Barkot – Uttarkashi (100 km / 4-5 hrs)

Morning after breakfast, relax for a while. Later drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Shivgufa on the way to Uttarkashi. In Uttarkashi visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. After that, check in hotel. Day free for rest. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Uttarkashi → Uttarkashi

Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km one way / 3-4 hrs)

Early morning after breakfast, drive to Gangotri. On the way visit Gangnani Hot Spring. Take a holy dip in Kund. Later drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later return drive to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi. Altitude: 3048M i.e. 10160 Ft

Uttarkashi → Guptkashi

Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (220 km / 8-9 hrs)

Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini River comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

Guptkashi → KedarNath

Guptkashi – Kedarnath (30 km drive + 19 km trek)

Morning after breakfast, today we will go to Kedarnath. To reach Kedarnath you will have two options. One if by trekking and other is by Air via Helicopter (at your own cost). After reaching the Kedarnath visit Kedarnath Temple. Check in to the hotel/ashram. Visit Shankaracharya Samadhi. Overnight stay at Kedarnath. Important Information: By Helicopter: Morning the driver will transfer to the respective Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. The driver will provide both pick and drop to hotel. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket. Advance booking is highly recommended for the helicopter. By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking route, we will reach Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5 kms drive to Gaurikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost. Gaurikund to Kedarnath is further 14 Kms trek.

KedarNath → Guptkashi

Kedarnath - Guptkashi (30 km drive + 19 km trek)

Morning after breakfast explore nearby areas by walk at Kedarnath. Later reach Guptkashi as per your choice by trek or Helicopter. By Helicopter: Inform the driver when you leave for Kedarnath about your approximate return time and helipad name according to ticket. Driver will pick up from helipad and transfer to the hotel. By Trek: Inform the driver approximate return time. Once you reach Gaurikund from Kedarnath by trek you can take local jeep till Sonprayag. Our driver will meet here. Due to parking issue keep driver’s contact number with you and call him when you reach sonprayag so he can pick you up. Gaurikund to Sonprayag local jeep at your own cost. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse / Pony / Palakhi is also available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests can book that at own cost. At arrival check in to hotel in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

KedarNath → Badrinath

Head to Badrinath from Guptkashi (200 km / 7-8 hrs)

Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Overnight stay at Badrinath. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Head Back to Rishikesh From Badrinath after Darshan

Today marks your return journey from the sacred town of Badrinath back to Rishikesh. After completing your darshan and morning rituals in Badrinath, it's time to begin your descent.

Morning: Departure from Badrinath

 

Ensure you have completed any final sightseeing or souvenir shopping in Badrinath before checking out from your accommodation. The journey back to Rishikesh is a significant one, covering approximately 295 km, and is estimated to take around 9-10 hours of driving time.

  • Devprayag Sangam: Witness the confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers, forming the holy Ganges.
  • Rudraprayag Sangam: Another significant confluence where the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers meet.

Return to Dehradoon to fly back to Home City (45 Kms/1-2 Hours)

Before heading to Dehradoon, Explore remaining sights in Rishikesh: Neer Garh Waterfall: A peaceful spot surrounded by nature. Beatles Ashram: Explore the ashram where The Beatles stayed and composed music. Shopping: Visit local markets for souvenirs. We will head back from Rishikesh to Dehradun which is 45 km journey and it would take 1-2 hours. Board your train and flight for your onward journey.
