Overall experience is Good
Experience at Hanoi is excellent however the same is not maintained at Da-Nang and HCMC with respect to itinerary creation, coordination with internal Team, selection of local flight timelines, suggestions from tour operator/guide regarding best practices at local sites (Food/Purchase/local Cab/travels....).

Overall trip was very good. There were plan changes due inclement weather but all this was managed well by Lazyatra team without any follow-ups. Driver details were shared a day before. All the drivers were professional and well behaved. Some of the hotels were little off from the main road but it was managed by drivers for commute in coordination with the hotel team. Feedback for the hotels was well received

Sojourn cottages in Pahalgam was best stay amongst all- comfortable, well managed and highly recommended and we have really enjoyed there near river side. Had a good experience in House boat too. Welcome residency is Decent stay but we faced some issues with washroom cleanliness and maintenance and not a great experience in Sunbury Grand Aziz Hotel in srinagar- service is disappointing.

Driver was overall good though we did have one minor disagreement during the trip.

We recently chose Lazy Yatra for our Ladakh tour (6N-5D), and overall, it was a memorable experience. A special thanks to Ms. Divya, who shared a well-structured itinerary covering Leh, Nubra, and Pangong, and to our assigned local driver Mr. Stanzin, who was extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout the journey.

In Leh, we were initially hosted at Hotel Utpala, which offered clean rooms, good food, and exceptionally warm hospitality from the hotel manager and staff. On the second day, due to prior arrangements, we had a confirmed booking at Hotel KAAL (a good property), but unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed it was full. We were shifted to their alternate property Zomday, which did not meet expectations – No hot water for the day we checked in, the room had visible wall cracks, unequal bedding, poor hygiene, and the food quality was disappointing. This was the lowest point in our accommodation experience.

In Nubra, we stayed at Orange Boutique Camp, a tented setup. The camp is beautiful, but we would recommend staying here only during July–August when temperatures are more suitable. During our stay, it was very cold at night, and hot water was available only in the morning due to valve closures at night.

At Pangong, our stay at Royal Foster Cottage was lakeside and scenic. The night temperatures here too were extremely low, and we would suggest considering homestays for better insulation and warmth. That said, Mr. Jimmy, the manager of Royal Foster, was incredibly caring—his hospitality felt like being looked after by a family member.

Ladakh itself is a breathtaking destination—offering a perfect blend of snow-capped mountains, rugged terrain, rivers, lakes, and unparalleled peace of mind. The lack of mobile network for most non-local SIMs gives you the perfect opportunity to disconnect and truly live in the moment.

Despite a few hiccups in accommodations, the trip was overall smooth and enriching. Thank you to Lazy Yatra for curating this experience

Overall good. But areas of improvement are 1. Better co ordination by posting daily itenary in WhatsApp group and calls in morning and evening to guide. 2. Vehicles are booked for many at same time and they are in hurry. 3. Hotels may be booked in beachside in Havelock island. 4. Tourists may be guided to plan accordingly local sightseeing and shopping.

We had a truly memorable and seamless experience during our Leh Ladakh trip, all thanks to the excellent coordination by Ms. Divya James. From planning to execution, everything was smooth and stress free. She was always just a message or call away throughout the trip, and that constant support made a huge difference.

The hotels provided were clean, comfortable, nice cozy room, with warm hospitality and surprisingly good food, something we really appreciated after long drives through the mountains. Transportation was reliable and well organized, and everything ran on schedule.

A special mention goes to our driver and guide, Mr. Phuntsog, whose polite and friendly nature made the entire journey even more enjoyable. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and ensured we felt safe and relaxed at every point. (Please pass my regards and appreciation to Mr Phuntsog)

worst rooms with worst lighting conditions and too much smell and odour issues there . please dont recommend that place to anyone.

and recommend boating time and early bookings about thekkady periyar river rides so that people can actually enjoy without wasting there time... thekkady was superbly spoiled though other places were too good.

