable experience of a lifetime.

The property at Port Blair and Havelock were really good. Property at Neil was not maintained well, the room was not cleaned, the hot water kettle was not cleaned.
Drivers at Port Blair and Havelock were good, pick up and drop was well co ordinated. The driver at Neil drove very rash, When he drop us to the Jetty, he literally just threw our bag out and rushed away.
Travel consultant Rinki and Sweety were good in managing the trip.

Overall a great experience apart from Neil accommodation and transit.

Stays were nice and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and responded immediately whenever asked for any assistance.
Drivers throughout the trip appeared on time and were soft spoken always.
Overall trip experience was great and very comfortable under consultancy of Rinky Gyanani and definitely looking forward to book again.

The experience was amazing.
We had been dealt with Mr Chirag from Lazy Yatra.He recommended the best 6 day package for 42000/- . All the services were taken care of including pick and drop , sight seeing cruise tickets boat ride snorkeling activities.
The hotels were very good in the package. Hotel Seagull in Port Blair had cosy rooms and sea view beautiful rooftop restaurant, delicious cuisines.
In Havelock,Hotel Ile Bay restaurant had very big spacious rooms big bathroom cottages with pool view. Although the hotel was quite in the interiors....but Chirag pushed for booking this hotel as it was a new property,just 3 months old.It turned out to be a good decision as we were traveling with a child who needed space to play around. The hotel staff was very welcoming and polite.The hotel at Neil island had the best lawns with the best landscaping...tall coconut trees, beetel nut trees beautiful flowers hygienic meals.
The breakfast was complementary.All the pick and drop was in Ertiga so no space issue.
Makruzz was the best cruise to go in. Inside it is like a different world.
There is no issue of any fooding.All the items are available in Andaman.
Shopping for corals and sea shell items is a must.All in all it was money well spent.

It was really a wise idea to choose Lazy Travel ..Chirag was the person to arrange everything for us. He was really helpful through out our vacation. Everything was arranged beautifully and timely. Only concern i have about the hotels in Port blair(Seagull-The rooms were ok ,but we really did not like the surrounding as some bad smell was coming through out our stay.Food was good here ..thanks to the restaurant guy who gave us the food as we asked) and in Havelock(Aquays hotels & resorts- Rooms were good ,spacious but the service was very bad ,Most of the things were not working ..The AC ,Bathroom Flush..No drinking water was also provided when we asked for it ) .The hotel in Neil(Reef Valley Resort was beautiful) - the Service ,the rooms ,the food,people Everything was satisfying..Special thanks to Chirag for suggesting this place to us .

A short review of my Andaman trip. I booked a holiday package through Lazy Yatra and they provided me the best hotels everywhere. In Port blair we stayed in Hotel Honey Hive. It was a nice and decent hotel and the staff was very polite.. Our experience was really good there. Next we headed to Havelock and there we stayed in NK ECO Cottage and the rooms were so beautiful, a swimming pool to just relax and cherish and the bestest hospitality. The food was very tasty and the dining area was so beautiful... Next we geared up for Neil Island and there it was NK ECO BEACH RESORT which was just close to the beach where we just stepped out of the room and went to the beach walking and living the moment. The food was super tasty and the staff was very supportive. Last but not the least... My trip organizer Mr. Chirag who designed the perfect package in a minimal cost, the driver who was so honest and kind, and the on ground coordinator Mr. Ahmed... He is such a gem of a person. We returned home with lots of beautiful memories . Thank you so much team Lazy Yatra

Well satisfied with both food and hotels.

It was very good with Sudeep and Rathin in Havelock. But coming to Roshan, he is not that much comfortable.

Hi,
I would like to report an unpleasant experience in the recently conducted trip to Andaman Island.

Please note that the negative experience was only limited to stay at Haywizz resort in Havelock island.
The rest of the trip and the arrangements were highly satisfactory (the local guide, cabs and stay at
Amigrace in Port Blair).

