Well worth it. Good planning and support. Only disappointing part is every place we went there need to take local vechile to visit places and keep our rental car at hotel for waiting. This is crazy, you have care and driver sit and wait and pay someonelse to take you around places. This is needs to change. Some place i paid 7K for 4 hours to see just one place. Also, some of the attrection places ppl try to rip us asking more money and not providing good service. HOtel stay was good except one at Sonmarg. Not good service nor good foor at Sonmarg hotel. Cab driver was good and frindly but he was very slow in driving, we felft spent more time on road due to this.

Hello Vishal, I had high expectations from you after successful trip to Andaman, few years back. This time, Car and Innova driver Tashi were very good, helpful / cooperative and we had a good time with him. Well recommended for future trips. Hotel Samaya, Leh was good / rooms great / staff also was very good. Hotel Lemon Green, Pangong was a disaster, very bad view cottage offered and staff not cooperative. Chiragh solved it later by offering crystal lake apartment, but it did waster a lot of our time of precious evening. We had expected much better services from Lazy Yatra. Nubra valley, Sarai was good / food nice, staff also good. We had a good stay. Tsomoriri - Tsomoriri resorts was average / staff was good cooperative Overall, we feel to have been overcharged for the hotels by Lazy Yatra as the occupancy there was not much (average 50 %) and actual rates of resorts were much less than charged to us by Lazy Yatra. We would still be interested to go with Lazy Yatra in future but we expect to have better deals really. Right now, we feel to have been cheated on the hotels. Interaction with Chiragh / resolution of complaint was satisfactory and we are happy with him as such. Hope you will consider our feedback to offer us better services. Thanks ! Prem Khurana

The trip has been planned in a very good manner. A special thanks to Chirag, who helped me plan the itinerary, and I appreciate his patience. The driver is good, and the vehicle is in good condition. One thing to mention is that the driver was not aware of the Hanley route and struggled to navigate that route. In Hanley, the cottage booked is somehow unavailable, and after an hour of struggle, Mr. Chirag arranged another cottage. Even though it's a minor item, this is the only concern. Overall I will rate 4.5 out of 5 for the tour plan. Thank you, Vijay V

The drivers who accompanied us from Srinagar to Leh and for the entire Leh trip were very good and impressive. Special mention of Karma who was the driver in Leh. He was exceptional and very good. Well planned and organised itinerary, with good transport facilities arranged. Except for the Lake Victoria house boat which was the worst house boat ever seen and the hotel in Srinagar which was not up to the mark of a 3 star, rest were good. The hotel in Leh specially Grand Ladakh and Upala and Kargil were very good with good hospitality. Organic Inn and Nubra had plenty of empty rooms don't know why they charged Rs.2000/- for a date change. Overall satisfied with the trip.

The Nautica ferry ride was also exciting. The drivers, coordinators (Adarsh) were very nice and polite. Food and hospitality at Sea hills and De Foret were great. I have taken 8N/9D plan but they covered the same places whatever is planned in 5N/6D plan. I'm not happy with this plan as they didn't cover any extra places even though 3 days are increased. I have requested one extra drop (7kms drive) to one beach but they didn't cover. I was very disappointed on this.

Especially Leh Hotel - Hotel Utpala Retreat was excellent and impressive. The rooms are spacious and very clean. All staff is so nice and has great service mind, food was delicious... Que - How was the driver with sight seeing and every thing? Ans - Yes, vehicle and driver both are excellent. He has very good driving skills. He helps in every manner possible during the entire trip. Que - How was Rinki as your travel agent with your package? Ans - Yes, Rinki and Lazyatra team arranged the entire trip very well and it was well planned trip. They were constantly in touch. Rinki was always available online for any help. Great 👍 Que - If you got a chance would be again book with Lazyatra ? Ans - Definitely 👍🏻 I will recommend it to my friends and family also... and a one line review for your whole trip in combine Ans - The whole trip was worth it, and all things worked out pretty well. Trip to Leh Ladakh was a dream come true. It was really amazing and wonderful experience. Though faced some health issues and we had to cancel our visit to Pangong. Hotels at Leh namely The Kaal and Sangaylay Palace and Organic Boutique at Hunder Nubra were very good. Travel Consultant Rinki ji remained in contact all the time. She considered our health issue and rearranged our hotel bookings at no extra cost. Our Driver and local guide Shri Angchok ji was very caring, honest and helpful. We will definitely choose Lazy Yatra for our next trip.

Ideally for stays I would have liked to have rated “good” if the option was there. Stayed in the following resorts: Sea shell , port blair : This was an ok hotel, nothing fancy. Very small hotel with no great views etc. Food was good and rooms were clean. Price of food was very high for the kind of place it seemed to be. Tilar Siro, Havelock: The best resort we stayed during our andaman visit. Everything about the resort was absolutely brilliant. Food, hospitality and the private beach section were all top notch. Symphony summer sands, Neil island: This was the biggest let down in our entire trip. The upgraded casa aqua room with breakfast and dinner was just pathetic. This is a motel pretending to be a star resort. There is a section of this resort on the beach side which looked a bit better, but our rooms were on the bad side. I wish i had stuck to my original choice of sea shell samssara instead of listening to your recommendation. Symphony samudra, port blair: beautiful resort, but far away from the city which was fine for us. But the resort appears to still have some construction ongoing. We did not get great views from our room which was overseeing a pond under construction. The resort also has significant maintenance issues even though it is fairly new- our room has cockroaches and spiders and ac did not work in our room after 10. They offered to change rooms, but my kids had already slept by then. Other room was good and resort itself is overall pretty. Drivers: All drivers were excellent and on time and reasonable. Never had any issues. Especially the havelock and neil island drivers and port Blair driver during return trip were very helpful. Only docking a point for dropping us far away and making us walk a lot and for sometimes bringing cars that were not very clean/ not having ac working. Travel agent experience: Right from booking till follow ups during travel, very quick response and always ready to help. I was also happy to note that in most places we did have 2 cars booked when we had luggages, so we could sit comfortably. Only thing was the recommendations of symphony summer sands and sea shell, port blair. Not sure if the agent got first hand knowledge or only details from the photos, the experience there is a lot different than the images. Perhaps need to figure out customers preferences by engaging a little more to understand their taste as well. That’s my only corrective comment, otherwise I wanted to thank lazy yatra/ travel triangle for an extremely well planned trip.