It was a good experience overall. The taxi service was the best part. The driver was well experienced and professional. Other than that the hotel stay was also above avg at most of the places but somewhere we felt that below avg rooms were provided. Though the SPOC was quick to reply and understand my concern. Overall a good experience.

Hotels: The stay in Jaipur, johodpur and jaiselmer dessert camp was good.
The hotel in Jaisimler was average and the bathroom flush did not work through out the bedspreads were unclean.

Food: breakfast was included in all hotels, it was good in Tara niwas and camp e khas but in Aarunya and Ozaki was below average

Camp had camp fire, ethnic dance program , camel ride and jeep ride which was good

The information was given to all places and was seemless

The Innova crysta was new and good

Driver was polite and good but lack time sense

Please make driver aware of open timings and manage time well

We missed elephant ride in Jaipur since the driver came late and took us to Amber fort late

In our way to Pushkar also he came late and since there is temple closure from 12 to 3 pm we waisted time waiting

Due to lack of time sense we reached jaisimler at 9pm too late to explore the city

Due to miscommunication last day driver was not available but we got the replacement in time they managed well the crisis

For a small visit to sweet shop on our way to airport the driver demanded extra amount so have a ckear understanding of your travel coverage

Do your homework

Also inform which places to cover else they tend to skip

Overall worth and they delivered most of the commitments

On scale of 10 I would rate 8.

My name is Rajesh Rajanala. We did a winter trip in December month ( From 08.12.2024 to 14.12.2024 ) to Ladakh with Lazy Yatra, and it was the best decision. Mr. Akhil from Lazy Yatra helped me to plan the best possible itinerary, also helped me to customize my tour package. It was a six days trip, and I stayed in 2 different places in the entire trip. The stay at all the places were comfortable. The food at hotel Grand Yasmin, leh was really amazing. The hotel staffs all were very humble and helpful.
Lazy Yatra went above and beyond in ensuring our trip was smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, Akhil team took care of everything — transport, accommodation, permits, and even local experiences. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Ladakh’s history and culture, which made the trip even more enriching. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring we were comfortable, safe, and fully immersed in the region’s beauty. Once again, many thanks for making such a trip possible because I had a child age 9 years but in December , ladakh temperatures are ( -11 c to – 20 c ). The organisation, the effectiveness, the planning and on top the driver were just perfect. We felt so comfortable although being so far from home. Everything worked out in time and perfectly.
The cab driver (Mr. Karma Sonam) never had to look for either a hotel, guide, or any other sight seeing place. We felt very safe and were treated like royals. The car was always clean, washed and the fresh water that was placed every day at our seats was very much appreciated from our side. Our driver, Mr. Karma Sonam was absolutely amazing. From the moment we met him, it was clear that he was not just a driver, but someone who genuinely cared about making our trip special.
His driving skills in the challenging terrain of Ladakh were exceptional. The roads, especially those leading to places like Pangong Lake and Nubra Valley, can be quite tough, but Mr. Karma Sonam handled them with great skill, making us feel safe and comfortable at all times. He drove smoothly and carefully, ensuring that we could enjoy the stunning views along the way without any concerns.
What really set him apart was his deep knowledge of Ladakh's history, culture, and natural beauty. He shared fascinating stories about the places we visited, from monasteries to remote villages, and gave us recommendations for local eateries and attractions that we would never have found on our own. His tips made our trip even more memorable.

Hotels where we stayed were very average in Portblair and Mr. Chirag whom we first contacted was very good and helped us decide on things we can do and places we can stay. However, Ms. Sweety who was our contact person once we reached Port Blair, though helped us throughout the trip, she sounded like she is half sleepy or not at all interested and let this job get done kind of sounding.

