I contacted Lazyatra Team for my Ladakh trip, and I must say it was one of the best decisions I made. I contacted the team of lazyyatra seeing a youtube blogger taking their service. After which I found the team was very professional and did an awesome job to customise my itinerary according to my choices. When I reached ladakh the driver assigned to me Mingur ji was very nice and knowledgeable about the places I wanted to visit. He was very accommodating too. I stayed 4 nights in ladakh. 2 at the start and 2 at the end of my 9 days trip. I found the 2nd hotel ladakh inn a lot better location, service and amenities wise than teh first hotel that I stayed. The rest of the hotels I found very good specially Pika camp in nubra valley and the himayalan wooden cottage in merak near pangong tso.

Overall I would recommend lazyyatra and will take their services in future.

Our choice for a Leh Ladakh tour package was Lazy Yatra. Our stays—aside from our time in Tso Moriri—were to be rated as nice. Nonetheless, it is quite commendable how graciously the workers behaved given their meager means. Additionally, the property is very close to the lake. Mr. Mingur, our driver for Leh-Ladakh, is a wonderful man. He also gave one of our friends an oxygen cylinder and periodically checked on him. He led us in every location and circumstance in addition to adhering to the schedule in its entirety. We also want to thank Ms. Mayuri and Shipra from Lazyatra. I had done two trips with lazy yatra in last 6 months. It was an amazing experience. The package they make ia totally customisable. The agent Chirag is really good. He made my trip awesome. I had a family trip to Andaman. All the stays we chose was 4 star categories, amazing, hygienic and value for money.
The second trip I had a couple trip to Kerala- Munnar and Allepey. We chose 5 star categories hotels and the whole itinerary were amazing. Everyone asked about the travel package and wanted me to share the itinerary. Worth experience. Thanks Lazy Yatra

1. Houseboat experience was horrible
2. Food was horrible, will never recommend anyone to opt it
3. People around tourist area were very weird and asking for tips constantly
4. Hotel in Pahalgham was very average and room services for kitchen was not available for tea arnd 7pm or in th morning 7am
5. Hotel in Tangmarg was the best hotel we had in our whole trip
6. Breakfast buffet at all these hotels were limited and not as per our expectation
7. Srinagar hotel was also good but again food was not
8. Cab driver was very polite and helpful
9. In Kashmir trip only the food at outside hotel was reasonable and tasty
10. We will remember Kashmir for its beauty and Kashmiris for their rude behaviour, this is our concluded feedback for Kashmir

I don't think we will plan again this place in near future any time soon, but never say never

I have done 2 trips with Lazyyatra - Leh Ladakh in 2022 and Spiti Valley in 2024. It has been a great experience planning my travel with them. I stayed in three locations during my trip. Leh was excellent. Nubra's accommodation was a bit unhygienic, but the staff was cooperative, so I had to address it. The staff at Pangong was very good, though the accommodation could have been better, and the electricity was limited there. (un-informed)

As already mentioned earlier, we had a few minor initial hiccups mainly with the driver at Leh, but it was quickly sorted out so that we could have a seamless and memorable trip ahead. No complaints.

Drivers - Fida Hussain ( Srinagar ), Younis ( from Srinar to Leh ), Karma Tashi ( Leh - Jispa ) & Pankaj ( Jispa - Chandigarh ) were the true gems. We love drivers who can converse with us and prepare us what to expect upfront.

In short..... an excellent experience !

Our stay at Mehtab Palace is to be graded as average only as the property is deserved to be rated as 'budget category'. However, other hotels like Jojila Residency, Sangaylaya Palace, Hunder Residency( though changed in last moment from Organic Boutique Inn) and Mentsel Cottage were really excellent. Mentsel Cottage deserved to be given 10/10. The height of hospitality the staff showed with their limited resources is really appreciable. The property is very close to the lake, too.
Our driver for Kashmir ( Mr. Mansoor Hossain) is a good guy but during our whole trip he showed us only 1/4 of our scheduled itinerary. We missed Shalimar Bagh, Parimahal, Chasme Sahi and Sonamarg. He was always in hurry and persuaded us to shorten our trip. However, our driver at Ladakh is an awesome person. Mr. Tenzin not only followed the entire itinerary but also guided us in every place and situation.
Mr. Akhil of Lazyatra is also a gentleman of good heart. He was accessible always, guided our trip very nicely and arranged our holidays in a beautiful way.

