Hotels were good, clean and comfortable. Staff were great & courteous. Took care of all small requests. Food was amazing at all places. Driver was good and nothing to complain but can be a bit better with local guiding and sightseeing. Need little bit more proactiveness Yugal is Great!!! Not too pushy. Communicative, Detailed, Responsive to queries/questions etc pre & post booking. Following up for any issues during tour.Yes - I will book with LazYatra again Trip was great and well planned. I liked the fact that i didn't have to stress about the bike, the permits and the room bookings. Everything was done way before i reached leh.They stay at all the 3 places were incredible. The view was great, services by the staff was perfect and the food was delicious. Since I rented a bike and drove it, the driver was awesome!

1.Itinerary was well planned and organized with proper follow-ups and service to tourists. 2.Major places were covered. 3. Local sightseeing representative Karma was polite and full of knowledge about the places. Prompt in service and kind in nature Was punctual and guided well throughout the tour. 4. Kangsing hotel was good in service with clean/organized rooms and Breakfast was good in taste. 5.De nubra camp was ok but service was not prompt. 6. Himalayan cottages was good in service with clean/organized rooms and dinner was good in taste.Suggestions : 1.Nubra valley camp can be better. 2.Pangong visiting tourists should have bsnl network since other networks doesn't work at pangong.Bsnl also comes on and off.Hello... Everything was great.

I have shared reference to couple of my colleagues who would approach anytime soon as things get better to visit destination*Hotels were excellent & food was wowsome.. Actually the key for hotel stay is hospitality which was very much given by the staff at both the hotels_Karma was very much helpful guide cum driver.. He was very much caring and has given his 100%. In lockdown like situation he even bought home made snacks & kahwa for us Yugal was very much helpful in last minute changes which were to be made in Itenary due to govt regulations. Also - we got his extreme support in getting refunds for flight which got cancelled in the last minute. Truly a satisfactory agent for an awesome trip experience which we got in Definitely Yes - Even I have shared reference to couple of my colleagues who would approach anytime soon as things get better to visit destination My honeymoon trip was very much satisfactory. Yarab Tso had all the facilities with heater, good wifi etc. Chinese food was good when compared to India but overall recommended.De Nubra Camp was a pleasing experience as it was tent and the staff there was very helpful. Food was great and their owner Shahid Ali was very friendly and also gave a complimentary born fire.Himalayan Wooden Cottage - very nice - Driver was Lobsang and he was very sweet and ensured to show us all places, took our photographs, took us to good hotels and was very nice throughout., Yugal was approachable and helpful with so many changes happening due to covid situation.- Definitely Will Book with them again some more discounts

Grand Dragon: Very nice hotel and great food and serviceStone Hedge: Good food but less options, should have AC in a room Lakrook: Very poor service, terrible food. No hotwater in bathroom and heaters not workingPolaris: very nice cottage, at most difficult conditions the staff was so courteous and helpful and made us feel warm and homely. Please route more bookings at them and help them, Perfect. Mr Sirin and Karma were perfect tour guide and good driving never felt unsafe, Yugal was perfect in all management, except his choice of lakrook was incorrect. I alway favour quality which was not at all there at lakrook, it was Beautiful ,Scenic and lovely

Andaman is One of the best tourist destinations. Though we covered only two islands, it was a good trip for our family. Everything was well organised even before we reached Andaman. Drivers at both port Blair and Havelock were kind and showed us all the places in the itinerary. All the tickets for the cruise, entry tickets, hotel bookings, etc were organised by Lazy Yatra well in advance. Hotels were good. Especially the stay at Haywizz Havelock. It was a very good hotel. We enjoyed the beaches and had fun doing some of the best water sport activities that we can find in India. Overall it was a great trip !! Posted @ Trip Advisor

1. Hotel reviews - we have stayed in 4 hotels A. Yarab TSO (leh) : stayed on day1 and day2 Pros: - view outside room is awesome - Room service and behaviour by hotel staff is excellent - heaters available inside the room and washroom Cons: - The hotel is little bit far from main market like 2-3 km - The food item are very costly like for 1 tea they are charging 50rs B. De Nubra camp (Nubra valley) : stayed on day 3 Pros: - Excellent service, awesome behaviour by staff, delicious food , awesome view from camp - unlimited blankets provided - hot water beg and hot drinking water provided in night Cons: - it is camp so you will feel more cold inside the room - hot water is provided through solar water heater so if it cloudly then u won't get hot water C. Himalayan wooden cottage ( pangong lake) : stayed on day 4 Pros: Excellent service, awesome behaviour by staff, delicious food , awesome view from camp - unlimited blankets provided - hot water beg and hot drinking water provided in night Cons: - they have hearter in canteen area, the same one they should provide in rooms also D. Hotel la mount ladakh (leh) : stayed on day 5th and 6th and 7th day morning Pros: - awesome hotel and service, very good staff, delicious food with proper price, located in main city Cons: - they provide portable heaters. Which is not sufficient some time. 2. Driver review: our driver was Mr karma. He is very well behaved , punctual , and awesome guide. We didn't face not a single issue with him. I can give him 5 stars for his service. 3. Yugal from lazy yatra : for Yugal I can tell only one line. " If you yugal is there then no worry". - Excellent service - Available 24 Hours on call and whatsapp - properly deal with your queries 4 . Going to travel with lazy yatra again - definitely without second thought 5. Whole trip review - it is was fabulous with lazy yatra , yugal and Mr Karma