The trip itinerary was well planned by Vishal for the days we needed. Hotels options were OK, but the option in Agra could have been a better one (breakfast was poor, constant issues apparently created to demand solution and tipping) . The driver Suresh assigned to us was very professional and friendly, giving us hints and advice for the places we would go. In general, we missed more planning from the agency in relation to local guides, for example in which places guides are highly advised or not for foreigners - perhaps they could include tour guides as part of the plan so that extra costs are foreseen. On the first day when we would visit temples on the way to Agra, we were surprised by most of them being closed during the day. Also, there's a lot of pestering in such places - perhaps having a guide just to help going through the right places and understand the temples rituals would be helpful for a better experience. Anyways, overall, we had a good experience in India.

Firstly, I want to commend the driver for being very polite and providing excellent driving throughout our trip. However, we did encounter a small communication issue with the driver.

I also want to express my appreciation for the service provided by Click Sunburry. They were very friendly and offered great assistance during our stay.

For future reference, it would be helpful if Yatra could provide information on activity rates for each season and additional details for foreigners. This would help avoid the high local rates we encountered during negotiations.

Good evening Mr vishal . I have booked the holiday package of bali and our representive assigned was mr dinesh dhiman.As this was my 2nd booking with lazy yatra I had good expectations.Mr Dinesh was exceptionally well in organising the holidays.The stay were very good.The problem we faced was there was no single point of contact at bali to whom I can tell my problem everytime I had to give a call to dinesh.The problem that I face in bali trip is first no local representative there ,the drivers were asking me the inteinary every time ,during the trip and local sight seeing the driver used to carrry cash and buy the tickets after arriving the point and then handing over the tickets to me.We missed the taman aayun temple due to mismanagement of time.Then on the last day due to the mismanagement I have to do the ticket of garuda wishnu center for all and which was a excess of 3k from my pocket and then we missed the Padang Padang beach .Overall I had a loss of 4k which I have reflected to mr dinesh but no response from him.Firstly I my expectations were good and very high as it was 1st international trip for my wife and kid but at last after all these things I hope this things does not happen to other customers.I was planning for the azerbeijan trip with lazy yatra but after this I think it won't be feasible .I will be reviewing with google also .

We booked our Ladakh trip from 28 Sep 2024 to 3rd Oct 2024 through Lazy Yatra.
Dinesh and his team provided their utmost support in making this trip a memorable one.
We kept changing our plan and places to visit and Dinesh was very helpful in sharing the details as per our requirement.

29 & 29 Sep - Leh - Hotel Shaolin
30 Sep & 1 Oct - Nubra - Hotel Nubra Residency
2nd Oct - Pangong - Pangong Boutique House
3rd Oct - Leh - Hotel Shaolin

All of the properties where we were checked in by Lazy Yatra were amazing places to stay with staff being very helpful.
Though Pangong was the coldest locations of all at 3 degrees, the room at Pangong Boutique House was the warmest.

Our car was 2024 model brand new Ertiga and was driven by Stanzin, an amazing person who was just 24 years old but had very good experience of the roads and local places to see. He was very accommodating to help us see the places where ever we wanted him to stop and very a very cautious and a careful driver.

Planning Kashmir tour in the coming months and will definitely approach Lazy Yatra and Dinesh to help is plan our itinerary.

I have booked our Andaman trip with Lazy Yatra and they have provided the best services. There were timely updates and guidance from our tour co-ordinator Sweety in Port Blair. The hotels booked were very good and also the food available was very tasty. Airport / Jetty Pickup and Drop were accurate on time and we didn't had to wait. Overall with the help of Lazy Yatra, we enjoyed our Andaman trip with much ease and comfort.

We had an amazing experience with Lazy Yatra. I had some medical issue during our trip but Lazy Yatra team and hotel staff helped us a lot , they were in constant touch with us. Our trip was well planned and well executed .

We had a trip of Ladakh for 14 days. We covered every aspect of Ladakh from Kargil to Hanle and from Siachen to Tso Moriri. Our driver Mr. Ashraf Ali was very professional and he had thorough knowledge of terrain and roads. We went to Umling La and at the time snow was falling but he navigated well.
The stays were good apart from Ruthpa Homestay in Hanle which was bad and Tso Moriri which was average. We had fun on our trip and our overall experience was very good.
We recommended Lazyatra for Ladakh exploration.