Details are as follows:

1. Power cuts at Haywizz resort beyond the capability of their back up DG leading to frequent power
outages at crucial times causing sleep disturbance and inability to use bathrooms which were pitch dark
(we had to use phone light as there was no ventilation of any kind). Hot water was not available as well.
2. As soon as we entered the room, we had to call the housekeeping to address the issue of water
leaking from the fridge onto the floor of the room.
3. Sighting of cockroach (more than once) moving around in the dim lit room.
4. The hotel had a good pool and we had opted for the premium room with private plunge pool.
However, There was lack of adequate towels (only 2 towels given for 3 guests) and floor mats (not given
despite of repeated requests). The response given was that they did not receive laundry on that day!
5. They had double billed a food item which I had to bring to their notice. Even if we consider it
as an error, they insisted on adjusting it with next food order (which we were not sure as we would be
touring outside). They did not even agree to adjust with spa charges or to refund the same (which was
strange considering the ‘error’ was from their side).
6. No landline was given when asked for (to contact cab driver). The manager declined to give his
mobile also stating that there was no network!
7. No umbrella at the reception (for a place where rainfall is quite common)

What disappointed the most was the attitude of unapologetic staff (mainly manager and GM). According to
them, we were not ‘co-operating’ with the situation they were in and they were doing all they could,
which we disagree strongly. They could have easily provided emergency lights or hot water in a bucket.
How difficult it is for such hotels to have extra towels or door mats? They could have planned switching
off DG (for cooling purpose) when least needed (instead of in the morning 6-8 AM when it is most needed).
If such power cuts were normal, such hotels should have multiple back up options to begin with or this
situation should have been informed at the time of booking itself.

We told them that it is unfair for them to be making profits from our inconvenience and demanded refund
for services/facilities not provided after which they became apologetic and defensive at the same time.
There is no way they can compensate for our inconvenience, but it definitely makes a case for them to
forgo their profits from our booking and refund the same. We would be very unhappy if nothing is done
about it and they continue to take their customers and travel agents for granted.

We had a good experience in booking andaman package with lazyatra.our trip was planned suddenly and it was RINKY who helped us planning everything very fastly.She made our iternary and scheduled our trip as per flight timings.Our hotel stay in Neil island is excellent with beach access and lakshmanpura sunset point is near to our stay .Food was great.Our Hotel stay in Havelock was good .Beach resort ,rooms and location was excellent but food is not so good .We had lunch at Anju Coco restaurant which is very good and near to our hotel.We had stayed in two hotels in port blair .Bay walk is decent hotel and location of hotel also very good. Hospitality was good .Seagull hotel is not good as food /location and room is very bad.Local driver/coordinator does not follow iternary schedule but they will arrange all site visits according to their vehicle availability because they are serving 3-4 groups at the same time.Overall we had a great trip with lazyatra and special thanks to rinky who helped us and we would like to plan more trips with Lazyatra

Hotels were very good . They provided extra towels for swimming in the sea also.clean, b. Drivers dropped us in the sight seeing place and picked up after we call them.very good coordination

It was really wonderful trip and enjoyed a lot! Hotels are very good and met our expectations. In terms of driver and cordination, it was perfect and everyone is on time! No delays, in fact ahead of time. I really appreciate Rinki for all the arrangements she made for us and helped us throughout the journey and so responsive whenever I have query! I definitely book again in lazyatra if I’m planning for next visit!!!! Finally, I left very safe!

Everything was perfect, starting from the hotels to the management to the drivers. Everything was excellent.

They tried to cover most of the sightseeings within the stipulated time period, and they managed it excellently.

One of the best trips we ever had

Hotels were great.
All drivers were good. I had faced some issues in Neil because there were two Ashish Sinha staying in SeaShell which created confusion in finding the right driver/contact of person. Also in Neil, the hatchback cars were provided where as SUV/XYLO/ERTIGA/TAVERA was promised and it was disappointing for me.
Travel consultant (Sweety from Amazing Andaman) was good, everything was planed in a very good way.

Our tour to Andaman was booked via Lazy Yatra by agent Rinki. The trip was wonderful. The agent was in contact with us throughout our trip. We were pleased with hotel choices and activities the agent suggested for us. The beaches were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed this tropical paradise thanks to Lazy Yatra.