It was a well organized trip by the team of Lazy Yatra. Thanks to Vishal for all the co-ordination. The Port Blair trip was well co-ordinated by Mr. Shaqeel. Hotel/Resort of Port Blair and Neil Island were very good.Service was also excellent. But regarding the resort of Havelock we faced a lot of issues. We were staying at Havelock Holiday Beach Resort . The AC was not at all working, we were given wet towels. Even after repeated follow ups, the resort staff was not ready to change our room. But later on they provided a new one. But I think when the bookings are done in advance,the resort staff or the team of Lazy Yatra should check once prior to the arrival of the guests if everything is working or not. That experience was really frustrating.Rest, we had enjoyed our trip. No issues with the cab drivers. Everyone was very professional.

It was a very well organised trip and great experience to this heavenly place. Sightseeing is well planned and everything is covered. Driver was very polite and very helpful in nature. Hotels were good but they could be even more better. Accomodation and hospitality on pangong lake i.e. on himalayan cottage are really handled very well. Yugal Ji as a tour operator has done a great job. He made our bookings on time and provided all the necessary and small details reagrding the trip on time. All things are well organised.

Hotels:1. Singge Palace hotel was the best in terms of hospitality, food, rooms, location and everything else.2. Lakrook hotel hospitality is not so great. Rooms are small, but very chilly. Food was also Ok.3. Pangong residency was good. Very hospitable ppl. They tried to help us with all our requests. Food was ok.4. Yarab Tso hotel is fine. Very limited options in food, but it was good.Sight seeing:Driver was ok. Professional but lack of complete communication led us to miss a few places. But he was courteous. Vehicle is also fine.Yugal has been constantly in touch with us through out the trip. He was quick to change our itinerary when we had to change it due to bad weather. Pleasure to have interacted with him. He was genuinely concerned about us when we were taking the trip via Khardungla which opened after 2 1/2 days (because of heavy snow) and we were the first tourists to pass through, that day. 5hank you Yugal for helping us make a beautiful memory.We know Lazyatra through Yugal only and have decided to take their services for our next trip. Well executed and nice trip to the Andaman Islands. The properties suggested were nice, to be honest. Ferry tickets were booked for us including cabs and other amenities. A word of advice to anyone who's planning for Andaman, Kindly take a package from a good company like Lazy Yatra to be at ease as it's an Island area and you'd hardly get any internet connection there. The hotel at Port Blair was pretty good for the cost - Nice big rooms with cleanliness maintained. The resort at Havelock was extremely good - Beautiful place and great facilities available. The food at Havelock was amazing. Polite and courteous staff at all three hotels. Though the hotel at Neil was a little disappointing. The ACs and Geyser were not working in the rooms and had to make multiple follow ups at the reception to get the AC fixed. And even then the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. All the drivers were extremely efficient. The driver at Port Blair - Shakir - was especially very courteous and accomodating - We were all very pleased with his behaviour and nature. Rinki was overall pleasant to interact with. Due help was provided wherever and whenever necessary. Would just recommend a little more proactiveness and organization in terms of itinerary and recommendations. Overall really good effort and appreciate the hard work put into bringing it all together If i got a chance i would love to book again with Lazyatra It was an amazing trip and experience for all of us as a family. Beautiful place to visit and unwind in sync with nature.

The trip to andaman was an amazing experience, and all thanks to the well organised trip by Yugal who coordinated with us through our the trip and ensured we all enjoyed the trip. The stay at the resorts in the Andaman were great, especially the Sea Shell resort (which I had personally requested, and Yugal ensured we got the rooms there), it was the best stay there in our whole trip in Andaman. The drivers were our tour guides who were very friendly, especially Sakir bhaiya there was very polite and a humble person. They were all actually very nice and polite there. The sightseeing's were all done according to the schedule and the drivers were very flexible according to our timings and all. I would definitely like to make my future bookings through LazYatra and I would love to have Yugal organise the trip. An amazing trip to Andaman - well organised by Yugal from LazYatra
