Wow! It was an amazing experience.. I always chose arrange on my own whole time.. This is first time I opted for Package from LazyYatra- for Leh Ladhak package..
We had overall wonderful experience ..
Travel Agaent Rinki is exceptional.. She was available all the time for queries, and responded and arranged everything well..
Our driver Padma was also very innocent- and humble..
All the hotels booked in Leh, Pangong very amazing..Nubra was ok ok..

We booked the ladakh trip with Lazy Yatra.
It was an excellent experience with Lazy yatra. The itinerary and hotels were good.
Driver was very calm and always drove very safe.

Stay/ Hotels:
Our first day stay was at Grand Yasmin which was not at all a good experience. They gave us room which was on third floor, not accessible through lift and was not even well furnished. Though they have given us a better room on our last day stay and experience was good. The food was quite great though.
On our 2nd and 3rd day we stayed at Sanghalay palace and the experience was amazing. The food and staff was very disciplined.
On 4th day at Nubra, we had a 2 day stay at Organic boutique inn. The room was average but the service was quite impressive. The food tastes like home and mouth watering.
On our 6th day we had a stay at Native hut in Pangong.. The room was pretty fine and food was okay.though we were not expecting much from Pangong, tso Moririri and Hanle we were not expecting much.
7th day we stayed in T Pajlor homestay in Hanle and i must say the service and the room was quite amazing as it was very remote area and the uncle and his daughters were very sweet to us. I would personally recommend that homestay to everyone.
On our second last day at Tso Moriri we had stay at lake view hotel, from where there is no view of lake😂. The room was very untidy and had a bad odour. We ordered maggie and it tastes yukkk so even the food was not eatable. It was the worst among all the stays we had.

Driver and Vehicle:
Our driver name was Tsering and he was quite active, he even took us to those places which are out of our reach. He briefed about the spots very well. The car xylo was also clean and comfortable.

Our travel consulatant Rinki... coordinated the trip well and was helpful.

Ladhak:
Finally, on the sightseeing and places visited, Ladhak in all have breath taking views, deserts mountains and rivers all at once, lot of scenic views, military camps, war memorials, border on India Pakistan and China. Overall a must visit place.

The entire trip was well planned, both the hotel stays in Leh and the Camp stays in Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake were good! Camps stay at Nubra (De Nubra Camp) was awesome. However, given the low temperatures at night and senior citizens, a cottage stay would have been preferable at Pangong. The Driver 'Dawa' was very professional, sincere and responsible and made sure all the sightseeing's & entire road travel was safely covered. While the Travel Consultant changed for me twice, Vishal Jain was very good with his timely communications.
Would love to travel with Lazy Yatra again!!

Very well coordinated and planned trip, we had amazing vacation.

We booked our Leh-Ladakh trip through Lazy Yatra travel company based in Jaipur. I came across absolute professional yet warm experience by interacting with Mr Vishal Jain & Ms Rinki from Lazy Yatra. The Lazy Yatra team is dedicated, approachable and more so humble in every possible step to plan your journey. If you are wanting to book your Leh-Ladakh Trip then Lazy Yatra is your solution.

Stay was decent in hotels/camps and staff was really nice and well behaved. They even helped us with early checkin and late checkout wherever possible.
Driver was very punctual and professional, had a very good collection of songs plus driving skills was superb.
I talked to Rinki and she helped us with all the queries.
Trip was really good, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Hello. This is Akshita Sharma. I traveled to Leh in July 2022 with my parents and niece(04 total) through Lazyatra. I would like to share my experiences regarding hotels, food and Travel.
Firstly Big 5 stars to the Driver....Mr Tsering picked us up right from the airport and went with us throughout the Ladakh trip. He was literally a gem of person. He gave us good local knowledge, very generous and honest person.
Coming to Hotels, Grand Yasmin could have been better from cleanliness point of view. But Sangaylay Palace was delightful, way beyond our expectations... food variety and quality in dinner and breakfast was just the best ... 5 star experience at Sangaylay palace. Also, Pangong stay was amazing and the food standards and pangong were a delight in the paradise.
So, overall a delightful trip.
Looking forward to book another holiday from Lazyatra. :)

Overall we had a good time. Our Driver Mr Mingur was very nice. He knew the area very well and guided us appropriately.

Hotel we felt was average. Grand Yasmin - very poor cleanliness. Dining area tables were always dirty. Lots of dust in the rooms. Cupboards full of old newspapers and dust. Best avoided i feel. Staff are very nice. Location is close to market and cafes but place is not good.