This was our first trip to HP and also with Lazyatra. We had a very good time overall although the trip could have been better planned towards the end.
All the accommodations booked were quite comfortable. We had not asked for any luxurious rooms and accordingly, rooms were booked as per our budget.
The driver was very polite throughout our trip and the car was also quite comfortable and very well maintained.
Food at all the hotels was excellent.

Overall, it was a good, relaxing, memorable trip with family.

The Kerala Package is well planned and is perfect covering the Misty Hills of Munnar with lots of activities including Safari to the Waterfalls, Scenic spots & cultural events of Kathakali and Kallari. The Dense jungle of Thekkady at the periyar forest, boat ride in the lake was awesome. You may book the boat tickets in advance through online booking. There are lot of activities conducted by Kerala tourism at the Thekkady including Night Trail in the Jungle was one of a kind of experience.The drive from the Munnar to Thekkady is breathtaking through the Misty clouds.Then the boathouse experience at Alleppey is equally captivating with the serene backwaters and enjoying the local delicacies. Both the house Boat staff was very hospitable and courteous and prepared additional sea food delicacies on our request. The last day was equally eventful at beaches of Alleppey and Marrari enjoying the making of sand castles. The end part was perfect with Fort Cochin visit and couple of tourist spots nearby. Overall, this package is highly recommended, as it gives complete experience of Mountains, Jungle, Beaches, Cultural entertainments and loads of shopping and adventure activities to do. The highlight was the Taxi service with excellent driver and knows best places to visit/shop/eat.

Well organised trip. The itinerary was shared and very well explained. Any modifications and changes that we requested for were accomodated well.
Just one area of improvement, the co-ordination of activities and intimation of details can be done well in advance and better explained.
But overall we had a great, hassle free experience and definitely look forward to our next trip!!!

Thanks to the organisers of our holiday Lazy Yatra, our trip to Kashmir and Ladak was seamless. The drivers appointed to cart us around were obliging, punctual and willing to go that extra mile to suggest shopping areas. Although Lazy Yatra had suggested buying a post paid connection for our mobile sets, we ignored the guidelines, assuming that connectivity will continued at least at Sringar airport but we were flummoxed that all our cells were inoperable and there was no way to contact the driver although numbers were provided. In a fix, we called Rinki ---the main coordinator of the trip --- from the airport phone, who offered us relief when she said the driver was waiting at the gate. To our relief, he was there indeed!

Another aspect we realised was that in some overnight stays, local manager would allocate an inadequate room. After informing the Lazy Yatra the situation was promptly corrected. It is therefore recommended that travellers check their schedule and insist with local hotel manager on the allocated live in space for the night.

At isolated stays we were denied a bath for the evening because the hotel provided hot water only in mornings. Therefore , had to manage with ice cold water for morning jobs, in the event it wan early morning move towards next destination. However, we were informed later that hotel would make some arrangement for the same.

Tent stays were fraught with a few manageable insects, but the environment was certainly cold below comfort level.

At Pangyong lake which was a climax of scenic splendour, it is strongly recommended that tour organisers ought to desist from stays at the lake, rather after an hour long sojourn luxuriating in the most beautiful natural spectacle return to the hotel in nearby village rather than pass on the evening at the tent. This is because the weather goes down to 5 degrees or - 2 at night, accompanied with breathlessness, as we had experienced due to altitude. Here again, we had ignored the medical advice suggested on the guidelines fearing allergy from the drug. Not advisable for the senior citizens and children, unless you are equipped with oxygen cylinder. Travelliers ought to be prepared to travel long distances to get unprecedented sights, hihe mountains, curvecous roads, great valleys

Stay in hotels was comfortable and services were really up to the mark. Welcome Gulmarg, Zaryab and Royal Star houseboat received us well and provided everything single thing we needed time to time. Only Lidder hotel led our expectations down due to their behaviour, hospitality and food.

