My Andaman Tour Package with Lazy Yata was excellent. Only Havelock s stay was not good. Rest were excellent. Other stays were good. Overall experience was good. I will recommend lazyyatra based on my experience. Yes. Port blair and Neil island had good drivers Havelock Island s driver was ok. Rinki u were helpful. I would definitely recommend lazyyatra. U helped a lot with my queries. So thanks.

Stay in hotel- Excellent perfect food n services
Driver in port blair gave wrong information about ferry n unnecessary wasted 1.5 hours. Driver didn't come on time to pick up on first day also.
Travel consultant was initially ok.. but after reaching andaman when we complained about experience. He didn't listen much and argue much. Andaman is really nice place to visit. Just manage it properly

Stay was awesome
There wasn't much of sightseeing because of corona but island and sunset view is nice
Travel consultants Yugal and Deepak are very good. Hatsoff to patience and all the guidance. Did not face any problems in immigration because everything was pre prepared as per guidance and everything was smooth
For the whole trip for maldives I would rate it 4 out of 5.
Suggest to do scuba diving during morning or evening times. Not afternoon.
Do try watersports and marine biologist guided snorkeling
We would get better treatment in restaurants if we spend a bit. If we say we are all inclusive then treatment is bit like you will get ignored and other foreigners who pay will get priority in coco bodu resort

1. Hotel Shompen was not good. They had not received the booking and waited for long time.

2. Resort Sea princess didn’t have booking. Later booking found at make my trip. The hotel beach was crocodile friendly and nobody informed us. There were incidents where crocodile attached humans.

One of our mate left phone in port blair while traveling to havelock hotel ppl and driver was very helpful they searched for phone in room . And kept it safe .. the day we returned back to port blair the phone was returned safely .. well organized staff members in andaman .. overall very good experience... Food was costly though .. rest all was too good .. asif in havelock was also very cooperative and helped us in many things

My trip to Andaman was very smooth and hassle free. Even though there was a VVIP visit at the island imposing restrictions at few tourist spots, Rinki was proactively ready with plan B, and made sure our trip was not impacted. Rinky was always there to assist us (Even at 8am on a Sunday morning)

Hotels were excellent and the food served at Hotel Seagull, Hotel De Pebbles, and Havelock Holiday Beach Resort was delicious. Would definitely recommend these hotels for stay.

The drivers cum guides were very polite and interactive, specially Pradeep at Port Blair.

“LADAKH is beautiful and so are the people out there”.I had booked a 4nights & 5days package from Lazy Yatra.When we landed at Leh airport our driver Mr.Dawa was on time to recieve us.We stayed at hotel Sangaylay Palace,we had a comfortable stay out there.The meals served were fresh & healthy.The staff members of the hotel were very nice.Our driver Mr.Dawa was very punctual & his driving was very good.He was a perfect gentleman.Our stay at Lotus eco resort Hundar was also comfortable.I fell in love with the calm & peaceful surroundings of the resort.Thank you Lazy Yatra for the wonderful arrangement.

Hotel stay and food
The hotel in Port Blair was very good according to the price. The food and service in Hotel Seagull, port blair was excellent. Aquays beach resort, Neil Island was very beautiful and amazing.
Havelock Holiday Beach Resort has been a regretful experience. We paid the most for that because most of our stay was in Havelock but it turned out to be disappointing. No beach view. Food costly, No exhaust and ventilation in washroom. Very small property. Aquays resort is way better.

Great coordinator and an amazing human being. We had issues due to our flights and I discussed the same with Rinki. She was kind enough to get our hotel cancelled for one day and ensured that our trip goes smooth even after the last minute issues with flight. Overall trip - An excellent and well planned Andaman Tour by Rinki, Lazy Yatra. Very happy with the overall experience. No issues with trip and planning at all. Only HHBR was disappointing and hence cutting one point in rating. Else it was a beautifully planned trip. Thanks to Rinki and all the drivers and coordinators we met in our journey

Stay at Leh and Nubra was great. There is scope for improvement for the stay at Pangong lake as weather is too cold there.