Hunder Summer camp - Excellent food at the hotel. Tents and toilets were clean. Got hot running water.

Pangong - clean tent and toilet. Good food. Hospitable people. We saw some nice cottages were available at Pangong also. But the Summer camp tent was also good.

Utpala retreat - excellent rooms with great view from balcony. Food was good too. Best hotel of the trip. But no lift to second floor. Book with caution for elderly people.

Travel consultant Ms Rinki Gyanani was very helpful in all stages. She did a good job organizing our trip.

Experience with Lazy Yatra is amazing and they arranged a fabulous trip to Leh Ladakh,our travel consultant Miss Rinky organized the ideal tailored trip and peculiar about complete itinerary & we were guided by a local excellent guide(Nawang).The accommodations was superb, activities such as double humped camel,ATV ride,Zip Line were excellent.

Grand Ladakh - excellent in all respects...good food, courteous and efficient staff and gud rooms....will recommend everyone to stay there
Organic Boutique Inn - okay okay types...gud tents, ok food
Menstel cottage - food was gud but rooms were too small
Grand Yasmin - didn't like the overall hygiene of the hotel....food was also ok types...won't recommend to stay there when grand ladakh is just 5 steps away

The driver who was there on first day for Leh visit whose name was Ali was a very very gud person...he shud be there always in ur list

For the next 4 days we had a driver named Stanzin who was expert in mountain driving and was aware of all routes...but was too fussy and always was in a hurry for no reason whatsoever....the group didn't like his behaviour as he always wanted to have his own way...u shud ensure that he is not the one who drives around ur customers....

Overall was gud considering the location...and yes your local partner there was very helpful...overall very gud...but u need to find a way to have gud drivers who are going to be with ur guests for 4 days in a row

First-day hotel stays as per expected and would like to stay again there. Other days hotel stay was so so...
The driver was very nice nature and cooperative and would like to book him again.
Travel consultant Akhil was well responsive and quick in his responding etc.
Overall it was great we enjoy the trip.

I travelled to Leh along with my wife in mid June 2022. I made my booking a bit and June being a peak season, I was bit skeptical about the trip. Lazy Yatra came to my rescue and all the arrangements made by them were just superb. Rinki ensured that all the hotels including camps are of the high quality. At the end it was the perfect hassle free week that I was looking for. I will definitely choose Lazy Yatra for my next adventure! :D

1. Our stay was really good everywhere and food was also manageable (though, we found pahal gaon hotel’s food as one of the best in our trip)

2. Both drivers were really good but 2nd one was very co-operative and easy going

3. Rinki was very co-operative and approachable as whatever issues we had she resolved them quickly. She also made us understand the best package deal for us.

Akhil was really helpful and so responsive person. Never loosing his calm.
The trip was especially made successful on the ground by our driver Mr. Phunsuk. He was such an amazing person saving us a lot of time and money with his timely advises. Mr Tashi was wonderful too. A genuinely nice person.

We recently went to the Ladakh for our vacation through Lazy Yatra. They arrange very nice memorable tour for us. They chose nice hotels in Leh and Nubra. We face an issue at Nubra for our stay but Rinky immediately solve that in just one call. They gave us xylo car and very good driver. Car was nice maintained. Rinky really arrange very good treap and was really helpful on call. I would suggest to everyone that if you want to go to the treap then definately go through Lazy Yatra. They really arranged amazing tour. We were definately worried at first for the treap, but from the day 1 they didn't disappoint us.

First hotel Ladakh Himalayan retreat was nice, food options were also great and airport pickup on day one also happened on time.
Second hotel was average as it was a camp only, there were plenty of hotels too there which we got to know after reaching there
Night at Pangong went horrible for me as I felt so much breathlessness as if I will die that night. Thankfully camp owner had oxygen cylinder so used for an hour that but I guess this recommendation should have come from travel planner itself so that we could have been better prepared.
Third hotel Utpala was great in terms of stay but very bad in terms of food as they server only one vegetable in dinner and only poha+sandwich in breakfast. Could have been much better like we got in first hotel.
Travel from leh to Kargil via road was a mistake as after reaching Kargil, we were told that we will have to leave by 6am next morning because of some road travel guidelines so we slept early rather than visiting things in the evening in Kargil and after we checked out in the morning, we were told to stop at 2 check post while on the way from Kargil to Srinagar and each time we had to stay for 2hr-2hr. Along with that, after traveling for around 100km from Kargil, somewhere in the mid, there was road construction work going on so we again had to stop there for 2hr again.
basically it became a 12 hour travel and that too on a pretty bad road. so we reached Srinagar late night and thus couldn't roam there too.
Ideally people should travel from leh to Srinagar via flight as it will be even cheaper option, time saving plus quite comfortable. Our last 3 days wasted mostly in lengthy travel.
In a summary, people should be told to carry oxygen cylinder in Pangong and they should be told about better travel route from leh to Srinagar (if they want to prefer a convenient option) because roads are soooo bad between Kargil to Srinagar