It was very good experience while traveling or visiting in these three places...port Blair, Havelock and Niel island .....Overall trip was excellent....lazy Yarra team which we met during stay was very good and cooperative...we would like to appreciate specially 2 people which we met, Sudip in Havelock and Akash in Niel was very cooperative

This is the second time we are visiting in andaman and Lazy team help us a lot to make it memorable, We had tried few changes this time which add on more joy to our trip:

1. Scooty at neil and Havelock instead of cab.
2 . Trip to diglipur and seen the turtle laying egg and releasing the baby turtle in the morning.
3. Baratang limestone cave.
4. stay at Heritage MNR at port Blair.
5. seeing jarawa tribe family on the way to diglipur.
6. Never missed Sunrise and sunsets at neil and Havelock as we have scooty there.

above are well planned and executed by vishal and rinki.

But yes there are few bad memories about the trip as well that are unavoidable and not any body's fault and also well handled by vishal.

but yes for the sake of other traveller i am sharing that thing as well.

1. Stay at Hotel baywalk in port Blair was pathetic, although people were nice but room and services are not as per the standard.
You will feel regretted if you stay there, wherever seagull balcony room in same budget were awesome. Otherwise try heritage MNR they are all weather good.

2. Vehicle breakdown on the way to diglipur in rangat, we utilized and enjoyed it by shopping and exploring street market at rangat. Our driver roshan was very helpful although he is less talkative but we talked alot with him ;)
3. Basic room at pristine at diglipur is not a good option go for a upgrade if you want to enjoy your stay there.

Overall it a nice trip with lots of mix memories but we enjoyed all of them, our tour coordinator Vishal was very helpful and was available throughout the trip. Somehow upset with rinki she had just routed us to vishal and was never available after that.

The trip was very good, we enjoyed every moment and made beautiful memories. The hotels provided were good and the stay was comfortable. The drivers at various places were very good in behaviour and guided us nicely about the places. Our travel consultant Sweety was very polite and was very responsive on whatever and whever we reached out to her. The overall trip was beautiful with lots of beautiful memories.

Just a note to share my experience for the amazing Andaman trip tailored by LazyYatra.

Starting with the planning, Vishal and his team were very supportive and knowledgeable about the hotels/resorts and places to be explored in Andaman.
The places and resorts suggested by them were amazing and beautiful. They also helped customise the package as per my needs, keeping my budget into consideration.

Also, when the Andaman airport work was to be started, they helped to reschedule my entire plan with multiple discussions with respective hotels and resorts. Totally going beyond limits to help me enjoy my trip.

During the trip, Sweety ma’am was always available over a ping/call. Response was immediate and I always had my queries resolved immediately.

The helping staff (drivers, etc) too helped me locally to explore restaurants and places . Sudeep at Havelock was super helpful to help me find the best Scuba diving team.

All in all, a great trip through LazyYatra.
They know their stuff and will definitely plan another trip with them to some new location.

LazYatra is definitely recommended for people who are looking to plan their trip to Andaman.

It was an amazing lifetime experience to spend time in nature's lap. Going through wonderful island environment, beautiful beaches with clear crystal water, voyage to port blair to havelock and nationalistic feelings at cellular jail all were beyond imagination. Everybody including hotel staff, drivers were very humble to us and ever ready for their work. It was an amazing experience in all that we cant forget in our lifetime. We wont
forget this tour in our lifetime . Thanks to the whole Lazy Yatra team specially Rinki, Vishal and our travel coordinator Sweety.

We booked a 8nights 9 day trip to the Andamans through Lazy Yatra and loved every moment of it. The drivers were very friendly and informative and the cars were in good condition. Any time we needed any assitance, we could call our local
travel representative.
We enjoyed a refreshing and well planned trip in a beautiful tropical paradise.
Highly recommended for family and couples.

I had requested for 4 star hotel rooms for my trip. Rooms in Hotel Heritage MNR and Hotel Sea Hills in Port Blair were very good. However, hotel room in Aquas at Havelock was average and not upto the mark. The standard rooms provided by hotel Pearl Park at Neil Island were pathetic and located at the backside of hotel among servant quarters. The representatives of travel agent at Havelock and Neil Island were excellent. Ms Sweety representing the Travel Agents at Port Blair was very helpful and ensured that vehicles are available on time and tickets for cellular jail and light & sound show are delivered. Drivers provided at Port Blair were good.