Driver - Tashi Dorjoy was very good. We never felt travel sickness even after having lunch and immediate drive. I really thankful to him.

Shefali did everything what she can do to accommodate our requirements for this trip. It was planned wonderfully.

Thanks for planning such a great trip. It was awesome. This was memorable experience for us.

the whole trip was superb and the stays and food was amazing......

the only feedback will be for the driver as he was not communicating well about the trip and was not doing a guide part...we have to ask him and than he will tell us and that too very little. he also said no to many things when we asked him to take us on a small detour or take us to pangong one more time on the same day. he said that he will not go and if he will go he will wait for 10 mins and will leave with or without us. overall a great and amazing experience and if the driver would have been better the trip would have been amazingly superb and over the top.

the stay in Leh and Pangong were just amazing with great hospitality and food. Yugal was always there to help with every question i had and was even communicated with the staff on our behalf.

Seagull was fabulous with food and client service and HHBR was worst never ever want to visit again at HHBR

both the drivers are good and having a hamilier nature happy 😊

My travel agent rinki is awesome very cooperative and nice coordination very much happy 😊

If i visit again definitely i will choose lazytravel only , but not HHBR

The drivers should not mislead the clients regarding expenses in tourist places, we will be unknown to those places hence we take help of travel agency. Kindly advise ur drivers not to loot money from tourists henceforth, like what happened with us.
Anyways overall experience with lazy yatra was satisfactory.

"Amazing and well Managed" - Ladakh Tour Package When planning for Leh, we were a bit apprehensive about going for Lazy Yatra as it was a departure from the standard tour operators. But our apprehensions melted away after speaking with Mr. Vishal Jain. Vishal helped us through our packages and was constantly available and was there to clear our trivial doubts regarding the tour. Great service by lazy yatra. Prompt, flexible and customized to your needs. Hotels in Leh was excellent, Nubra and Pangong - good and Tso moriri was okay (remote location so not many options available). Driver was fantastic, super courteous, reliable. Felt was in safe hands. Hotels are good. Only problem was that, no power connection/power back was available in Nubra Valley's hotel from 11 pm to 6 am, not even a battery operated light was provided. Total resort was out of power. Driver was very expert in driving and a soft spoken person. Leh and Ladakh are very beautiful place. We have enjoyed the whole tour and these six days will always be a memorable time frame for me and my family. Thanks Lazy Yatra.

The stays in hotel was good, the properties such as Sangalaya Palace and Fresh Water Retreat were really good.
Hotel Grand Yasmin was okay, as the food was not that good.

The drivers along with sightseeing and coordination was good, but would have really appreciated if the spoc in leh Sunil could have been accommodating by understanding the fact we had to modify the itinerary by directly coming back to hotel in Leh as my wife’s health was not good.
He could have adjusted the money but rather told a lie that we took the route of hemis monastery, there is only one route from pangong to leh via changla pass and we have to taken any alternative route, just for few hundred rupees the spoc lied and i did not appreciate it.

Travel Consultant Yugal was very helpful and supportive, the stays which were booked and suggested were good and the trip was a good experience overall.

Our travel consultant was Shefali,she was very helpful throughout our trip.
We stayed at hotel kangsing at Leh, the staff was very cooperative and food was also really good.
The driver was also good and polite.
The only issue we had is the De nubra camp at nubra valley, they had rats and cockroaches inside their camp and they didn't provide us hot water in bathroom.

I booked 6N/7D with help of TT. Lazy Yatra supported throughout the process from quote to end of trip. Mr Yugal supported every time in trip customization. From hotels to logistics to food, everything was well arranged. It was family trip in tough terrain but we didn't find any issue. Special thanks to Mr Yugal, Mr Rinchen & all support staff. ALL is Well :)

Rooms: View was of backyard and not of mountains. Poor view. There were lot of houseflies in rooms. However the rooms were clean.

B. Mr. Thupson was assigned as driver and coordinator for the trip and I would like to highly recommend him. His driving was very good, safe and he has a very decent demeanour. We enjoyed our travels with him. Very polite and helped take many photos of us.