Lazy yatra must recommend the hotels, it is hard to select them just by seeing the photos. We did not like our stay in Nubra and Tso-moriri much. The driver was not too comfortable in Hindi and was very silent. It's important to have cheerful drivers as the majority of Ladakh's trip is on the road. The representative was responsive and we still enjoyed the trip quite a lot.

I booked my Ladakh trip with Lazy Yatra through Travel triangle. I was assisted by Akhil from Lazy Yatra. Starting from our very first conversation where I specified my requirement, Akhil was very quick to understand what I was looking for and helped me with an initial itinerary. He was extremely patient and accommodative of all the changes I suggested and explained everything in detail. The entire booking experience was seamless and well executed. Post the booking, the hotel vouchers, the driver details and all the other relevant information was shared well in advance. I had a very carefree trip, thanks to the well worked out and executed itinerary by Lazy Yatra and Akhil. We were 4 people and booked our 10 days Leh package from lazy yatra via travel triangle. Akhil was our SPOC who was very dedicated and thoughtful to plan our trip as per our expectations and interests. The trip was quite good. Hotels and food was decent. The only thing we found could be better was the hotel in Pangong. What we saw in the photos didn't match what we saw there in person.

The driver (Mohammad) was really good. He was very courteous and helped us along the route with information and sight seeing

Rinki has been very helpful too. Very approachable and responsive whenever reached on calls.

All in all, will book from Lazyatra again whenever we have a chance.

“LADAKH is beautiful and so are the people out there”.I had booked a 4nights & 5days package from Lazy Yatra.When we landed at Leh airport our driver Mr.Dawa was on time to recieve us.We stayed at hotel Sangaylay Palace,we had a comfortable stay out there.The meals served were fresh & healthy.The staff members of the hotel were very nice.Our driver Mr.Dawa was very punctual & his driving was very good.He was a perfect gentleman.Our stay at Lotus eco resort Hundar was also comfortable.I fell in love with the calm & peaceful surroundings of the resort.Thank you Lazy Yatra for the wonderful arrangement.

Stay at Leh and Nubra was great. There is scope for improvement for the stay at Pangong lake as weather is too cold there.

Driver - Tashi Dorjoy was very good. We never felt travel sickness even after having lunch and immediate drive. I really thankful to him.

Shefali did everything what she can do to accommodate our requirements for this trip. It was planned wonderfully.

the whole trip was superb and the stays and food was amazing......

the only feedback will be for the driver as he was not communicating well about the trip and was not doing a guide part...we have to ask him and than he will tell us and that too very little. he also said no to many things when we asked him to take us on a small detour or take us to pangong one more time on the same day. he said that he will not go and if he will go he will wait for 10 mins and will leave with or without us. overall a great and amazing experience and if the driver would have been better the trip would have been amazingly superb and over the top.

the stay in Leh and Pangong were just amazing with great hospitality and food. Yugal was always there to help with every question i had and was even communicated with the staff on our behalf.

"Amazing and well Managed" - Ladakh Tour Package When planning for Leh, we were a bit apprehensive about going for Lazy Yatra as it was a departure from the standard tour operators. Hotels in Leh was excellent, Nubra and Pangong - good and Tso moriri was okay (remote location so not many options available). Driver was fantastic, super courteous, reliable. Felt was in safe hands. Hotels are good. Only problem was that, no power connection/power back was available in Nubra Valley's hotel from 11 pm to 6 am, not even a battery operated light was provided. Total resort was out of power. Driver was very expert in driving and a soft spoken person. Leh and Ladakh are very beautiful place. We have enjoyed the whole tour and these six days will always be a memorable time frame for me and my family. Thanks Lazy Yatra.

The stays in hotel was good, the properties such as Sangalaya Palace and Fresh Water Retreat were really good.
Hotel Grand Yasmin was okay, as the food was not that good.

The drivers along with sightseeing and coordination was good, but would have really appreciated if the spoc in leh Sunil could have been accommodating by understanding the fact we had to modify the itinerary by directly coming back to hotel in Leh as my wife’s health was not good.
He could have adjusted the money but rather told a lie that we took the route of hemis monastery, there is only one route from pangong to leh via changla pass and we have to taken any alternative route, just for few hundred rupees the spoc lied and i did not appreciate it.

