Stay in hotel- Excellent perfect food n services Driver in port blair gave wrong information about ferry n unnecessary wasted 1.5 hours. Driver didn't come on time to pick up on first day also. Travel consultant was initially ok.. but after reaching andaman when we complained about experience. He didn't listen much and argue much. Andaman is really nice place to visit. Just manage it properly

I discussed your concerns, raised in your feedback, with Yugal. I am really sorry that Driver should have been little more proactive in informing the cordinator about any delay in your pick up. Though I can provide many explanation for such a delay but the team took little too extra time in your pick up which was not expected during the trip. Lazy Yatra and it's cordinator, with traveller's assistance and help, will try to figure some ways out where such unexpected delays can be reduced or eliminated. I would like to inform you that dedicated cabs are neither available nor possible in Andaman due to scarcity of vehicles. We try our level best to inform the same to our travellers even before taking the payment, and the same is mentioned in our voucher and packages as well. Your awesome feedback for Andaman Trip is really worthed for us. The itinerary said that if there was time on the last day, we would be taken to market and other places. But the driver didn't take us anywhere and told us that the road in front of our hotel is the market. Really disappointed with port blair drivers but drivers in Havelock and Neil were very good.

1. Hotel Shompen was not good. They had not received the booking and waited for long time. 2. Resort Sea princess didn’t have booking. Later booking found at make my trip. The hotel beach was crocodile friendly and nobody informed us. There were incidents where crocodile attached humans. How was the driver with sight seeing and every thing? 1. Above expectations. It was good How was Rinki as your travel agent with your package? 1. Rinky is superb. She is subject matter expert. Very flexible and agile. If you got a chance would be again book with Lazyatra ? Yes off course and a one line review for your whole trip in combine: One of our mate left phone in port blair while traveling to havelock hotel ppl and driver was very helpful they searched for phone in room . And kept it safe .. the day we returned back to port blair the phone was returned safely .. well organized staff members in andaman .. overall very good experience... Food was costly though .. rest all was too good .. asif in havelock was also very cooperative and helped us in many things

My trip to Andaman was very smooth and hassle free. Even though there was a VVIP visit at the island imposing restrictions at few tourist spots, Rinki was proactively ready with plan B, and made sure our trip was not impacted. Rinky was always there to assist us (Even at 8am on a Sunday morning) Hotels were excellent and the food served at Hotel Seagull, Hotel De Pebbles, and Havelock Holiday Beach Resort was delicious. Would definitely recommend these hotels for stay. The drivers cum guides were very polite and interactive, specially Pradeep at Port Blair. To sum it all, I had an excellent trip thanks to Travel Triangle and Lazy Yatra

I had booked an Andaman Tour Package with Lazy Yatra. Here is my review for complete services. Hotel stay and food The hotel in Port Blair was very good according to the price. The food and service in Hotel Seagull, port blair was excellent. Aquays beach resort, Neil Island was very beautiful and amazing. Havelock Holiday Beach Resort has been a regretful experience. We paid the most for that because most of our stay was in Havelock but it turned out to be disappointing. No beach view. Food costly, No exhaust and ventilation in washroom. Very small property. Aquays resort is way better. Hotel stay and food rating - 3/5 Drivers and Sightseeing - Very well behaved and supporting. Took very good care of us. Always on time and gave great advices for sightseeing. Full marks and thanks to them Rating - 5/5 Rinki and travel experience Great coordinator and an amazing human being. We had issues due to our flights and I discussed the same with Rinki. She was kind enough to get our hotel cancelled for one day and ensured that our trip goes smooth even after the last minute issues with flight. Thanks to Rinki for continuous support and understanding. Personal thanks to Rinki for trying to give the best in the discussed price Rating - 5/5 Lazy Yatra - Will definitely plan my next trip through lazy yatra and connect with Rinki for assistance. It was well planned trip with Lazy Yatra. We did not need to plan anything what to do next neither we need to wait for any minute for the execution... Super impressed with presence / punctuality of Drivers. Binith our travel coordinator assigned by Lazy Yatra was so so nice with impressive voice. He specially came himself and took us for a round of Portblaire as it was raining so we covered major places in car only and he explained all about Portblaire it's history it's current affairs and all important places. Just got little disappointed when we visited the Havelock Island Resort as they have not maintained the look as per the website pics... May be because they are back to work after so long due to covid circumstances... So we understand this thing.. They, both lazy Yatra and hotel manager, understood the fact and allotted us nice room with beach view... Just would have been wonderful if all this decision of allotting us the rooms could have saved our 1 and half hour time. But later were truly truly impressed by the warmth and humble service of the people there. we were all the girls 4 of us and felt safe and secure. Seahill hotel at Portblaire was also very good. A boy Prashanto with very nice smile was very good person at sea hill hotel who took care of all OUR requirements. So overall it was very wonderful organised trip with friends planned by Lazyyatra.

Andaman is One of the best tourist destinations. Though we covered only two islands, it was a good trip for our family. Everything was well organised even before we reached Andaman. Drivers at both port Blair and Havelock were kind and showed us all the places in the itinerary. All the tickets for the cruise, entry tickets, hotel bookings, etc were organised by Lazy Yatra well in advance. Hotels were good. Especially the stay at Haywizz Havelock. It was a very good hotel. We enjoyed the beaches and had fun doing some of the best water sport activities that we can find in India. Overall it was a great trip !! Posted @ Trip Advisor

Hotel/Resort of Port Blair and Neil Island were very good.Service was also excellent. But regarding the resort of Havelock we faced a lot of issues. We were staying at Havelock Holiday Beach Resort . The AC was not at all working, we were given wet towels. Even after repeated follow ups, the resort staff was not ready to change our room. But later on they provided a new one. But I think when the bookings are done in advance,the resort staff or the team of Lazy Yatra should check once prior to the arrival of the guests if everything is working or not. That experience was really frustrating.Rest, we had enjoyed our trip. No issues with the cab drivers. Everyone was very professional.

Well executed and nice trip to the Andaman Islands. The properties suggested were nice, to be honest. Ferry tickets were booked for us including cabs and other amenities. A word of advice to anyone who's planning for Andaman, Kindly take a package from a good company like Lazy Yatra to be at ease as it's an Island area and you'd hardly get any internet connection there. The hotel at Port Blair was pretty good for the cost - Nice big rooms with cleanliness maintained. The resort at Havelock was extremely good - Beautiful place and great facilities available. The food at Havelock was amazing. Polite and courteous staff at all three hotels. Though the hotel at Neil was a little disappointing. The ACs and Geyser were not working in the rooms and had to make multiple follow ups at the reception to get the AC fixed. And even then the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. All the drivers were extremely efficient. The driver at Port Blair - Shakir - was especially very courteous and accomodating - We were all very pleased with his behaviour and nature. Rinki was overall pleasant to interact with. Due help was provided wherever and whenever necessary. Would just recommend a little more proactiveness and organization in terms of itinerary and recommendations. Overall really good effort and appreciate the hard work put into bringing it all together If i got a chance i would love to book again with Lazyatra It was an amazing trip and experience for all of us as a family. Beautiful place to visit and unwind in sync with nature.