Stay at bodhisattva tree in leh was very good. The staff were courteous and accommodation. The catering people provided good food . Keep up the standard.
Driver was very sincere and patient. Took us around.
Travel consultant Akil made sincere attempt to provide us with oxygen cylinder at higher altitude.

Ladakh journey of 5N/6D was really Nice. The driver Sonam was very good, friendly, cooperative & informative, made the difficult journey easy. And stay in leh & nubra was good but the pangyong stay mentsel cottage was not good, the staffs were good but there was no hot water available all time n washroom were not good & current was not available from night 10 till morning 8. Overall the journey was good.

We had an awesome trip (except for a few incidents that could have been managed in a better way)
A special note of thanks to @⁨Praduman LazyYatra⁩ , whenever we faced an issue he was our point of contact and he did try his best to solve that. Twice we expressed our displeasure and promptly managed it.
And @⁨Mingur Leh Driver⁩Mingur bhaiya is the best. He is the reason we could enjoy our trip so peacefully,even on difficult roads he drove so well and was always there for us no matter what. The best part about him is his patience and kindness.He is really the best man we met in Ladakh.
We only have two complaints
1) Our first night at Henle was horrible, we were refused from Padma homestay and had to stay at Amma Homestay where the room was made up of plywood , the night was extremely cold and uncomfortable, also next day the behaviour of the people at Padma homestay wasn’t very welcoming.
2) At Leh we stayed at Northern Sigge we were promised a mountain view room but both the times we got similar rooms on the back side , although @⁨Praduman LazyYatra⁩ managed it and we were moved to a different room
Overall our trip was great thanks to everyone for making it that way
We shall definitely be recommending our friends and will look forward to plan our next trip with you guys

I had a wonderful experience planning my Ladakh trip with Lazy Yatra between August 15-20, based on a recommendation from a friend who also had a positive experience. The Lazy Yatra team was highly supportive throughout the process, from planning itineraries to booking accommodations, cabs, and flights. They ensured a comfortable trip, with a well-planned itinerary that covered all the key tourist spots.

Key Highlights:
1. Itinerary Planning: I was guided by Rinki and later Shipra from the Lazy Yatra team. Shipra consistently kept us updated and regularly checked in on any issues. The creation of a WhatsApp group with our tour managers, local associate made coordination seamless.
2. Flight Assistance: When our Delhi-Leh flight was canceled, Dinesh from Lazy Yatra promptly informed us and quickly booked alternative flights, making the process smooth and hassle-free.
3. Travel Guidelines: Lazy Yatra’s travel guidelines were extremely helpful, preparing us for challenges like potential health issues (shortness of breath), pass-tolls and re-routing fees. I highly recommend reading these guidelines thoroughly.
4. Hotels:
In Leh - "Hotel Ladakh Inn": This was my favorite stay. The rooms were clean, the staff, especially the Manager, Rishi, was extremely polite and responsive. Their support when I was unwell was exceptional—Rishi immediately arranged for medication late at night. The hotel offers 24x7 warm water, great hygiene, and tasty food. Highly recommend!
In Nubra - "Organic Boutique Inn": While beautifully located, the hygiene and food quality here were disappointing. The rooms were old and dirty. However, new cottages are being built, which may address the hygiene issue. The food lacked variety and taste.
In Pangong - "Mentsel Cottage": Expect basic amenities at Pangong, and for an overnight stay, it was fine. The food was excellent, but be aware that there’s no warm water, no heaters, and no power after 10:30 pm in Pinging. Ensure you charge your devices beforehand.
5. Driver/Local Assistant: Nawang ji, our driver and local assistant, was the highlight of the trip. He was extremely helpful, jolly, and supportive, making our journey more enjoyable. He told us about local food, shops, informed us about the highest ATV place and go-karting place (which are on the way to Nubra valley; excluded from the itinerary though - you can do it if you want at extra cost from your end).