Experience with driver (Zahid) also went well throughout the journey. His suggestions helped us manage our trip in a very easy going manner.

Travel consultant Rinki was always available with her instant support throughout the journey. She tried her best to made sure we recieve best services and experience in our journey.

This was very well planned and well executed trip. I have been to Kashmir, Leh, Ladakh with my family. My kid (10 yrs old) also felt comfortable with this long (8 nights 9 days) journey. Specially mentioning Zozila Residency, Kargil for stay n food. Turtuk delight, Turtuk served home made food and Utpala Retreat in Leh treated us well.
I had a minor issue related to my car and driver, but lazyyatra took it for consideration. They solved it correctly.

Hotel in Pahalgam and Srinagar houseboat was good. Srinagar hotel was was not very clean. Driver was friendly and drove carefully. Travel consultant was helpful wherever needed but one complaint I have is that he did not provide us enough information on simcard and Gondola cable ride in Gulmarg. Only KYC approved postpaid sim works in Kashmir and I was not given proper information about that. He just said postpaid sim is needed and i converted it from Jio app without KYC hence didn't have network all through the trip. Secondly, the Gondola ride has to be pre booked online atleast 1-2 weeks before. I came to know about this very late and we missed the Gondola experience in Gulmarg. I am very disappointed by this.
Other than this our houseboat was changed last minute and the staff had not received our candle light dinner information. But travel agent coordinated and arranged for it. So overall it was a fine experience but I would check for other travel options for my next trip. Sorry.

We recently did a tour in Ladakh and had contacted Lazy Yatra through Traveltriangle. Their quote was the most reasonable among the others who contacted. Like all agents, initially they also gave the default package with the typical spots (Leh/Nubra/Pangong). But based on my search, I asked them to include some off-beat locations (Panamik/Turtuk/Hunder etc). They customized the package to include these as well. The driver also took us to Thang village (the PoK border), surprisingly we didn't see too many soldiers there though. Rest of the places there are army bumkers every few km.
Though LY is based in Jaipur, They had coordinated the trip very well with a local agent based in Ladakh. We had no problem in the coordination at all.
I wish they had informed that Pre-paid SIM cards do not work in Ladakh. So none of our phones worked. I was really happy with this :), but my wife couldn't handle it and borrowed a SIM card from a hotel owner for the entire trip. Most hotels have Wifi and whatsapp works.

When we arrived in Leh, the driver was waiting with our name plackard. He was very polite, courteous and extremely skilled driver. On the 1st day itself he suggested we rent an Oxygen cylinder, since we were traveling with kids. We did that, but did not eventually need to use it. But I am sure a lot of people would need them especially since the first 2 days we had mild headaches and in Nubra valley also one may need to use it. The pressure does get low, my kid had lots of fun with the sealed packets of snacks puffing up and some bursting due to low pressure!
As for the hotels, the hotel in Leh (Shaolin) was simple no frills, neat and clean hotel with attentive staff, very good.
The hotel in Nubra (Olthang) was run down with maintenance issues, not even TV. Try other options if possible.
Pangong (Mentsel Cottage) - is a row of 8-10 small huts. All other hotels are similar, tough some have more rooms, but their basic cottage size and layout is similar. They are powered entirely by Solar panels, so can't afford to waste electricity on TV/Geyser. Insted they provide hot water when needed. It gets very cold in Pangong. Even in June the temperature was down to approx 5 C and it snowed, so carry warm clothes. The cottage was run by just 2-3 boys, but they were very hardworking and prompt in their service. We were looking forward to eating some local cuisine, but unfortunately like all other places the hotels there serve the same Punjabi/Indo-chinese food you'd get in any restaurant anywhere in the country. Most tourists don't eat the local cuisine, so they don't sell it much.