Travel Consultant Yugal was very helpful and supportive, the stays which were booked and suggested were good and the trip was a good experience overall.

Our travel consultant was Shefali,she was very helpful throughout our trip.
We stayed at hotel kangsing at Leh, the staff was very cooperative and food was also really good.
The driver was also good and polite.
The only issue we had is the De nubra camp at nubra valley, they had rats and cockroaches inside their camp and they didn't provide us hot water in bathroom.

I booked 6N/7D with help of TT. Lazy Yatra supported throughout the process from quote to end of trip. Mr Yugal supported every time in trip customization. From hotels to logistics to food, everything was well arranged. It was family trip in tough terrain but we didn't find any issue. Special thanks to Mr Yugal, Mr Rinchen & all support staff. B. Mr. Thupson was assigned as driver and coordinator for the trip and I would like to highly recommend him. His driving was very good, safe and he has a very decent demeanour. We enjoyed our travels with him. Very polite and helped take many photos of us.

Mr. Tashi was very polite and helpful person on the motorcycles we took on rent. We made a late request to get Himalayan bike and he made sure that we got the bike as requested.

C. Ms. Shefali was our travel consultant and she helped with all of our queries and took extra care for our requests. She was reachable most of the times be it early mornings or late evenings.

Thank you Shefali for the trip plan and so quick booking.I and my mates had a awesome trip.

So the booking happened with in 2 hours where Shefali was able to find out all hotels camps for us and also within budget.She is also help us with what to do what not do during pendanic and help from pick up to drop and end to end service.Driver Mingur was and Kang sing hotel and Native hut was awesome place.

I never thought that it would be so amazing. Stay in hotel was just so pleasant and homely. Even in Pangong, the arrangements were beyond imagination according to availability of resources at such height. Driver has been very friendly and cooperative. On the last day of our trip, we did not want to go back to Delhi and wanted to extend our stay.

We love the overall experience from the booking to the checkouts. Overall the hotels are very good except the hotel in Manstel Cottage in Pangong as
the attendant at the hotel is very rude and making excuses for every single things asked for.
The driver cum guide is so good and co operative and humble. Travel consultants and also so proactive and knowledgeable.
Overall a pleasant experience during the whole trip. Looking for for many more tours to come..

Few things to tell upfront while sharing my experience with Lazy Yatra, i will be very honest with my review even if it me seems bit harsh.

A. Lazy Yatra provide best of accommodation as per your requirement - Very good hotels, pleasant stay, all surrounded by good people to take care of you. Complete package to make your stay pocket friendly as well.

B. Driver- This is area where Lazy Yatra needs to work more; Promise of Driver cum Guide was not fulfilled. However person allocated to us was safe & a good driver. However they are still to be trained to be more considerate and concern about good journey experience of the traveler.
Sights and landscapes which we have experienced in Ladakh was mesmerizing. I personally highly recommend everyone to at least visit once here for leisure and peace.

C. Shefali is very professional, tries to accommodate all your requirement & very helpful. NO BAKWASS direct to point.

Overall i would rate the complete experience 4 Stars out of 5.

I have been already recommending Travel Triangle and Lazy Yatra to all my friends planning to visit Ladahk.

Itenary could have been better. Places in the city like Shanti Stupa , Leh Palace, Namgyal Monestry could have been easily included as all these places were main attraction within the city itself. There was bit problem in accommodation on last day as it was changed without any prior notification which created some confusions and problem.

Ladakh Tour Package with Lazy Yatra was good. Overall the choice of Hotels was satisfying. Especially the Bodhi tree at Leh is a very elegant property. Food was great at all hotels except for the Sand dunes view resort at Nubra.
Sand dunes view resort at Hunder could do with some improvement in terms of Food, Hygiene, Room upkeep etc...
2. The driver / guide was the best part of this trip. Karma Sonam is really good, friendly, conversational and entertaining.

Stay at hotels was good. Considering facilities at remotest part of India the accommodation was at great location.
Driver was awesome. Shering took utmost care of our convenience. He was always on time. He is a well trained driver with more than 10 years of driving experience. He is happy and well-behaved.
Yuzal was our travel consultant. He gave us the appropriate information for the trip. He was really helpful in midway change of plan for the trip as we were not feeling well.

I have travelled first time through LazYatra and was initially lil sceptical but the other couple with me, whi had availed LazYatra service before, highly recommended me this as they had travelled before using their service.