Overall experience was good. It would have been much better if lazy Tours had briefed us about condition of standard rooms in Pearl Pak resort Neil Island and booked Delux rooms which were much better.

Well organised trip. Hotel stays were excellent except Aquays Hotels & Resorts in Neil Island which is a rundown property with poor service. The best stay was at Sanddy Waves Hotel & Resort in Havelock. But he fleeced us Rs 2625/- per person in the name of Christmas eve dinner with below par food and nothing else (absolutely nothing - not even soft drinks). We had to pay this money in an individual's (nava starlin) account instead of hotel account in which other bills were paid. And a shady kind of handwritten bill was issued for this payment. While we were aware in advance that we have to pay this amount for the dinner, the whole experience related to it was poor. The other important issue that needs to be highlighted is while you are promised a dedicated vehicle for your stay at one place, your vehicle as well as driver changes for every trip, doesn't remain same even for 01 day at the same place. The trip coordinator at Port Blair was trying to serve more clients than vehicles available - as a result, we were left waiting twice for more than 45 minutes. One of the drivers, on being told that he was late, talked back loudly too. While drivers and vehicles changed at Havelock and Neil also, at least timings were maintained and the drivers were courteous. In terms of sightseeing/places to visit, cruise tickets etc, whatever was promised was met/delivered. I am giving 'Very Good' for the complete experience by keeping out the Christmas dinner experience and occasional mismanagement of transport. I must thank Mr Yugal Senani from Lazy Yatra for his excellent inputs and transparency in terms of cost while booking the trip. Thanks Yugal.

The hotels were really difficult to deal with. They looked surprised about our concerns that the room has issues and treated us like we are supposed to be okay with everything.

The only driver liked was Sudep from Havelock. Very friendly and very humble. The worst was from Neil who was an old man mostly a worker for the original driver. Very abusive and cursed us for our trip.

Sweety was the travel consultant. No objection with her service and she was on the face with regards to information.

The first day, in Port Blair, the hotel Bay Walk provided us with a bad room and it took some back and forth with the hotel manager and Lazy Yatra to get us a decent room. After this we were supposed to visit the cellular jail, then spend time a relaxed and quiet evening at Corbyn's Cove beach and then see the Lights and sounds show at cellular jail at 7:30PM. Lazy Yatra booked us tickets for the 5:30PM show and then kept pushing us to accept this until we assertively told them to back off and stick with the original itinerary and provide me tickets for the originally planned show timings itself. The rest of the days at Havelock and Neil islands were good. When we came back to Port Blair for the last leg of our holiday we had to stay at the same hotel Bay Walk. While checking out the first time we had specifically asked the hotel to make sure that they provide us good rooms for our next stay at the hotel on the 7th and 8th day. When we checked in they kept saying that they had reserved a better room for us this time. The room decent but, as we realised in the next half and hour, the AC of this room was faulty and did not cool. The next 3-4 hours were spent again doing back and forth with the hotel manager and the Lazy Yatra team who did not provide any solution this time but just kept saying that they can't do anything as it will take time for the hotel to repair the AC and that we have to manage till then. After some time they even stopped picking our calls, Overall I would say that the hotel management is not good and at the same time Lazy Yatra is good till everything is going well. As soon as things start going south they will not be able to help you.

Loved the stay at Port Blair and Havelock. Not quite happy with the experience at the Neil Island hotel stay though.
Driver were quite punctual and friendly.
I never had to worry about hassle of booking, planning etc -- thanks to you guys

Our Andaman Package with Lazy Yatra was awesome. We enjoyed our trip very much. Our Stay at Sandy Waves Havelock was beautiful. Stay at Aquays Beach Resort Neil island was good, however there is a chance of improvement at Marina Manor Port Blair. We really loved our trip, and I would recommend Lazy Yatra to my friends and family.

Specially i never forgot the sandy waves hotels and resorts.
-All car drivers are very good in nature and also they were accurate on time which were time they gave.

Very well organised all the services were really good, enjoyed a lot. The trip was initially was bit not properly organised there had been issues due to the cyclonic storms but it was well managed by ms rinki coordinating everything and helped us to go as per the internet so that we could not miss anything.later on the trip was very smooth well coordinated point to point.the stay was very good.