Areas for Improvement:
1. Oxygen Cylinder Communication: When I experienced shortness of breath and informed Lazy Yatra, the team did not communicate that an oxygen cylinder was available in the cab. My husband only discovered it later (we had not shared breath-shortness problem with driver), and this lack of communication from Lazy yatra team could have been avoided.
2. Re-routing Updates: On our way to Pangong, the police suggested re-routing due to rising water levels in Shayok Valley. While our driver made the right decision, Lazy Yatra did not inform us in advance about the need to re-route. Only after I called to confirm did they provide this update.
3. Flight Refund Delays: Our flight from Leh to Delhi was canceled, and we were told the refund would be processed within a week. I understand the refund had to come to them from Airline, the only pain point for me is that while refund took 18 days, we had to follow up multiple times with Lazy Yatra for updates. We were expecting transparency and updates coming from their end, instead of us chasing them. However, team was still supportive - I would not put much emphasis on this issue. Additionally, we requested Lazy Yatra to adjust the pending 10k of the tour against the airline refund of 11.3k, but the Accounts team didn’t accommodate this request. Maybe Lazy yatra's account team needs to change their processes, if possible and right.

Final Thoughts:
Lazy yatra is an amazing travel-partner! I must recommend it if you are planning your trip! The team is super amazing! Loved knowing them! While there were a few hiccups, the overall experience with Lazy Yatra was great, and I would still recommend them for their excellent support, well-planned itinerary, and reliable team. Overall experience of our Ladakh trip was good. All the arrangements were well managed with good cooperative driver.
Lazy yatra coordinators were responsive and easily available over a call, though there was not much need for contacting them as everything was planned well.
All our stays were comfortable, just to add leh stay could have been more better.

I recently booked an 8-day trip to Ladakh through Lazyatra via TravelTriangle, and it was an absolutely memorable experience! From the very beginning, Akhil at Lazyatra was incredibly attentive, customizing our itinerary exactly as we had discussed. The hotels he recommended were not only comfortable but also very hygienic, which added to the overall positive experience.

The trip itself was fantastic, with stunning landscapes and a well-planned schedule. We were particularly impressed by the food at Royal Foster in Pangong—it was delicious and far exceeded our expectations!

One of the highlights of our trip was the amazing support we received from our drivers, Ashraf Ali and Karma. Despite facing climate issues and even landslides during our journey, they made sure we were always comfortable and safe.

Overall, this trip was everything we hoped for and more. Thanks to Lazyatra, Akhil, and our wonderful drivers, we had an unforgettable adventure in Ladakh. Highly recommended!

We recently visited to Leh ladakh, We contact with lazy Yatra one day before the trip. And they made my trip awesome. The entire trip was well planned and coordinated. All the arrangements were done in a professional way.
The stays at Shaolin Ladakh in Leh and Himalayan wooden cottage at pangong were excellent, and stay at pika camp at Nubra valley was average, but I must say food was delicious and fresh at all 3 stays.
The driver Mr Tsering was very good, kind, and helpful he's a very nice person. We had an overall excellent experience although faced some health issues due to high altitude of Ladakh.

I booked a 10 day trip to leh ladakh with Lazy Yatra. Everything was appropriately planned.. Right from the coordination, to stay, to facilities, the driver/guide. Nowhere we felt helpless or faced any challenge. Our Driver was Tempa and he was an excellent person … Stays were comfortable, food served was good… if you are planning for a trip first time to Ladakh.. Give them a try 👍👍

1. We choose package for a seamless and hassle-free vacation. Although in between there were some upsets and we wanted to change one leg of the itinerary, but no positive response was given by representative. Even though at time of booking i informed to make that leg of the journey optional but still representative showed no positive response. Either book or no book was the choice.

Other than that everything was seamless.

Not to mention but the Driver was excellent!
