I somewhere feel the Vehicle could have been more comfortable considering such a long journey and also with kids around . Secondly the Vehicle Driver in such trips should also be a pseudo tour guide which was missing . Also the city habits were not properly communicated which also meant we were left with no clue on the timings of city night life .

It was a very great experience where my family thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Places we visited in Jaisalmer, Jaipur and Jodhpur were absolutely fantastic. Hotels was very neat, clean and excellent. Cab and driver were mostly great when they travelled with us and taken us all to such good places.

It was an amzing experience at Jaisalmer with LazyYatra. All bookings were perfectly done and seamless. Hotel staff was courteaous. The driver was good too. All points covered without any hassle. Special part was the Camp e Khaas experiences in the desert side. Arrangements were great. The evening was worth it. All in all I will recommend it for future. Great experience.

Our experience with lazytrip Rajasthan package was very good. From booking to arrival to hometown, Rinki(From Lazytrip) coordinated and guided very well. The hotels booked are good. We had a issue with vehicle driver on Day 1 but Rinki coordinated and changed the driver immediately on Day 2 which is very much appreciable. Special Thanks to Rinki who made our trip memorable. We would look forward to associate with lazy yatra for our future holiday trips.

The stay in Delhi could have been much much better, than what it was. The representative had limited inputs on the weekly holidays for some of the important sites in delhi, I had to tell her the that these days are weekly off for the places. and we missed those sites as the bookings were already done. Had to change the entire planned dates just because the representative had limited stay options on the planned dates. It was told strictly that the driver shall be non smoker and non tobacco chewer, but that was not the case. other than that the driver was good. however the overall experience was good.

Hotel stay were good..only 1 point to recommend...our stay in Jaipur was hotel harsoli haveli.. this hotel is 16kms away from main city and due to traffic our daily 2 hrs was wasted in traffic. Will not recommend this hotel for tourists. We also faced toilet flush problems in this hotel and we had to follow up many times for this issue with hotel staff. Hotel in Udaipur ( Mukund Vilas) is very good..Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Driver was good but was not able to give proper instructions regarding various spots and places. Travel consultant (Rinki) is very good and helpful. Overall our trip was good and we enjoyed it.

Thanks lazy Yatra again for such a good planning for my family trip to Rajasthan and then perfect execution. Hotel options you provided were good where we could choose based on our comfort. Cab was neat and clean. Its Driver was also good, flexible as per need of the time and always available when ever we wanted. Please see if In the itinerary you could provide some suggestions for tourist spots which are must and which can be skipped.

Representative: Rinky Rinky coordinated well from the time we reached out of her and until booking confirmation and payment. She was quick in revising plans and customizing as per our requirement. There is a scope of improvement when it comes to listing the places that will be covered as part of city tours and calling out what is covered or what is not covered as part of the package. This visibility will help us plan things better based on our interests. When we go on a long vacation, there bound to be some changes in plan which we expect the agency to be sensitive and responsive to make the vacation memorable. We had a challenge in making some changes and had to push hard thru our dialog and agreed by the agency afterwards. Shared local knowledge while visiting the places that helped to understand the culture and environment better, he knew the travel time between the places clearly which helped to plan the day better. LazyYatra is blessed to have such a gem of a person to represent them. We saw the best of Rajasthan because of Manoj 😊 One genuine feedback on Rathanbore National Park. This is just hyped up and must be avoided… This is nothing compared to places like Nagarahole, Bandipur etc. We recommended this to be part of the itinerary but utterly disappointed.

Hotel stay at Udaipur was good but Hotel Dior Jaipur was disappointed. Driver & car was good. He coordinate well with sightseeing. Rinki helped well for booking. Overall it was wonderful trip of Jaipur & Udaipur, enjoyed a lot, very good trekking experience at forts in Jaipur & river side view & boating at Udaipur, food, take guide who will charge you & also will take your photographs.

We had a 5day 4night trip that included Udaipur-Ajmer-Pushkar-Jaipur for 4 adults. The hotel experience at Udaipur was not so welcoming while the Jaipur hotel was good. Also we had some miscommunication with the local driver which was sorted with the intervention of trip coordinator. Hence, overall experience was good with prompt and accommodating responses from driver as well as the trip coordinator.
