This is my first experience with the travel agency and it was soooo good.i find them by a YouTube. We recently visited to Leh ladakh, We contact with lazy Yatra one day before the trip. And they made my trip awesome. The entire trip was well planned and coordinated. All the arrangements were done in a professional way. The stays at Shaolin Ladakh in Leh and Himalayan wooden cottage at pangong were excellent, and stay at pika camp at Nubra valley was average, but I must say food was delicious and fresh at all 3 stays. The driver Mr Tsering was very good, kind, and helpful he's a very nice person. We had an overall excellent experience although faced some health issues due to high altitude of Ladakh. I booked a 10 day trip to leh ladakh with Lazy Yatra. Everything was appropriately planned.. Right from the coordination, to stay, to facilities, the driver/guide. Nowhere we felt helpless or faced any challenge. Our Driver was Tempa and he was an excellent person … Stays were comfortable, food served was good… if you are planning for a trip first time to Ladakh.. Give them a try 👍👍

1. We choose package for a seamless and hassle-free vacation. Although in between there were some upsets and we wanted to change one leg of the itinerary, but no positive response was given by representative. Even though at time of booking i informed to make that leg of the journey optional but still representative showed no positive response. Either book or no book was the choice. Other than that everything was seamless. Not to mention but the Driver was excellent!

I contacted the team of lazyyatra seeing a youtube blogger taking their service. After which I found the team was very professional and did an awesome job to customise my itinerary according to my choices. When I reached ladakh the driver assigned to me Mingur ji was very nice and knowledgeable about the places I wanted to visit. He was very accommodating too. I stayed 4 nights in ladakh. 2 at the start and 2 at the end of my 9 days trip. I found the 2nd hotel ladakh inn a lot better location, service and amenities wise than teh first hotel that I stayed. The rest of the hotels I found very good specially Pika camp in nubra valley and the himayalan wooden cottage in merak near pangong tso. Overall I would recommend lazyyatra and will take their services in future.

Thanks you Lazyatra for coordinating our recently concluded trip Kashmir Ladakh Himachal ! A. How was the stay in hotels? Hotels were absolutely fantastic. Both the staff and the food were excellent. B. How was the driver with sightseeing & Cordination? Although the driver for Leh sightseeing was not upto our expectation, but when reported, @Akhil from Lazyatra, duly coordinated with the local operator and got the driver changed for the rest of the trip. Really appreciate such gesture. C. How was the Travel Consultant? (It would be great if you can name her/him) in your review. Akhil has been always in contact with us throughtout the trip and took care of our concerns with due priority. Excellent job Akhil ! As already mentioned earlier, we had a few minor initial hiccups mainly with the driver at Leh, but it was quickly sorted out so that we could have a seamless and memorable trip ahead. No complaints. Drivers - Fida Hussain ( Srinagar ), Younis ( from Srinar to Leh ), Karma Tashi ( Leh - Jispa ) & Pankaj ( Jispa - Chandigarh ) were the true gems. We love drivers who can converse with us and prepare us what to expect upfront. In short..... an excellent experience !

Our stay at Mehtab Palace is to be graded as average only as the property is deserved to be rated as 'budget category'. However, other hotels like Jojila Residency, Sangaylaya Palace, Hunder Residency( though changed in last moment from Organic Boutique Inn) and Mentsel Cottage were really excellent. Mentsel Cottage deserved to be given 10/10. The height of hospitality the staff showed with their limited resources is really appreciable. The property is very close to the lake, too. Our driver for Kashmir ( Mr. Mansoor Hossain) is a good guy but during our whole trip he showed us only 1/4 of our scheduled itinerary. We missed Shalimar Bagh, Parimahal, Chasme Sahi and Sonamarg. He was always in hurry and persuaded us to shorten our trip. However, our driver at Ladakh is an awesome person. Mr. Tenzin not only followed the entire itinerary but also guided us in every place and situation. Mr. Akhil of Lazyatra is also a gentleman of good heart. He was accessible always, guided our trip very nicely and arranged our holidays in a beautiful way. Thanks Lazyatra.