Ladakh itself is very beautiful - In the same scenery you will see barren mountains, snow clad peaks, desert and a blue river flowing. But unfortunately idiot tourists have littered trash even in such beautiful and serene locations. Avoid driving or venturing out at night as it gets very deserted, though I don't anticipate any safety concerns. The distances and driving time Google maps show are very misleading and the actual driving times are much longer. Trust your driver. Spend the first two days to acclimatize and take Avomine or other motion sickness medicines on an empty stomach if you have a tendency to get motion sickness. The drive from Leh to Nubra is tough without medicine for those with motion sickness, others are not as strenuous. Taking half a paracetamol also helps with occasional headaches in the first few days.

It was a wonderful trip . Stay was good too . Especially we liked the stay leh , it was very homely . Nubra was ok, we liked pangong and tso moriri also . Food very homely in leh, pangong and tsomoriri. Driver was excellent and well know with the road and very polite . Thank you akhil and shipra for the wonderful arrangement of the trip. It was a wonderful trip. The driver was just like a family. He stopped at places that we wanted to take photos us. He also took our photos. It was a wonderful time spent with him. The whole experience elevated because of him. The stay at Utpala Retreat at Leh, Royal Foster at Pangong and Organic Boutique Inn at Hunder wwere unforgettable. unforgettable ones. But the last minute change of stay at Tso Moriri totally not acceptable. The representatives were also not infomred about the same. But trip representative should confirm the stays a day prior to the arrival of guests at those places to avoid such situations. Also as a trip agent we totally trust in you guys. It would have been highly appreciated if you would have suggested to avoid some places to save money. Like puga valley and tso Moriri were not worth the extra cost. Though i had suggest that I wanted to visit it, but as a travel planner you guys should have suggested to avoid these.

We had a good trip with the support of our representative Chriag and driver Prince.

We had challenges with the vehicle, such as cleanliness, lot of cabin noise etc. However the vehicle did not give us any trouble in the journey.

Our accomdations was good at 3 locations, but had to compramise for 2 locations. Those 2 were defintely not even 3 star accomdations, very basic amenities such as bed and hot water was present.

Though we enjoyed the over all trip, we definitely felt the iternary was hectic and had lot of journey time.

Our safety was given higest priority and Chirag was always at a call during the trip.

We booked Ladakh package and it was excellent.
From booking to Hotels and vehicle, Ms.Mayuri coordinated and guided very well. The hotels booked were good. Stay and food in hotels were very good and staff was very cooperative. Driver(Mr.Karma) was supported in all respects to cover all the locations.

I have recently planned a trip to Bali with Lazy Yatra and had a memorable experience. The hotels provided, the driver on duty and the coordination would always be excellent.The tour plan was customized as per my requirement and every single request was considered with utmost respect. I whole heartedly appreciate the support of Mr. Vishal, our tour coordinator who maintained transparency throughout my booking and did his best to support me at any point of time.I rate them 5/5 for being the most trust worthy and friendly travel agency.

A. Hotels:
1. Shaolin Hotel, Leh - The hotel didn't have heaters for all rooms. In the winter season they need to have heaters in all rooms. There were hardly any rooms that were occupied, but they still couldn't give us a heater. The food was not cooked properly. Poor experience and service
2. Tsewang Nurboo Homestay, Nubra Valley - Excellent experience. The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. They have given very good service and we're very sweet people.
3. Alpine Cottages, Pangong Lake - Average experience. There was no water in the bathrooms. The service provided was good and the food was tasty. Overall decent experience.
4. Grand Yasmin Hotel, Leh - Good experience and good food provided

B. Driver didn't recommend good local places to eat food. He was adamant and not flexible at all. Overall average experience.

C. Travel consultant - we had asked him to give us a young driver who would be flexible and know the local cafes, but that was not provided to us. He didn't give latest/updated information despite having connections with the drivers and hotels. Overall he was average.

We had a fun trip as we had done our research on local food and cafes. The weather was lovely and we experienced snowfall as well.

Our 6N/7D trip was well planned and managed by Lazy Yatra team. The hotels recommended was as per our requirements and made us feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids and we got big family room as we had requested. We had good time going around Manali & Shimla and the driver was nice person guiding us all the time. Thanks for arranging the trip.