Mr. Tashi was very polite and helpful person on the motorcycles we took on rent. We made a late request to get Himalayan bike and he made sure that we got the bike as requested.

C. Ms. Shefali was our travel consultant and she helped with all of our queries and took extra care for our requests. She was reachable most of the times be it early mornings or late evenings.

Thank you Shefali for the trip plan and so quick booking.I and my mates had a awesome trip.

So the booking happened with in 2 hours where Shefali was able to find out all hotels camps for us and also within budget.She is also help us with what to do what not do during pendanic and help from pick up to drop and end to end service.Driver Mingur was and Kang sing hotel and Native hut was awesome place.

I never thought that it would be so amazing. Stay in hotel was just so pleasant and homely. Even in Pangong, the arrangements were beyond imagination according to availability of resources at such height. Driver has been very friendly and cooperative. On the last day of our trip, we did not want to go back to Delhi and wanted to extend our stay.

It was well planned trip with Lazy Yatra. We did not need to plan anything what to do next neither we need to wait for any minute for the execution... Super impressed with presence / punctuality of Drivers. Binith our travel coordinator assigned by Lazy Yatra was so so nice with impressive voice. He specially came himself and took us for a round of Portblaire as it was raining so we covered major places in car only and he explained all about Portblaire it's history it's current affairs and all important places. Just got little disappointed when we visited the Havelock Island Resort as they have not maintained the look as per the website pics... May be because they are back to work after so long due to covid circumstances... So we understand this thing.. They, both lazy Yatra and hotel manager, understood the fact and allotted us nice room with beach view... Just would have been wonderful if all this decision of allotting us the rooms could have saved our 1 and half hour time. But later were truly truly impressed by the warmth and humble service of the people there. we were all the girls 4 of us and felt safe and secure. Seahill hotel at Portblaire was also very good. A boy Prashanto with very nice smile was very good person at sea hill hotel who took care of all OUR requirements. So overall it was very wonderful organised trip with friends planned by Lazyyatra.

We love the overall experience from the booking to the checkouts. Overall the hotels are very good except the hotel in Manstel Cottage in Pangong as
the attendant at the hotel is very rude and making excuses for every single things asked for.
The driver cum guide is so good and co operative and humble. Travel consultants and also so proactive and knowledgeable.
Overall a pleasant experience during the whole trip. Looking for for many more tours to come..

Few things to tell upfront while sharing my experience with Lazy Yatra, i will be very honest with my review even if it me seems bit harsh.

A. Lazy Yatra provide best of accommodation as per your requirement - Very good hotels, pleasant stay, all surrounded by good people to take care of you. Complete package to make your stay pocket friendly as well.

B. Driver- This is area where Lazy Yatra needs to work more; Promise of Driver cum Guide was not fulfilled. However person allocated to us was safe & a good driver. However they are still to be trained to be more considerate and concern about good journey experience of the traveler.
Sights and landscapes which we have experienced in Ladakh was mesmerizing. I personally highly recommend everyone to at least visit once here for leisure and peace.

C. Shefali is very professional, tries to accommodate all your requirement & very helpful. NO BAKWASS direct to point.

Overall i would rate the complete experience 4 Stars out of 5.

I have been already recommending Travel Triangle and Lazy Yatra to all my friends planning to visit Ladahk.
Will get back to you for our next trip to North East.

and in regards to travel agent i have no words from them, one of consultant name is Vishal and we got a medical situation in Pangong and he called me to ask for health and told me if i need any help just let me know whatever i can do i will do my best. that words from travel consultant i didn't expect it. And regards to the trip from the day one we were very chill and enjoyed the trip reason being the hotel, the driver, the vechicle we got was so nice.

Itenary could have been better. Places in the city like Shanti Stupa , Leh Palace, Namgyal Monestry could have been easily included as all these places were main attraction within the city itself. There was bit problem in accommodation on last day as it was changed without any prior notification which created some confusions and problem.

Ladakh Tour Package with Lazy Yatra was good. Overall the choice of Hotels was satisfying. Especially the Bodhi tree at Leh is a very elegant property. Food was great at all hotels except for the Sand dunes view resort at Nubra.
Sand dunes view resort at Hunder could do with some improvement in terms of Food, Hygiene, Room upkeep etc...
2. The driver / guide was the best part of this trip. Karma Sonam is really good, friendly, conversational and entertaining.

Stay at hotels was good. Considering facilities at remotest part of India the accommodation was at great location.
Driver was awesome. Shering took utmost care of our convenience. He was always on time. He is a well trained driver with more than 10 years of driving experience. He is happy and well-behaved.
Yuzal was our travel consultant. He gave us the appropriate information for the trip. He was really helpful in midway change of plan for the trip as we were not feeling well.

I have travelled first time through LazYatra and was initially lil sceptical but the other couple with me, whi had availed LazYatra service before, highly recommended me this as they had travelled before using their service. I am glad to share that the experience with LazYatra was amazing right from assigning *Yugal* as the travel agent who helped right from booking the package as per our customizations, guiding important destination spots, convinient routes and all intermittent required help throughout the trip even during Covid situations. The *Hotels* provided were fabulous with very clean rooms and helping staff along with good food options. The *Driver* assigned helped going extra mile when required. Yugal is a very good coordinator. He ll be literally be available 24 hours and would make sure that the trip is very smooth and safe.

1. Hospitality at the hotel was good but the service was bad especially in the hotel Gatsal at Leh. Food in terms of dinner as part of the package is not recommendable and there wasn't any non-vegetarian food served at any place.

3. Shefali served as an able travel agent and helped us resolve all our queries
4. If I get a bespoke package I would but definitely not the commercial type of package with all the touristy inclusions

The trip overall was an experience to cherish but felt that there was more that could be offered as part of the package

It was very nice, we enjoyed the trip. Especially Sangaylay palace. Not so good in Grand Yasmin because of untidy rooms with used bedsheets and pillow covers. Only thing we did not like was the stay in The Grand Yasmin hotel. And my mother needed the oxygen support in Pangong, thanks Shefali for your advice to carry oxyegn cylinder, I carried from Leh. Food and staffs were nice very experienced and gentle driver.
Shefali was Nice and friendly, gave good advise like carrying Oxygen cylinder for parents. Sure if i get a chance to book again with lazyatra definitely i will book it.

During our Kashmir Tour, Stay in hotels was good except swan group of houseboats, that one was unpleasant stay.
Food was good.
Driver was polite, humble and cooperative.
Rinki madam from Lazy Yatra, Jaipur suggested us a great Kashmir package according to our requirements.

The stay and food in others was good but shaw inns food was below average. Overall it was great. Wasim The Driver was super cool and open to suggestions. Hotel stay in Leh was awesome, Nature boutique was also good but didn't like hotel The dunes in Nubra, food was not good there neither the facilities. Not very much happy with the drivers, he been punctual in term of site visiting but we were expecting someone who have good knowledge about current scenario at place. Last day we had to cancel the Pangong trip, if we would have known about the long route in advance we would have never gone half way. Shefali as Travel agent has been very helpful in initial days when making the booking, very prompt in sending the details required. But if she would have called and tried to know the trip status in beginning it would have been better. Maybe will book again with Lazy yatra. Overall Rating i would give 3 out of 5.

Vishal and his team did a great job on planning the tour for us to Kashmir. He picked up the right places for the time we had. He also picked up right hotels for us and took care of the driver/cab etc. He also helped us understand what is must do/ good to do and avoid in Kashmir. Despite we visited Kashmir for first time, the trip planned by Vishal made us feel comfortable and helped us by providing all the necessary details required to make the trip and amazing experience! I would anyday go for a trip planned by Vishal and his team again :)

We took a 6N/7D trip to Leh via Lazyatra. It was a wonderful experience.The hotels suggested by them were really nice providing best in class food. We had no issues regarding booking and payment of hotels. Everything was been already taken care by Lazyatra. We just relaxed and enjoyed the whole trip. Even the driver provided by them for the sightseeing was very polite, disciplined and generous. Yugal, our travel agent did a wonderful job. I would definitely consider him for our next vacations.
